I can’t say enough good things about my stay at this resort! The service has been absolutely amazing, and a huge part of that is thanks to the incredible team of Raymundo, Abraham, Cecilia, and Jorge. These four went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. They were not only attentive and professional but also genuinely friendly and happy, which made all the difference. It’s clear they love what they do, and their positive energy truly enhances the atmosphere of the resort. From perfectly timed service to thoughtful gestures, they made us feel welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. Kudos to the management for having such a stellar team! I highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for an exceptional experience. Thank you, Raymundo, Abraham, Cecilia, and Jorge—you made our trip special!

My boyfriend and I enjoyed a week at the Hilton Cancun all-inclusive in February. As an all inclusive, the regular food is straight standard BUT it’s always fresh and the cleanliness here is impressive. To top it all off, the service is impeccable and makes it worth it. Employees are kind and friendly - please tip them. Our favorite among many was Erica at the main lobby bar at night. Erica took wonderful care of us without incentive the first night, and we then looked forward to finding Erica each night to be pampered again - it was like private service - we actually planned our evenings around it. She remembered us and our drinks and our preferences and warmly included our extended family when they joined, too. One night my wine glass was literally never empty. Honestly, I’d hire her. Hilton Cancun and Erica, thank you!

The Hilton Cancun was the most relaxing trip. Definitely an amazing place for couples. The rooms are huge and the resort itself is kept meticulously clean and beautiful. Sounds weird to say but the food service was one of my favorite parts. We ate frequently in the Vela restaurant and had amazing service from the whole team while we stayed—Bernardo, David, Harman, Julio, Nancy and Abraham. Loved it! We’ll be back.

I went here expecting a nice beach, I know the area and was aware that is not the best beach in Cancun but the reality is disappointing the very least, it barely has any beach. The rest of the property is nice the rooms are spacious, the food is fine but that's just about it. I arrived very early and got my room before regular check in, I totally appreciate that but does not make up for taking half day and 4 different calls to get my luggage sent to my room, during the last call with a not very nice operator, the answer to what's going on was a simple "bells boys are busy with check outs", not a single apology. People at the front desk seemed bothered from the check in to the couple of times that I reached out to them for help. The second day I left my room before 10:00am and didn't come back until 4pm, my room was not done, when I called and asked to send someone operator said that the last time for doing the room was 4pm, when I asked why didn't they do it, he asked if I had put the sing at the door, I said I assumed they do the rooms everyday regardless but yes, I did left the sing for service. The next day, they did it but the last day did not. I paid the last night eventhouhg I was leaving at 10pm. The pool chairs were not enough, when I tried to rent a Bali bed, there is no pool service booth, I had lo go around looking for a waiter, when I found one he first said a price, when he came back he said he made a mistake and that the price was "X", higher obviously, I didn't like that and requested to ask for the recreation manager/supervisor who said was coming but never did. There were at least 3 types of Bali beds, and I ended up with one that didn't even had a shade but cost the same as the ones that did. I found out the next day through other guests they had been offered a lower price than what I paid. Again, disappointing. I might be used to a different type of service, but I really expected more from a Hilton. I can't say I will never return, but it will certainly be one of my last options.

Currently staying at this location and absolutely regretting it. Some thoughts. 1. The food here is absolutely deplorable. How they can ruin Mexican food at resort based in Mexico is beyond me, that should be their best offering. However it’s the worst Mexican food I’ve ever had. The Buffett here is just inedible. The Italian restaurant makes Olive Garden seem gourmet. The Asian offering is just embarrassing, and the steak house I think serves horse meat steaks… 2. The entire resort is loud and crowded. Even trying to find respite in your room is impossible with the blaring pool music everyday. Fridays are the worst when they have a day club and the music reaches 90 decibels on your balcony 7 stories high. 3. The staff here ranges from couldn’t care less to slightly friendly. Most are just going through the paces, nothing more. 4. There is no beach as depicted on the website, it’s been eroded right up to the pool patio. 5. Staff doesn’t enforce people saving lounge chairs. Good luck trying to get a lounger by the pool after 8AM. 6. Any up-charge here is laughable. A bottle of a mass market brand wine usually priced at $27 is marketed up to $97 here. I would say $40 is a fair up-charge but almost a 4x increase is a joke. Being a Hilton Honors Diamond for life member, this is the worst Hilton resort property I’ve encountered. Do yourself a favor and don’t stay here.
