I can’t say enough good things about my stay at this resort! The service has been absolutely amazing, and a huge part of that is thanks to the incredible team of Raymundo, Abraham, Cecilia, and Jorge. These four went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable.
They were not only attentive and professional but also genuinely friendly and happy, which made all the difference. It’s clear they love what they do, and their positive energy truly enhances the atmosphere of the resort.
From perfectly timed service to thoughtful gestures, they made us feel welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. Kudos to the management for having such a stellar team! I highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for an exceptional experience.

We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Cancun! This is a newer resort and everything is beautiful. The service was the most impressive all around- particularly in the buffet: Bernardo, David and Henry were so attentive. At the pool, Veronica brought us drinks throughout the day and was terrific. There were many other wonderful staff members who all work so hard to make sure that guests are happy. I would stay here again without a doubt!

Had such a great time! It had everything we needed—great food and drinks at the buffet, bar, and restaurant, and the staff was always attentive and helpful. My room was spotless. If you're a picky eater, you might struggle a little with the food options, but overall, everything was great. The yoga classes were a fantastic way to start the day—highly recommend them! You can do yoga outdoors with an amazing view, or indoors if it's too windy.
Wish I had stayed longer. I’m already looking forward to coming back!

We came with in-laws and our 3 y/o toddler and it was a delightful experience that came very close to perfection. Here’s what stood out:
Beautiful Property: The resort is stunning, well-maintained and has breathtaking ocean views. The design feels modern yet welcoming.
Dining Options: plenty of dining options and the buffet quality was surprisingly good given it is all-inclusive. At no point should you be hungry during the stay.
Friendly/Accommodating Staff: the staff was VERY friendly and always tried to go above and beyond for gusts.
Spacious/Comfortable Rooms: The rooms were clean with incredible views. The beds were comfortable and they brought a mini bed for our toddler.
What Could Be Improved:
Crowded Areas: At times, the pool areas felt a bit overcrowded, which made finding seating or a quiet spot challenging.
Dinner Reservations - virtually impossible, you need to reserve way ahead of time maybe even before arriving.
Check-In Process: The check-in took longer than expected, which was a bit frustrating.
Beach: very small beach area and no chairs umbrellas on the beach
Overall, the hotel is a fantastic choice for a luxurious all-inclusive getaway, especially for New Years. The NYE party had incredible food music and activities until 3AM
, solid party. The hotel was a great balance of relaxation and activities, perfect for families, couples, or solo travelers.
Would I return? Hell yea.

An excellent property with great hospitality and service. We were there to celebrate a milestone and loved our overall stay. Starting with the check-in, housekeeping, room service, bell desk/concierge, restaurants, bars - we had a pleasant experience. There were ample food options throughout the property and we also enjoyed their evening programs. Both the pools were big and overlook the sea providing a great viewing experience. The resort also had a big play/water area for the kids, so a very family friendly place. There was also a dedicated kids' area where you could drop the kids.
The beach, however, is not that great. The water is unlike what you would expect in the Caribbean or Cancun Hotel Zone. The sand beach itself is very narrow, just about 15 feet distance between the hotel and the sea. Another thing we did not particularly like was that the pool area went completely dark after sunset. There is a jacuzzi and we would have liked some light around there to be able to enjoy some warm water in an otherwise cooler night by the sea.
Would definitely recommend for families.
