Spent 5 nights here on a little babymoon with my husband. We had a wonderful, relaxing time. Its family friendly, so lots of kids around, but that didn't bother us. 2 pools one with a huge splash pad for the kids. Lovely beach access. Not a lot of people on the beach so we got good quiet time there when needed.
All inclusive food/drink was part of the package, including 24/7 room service. In addition to the breakfast/lunch/dinner buffet, there were some restaurants where you can book lunches/dinners, also part of the all inclusive package (items that are not included have a price tag, makes it easy to figure out).
Service was excellent, staff were very friendly, warm, welcoming and super helpful.

Stayed with my family for 6 nights and it was good overall but not great.
It's funny how the restaurants have a vegan menu, but without desserts and plain tofu is used as a cheese substitute for some reason. Please just Google how to make vegan cheese, I swear it's cheap and easy, it would elevate the dishes to the next level. Also tofu is not seasoned, not even some salt and pepper, nothing! We all have Internet access, just search how to cook tofu and you won't regret it. I cook vegan dishes at home all the time with simple ingredients, it's just a matter of doing some research.
And if you ask the waiters for something special, the kitchen will do their best, I really appreciate the efforts.
I wanted some vegan desserts so I was told to ask the concierge about it and it took like two days to get an answer and the resolution was extremely complex and wanted to charge me an extra $600 I refuse to do it and later on I was told at Vela restaurant that there should not be an extra charge for that, and they were happy to assist me, but it was my last day at the hotel and they needed 24 hours in advance to cook something special for me, which seems fair but I still have a bitter feeling about what the concierge wanted to charge me.
Staff were beyond kind, every single one of them were friendly and I have zero complaints about them. Except for the concierge, as I mentioned above and also because I requested no phone calls after certain hour and they kept calling to check on something that didn't happen to me, I guess it was a mixed up.
We chose this hotel due how close to the airport it is, I knew the beach was not the prettiest but it's being taken care of as well as the pool.
There's a kids area but no activities for babies, you can only have access to the playground in some specific times if you have a kid/baby under 4 years. But it's just disappointing how the smoking are is next to the playground. That should be illegal. Also lots of smoking areas close to the beach, the pool, as a non-smoking person I find it annoying.
The hotel it's in the middle of nowhere and getting in and out takes some time, there's a shuttle to a mall in the hotel zone, which is convenient but they don't have car seats for babies/kids. So you better bring everything with you or be prepared to pay some money at the small store inside, I was surprised with the prices but it's the only store available there.
Rooms were always clean and well taken care of, I loved that.
I wish room service had vegan options, honestly that burger that is listed in the menu is just sad, please order it and try it. No one wants to eat that, my husband ordered it several times thinking it would be different, but it was the same every time. Also it's listed as portobello bacon vegan, but we received unseasoned veggies with bread.
It's an all inclusive with no other restaurants around, by day 3 I wanted to eat somewhere else. I also think it would have made my life easier as a person with dietary restrictions, to have the ingredients listed, sometimes I was asking and people are nice but they can't memorize everything on a buffet that changes every day.
As I mentioned, overall it was good 😊 nice people (please tip them, well deserved).

Excellent lodging on the beach/swamp not far from the airport. Hilton standards are present and unlike other hotels the air conditioning is strong throughout the whole hotel. Food is amazing and plentiful. There were always clean towels at the pools and the minibar was always stocked with fresh water, juice, beer, and soda. The staff works very hard and takes great care to do a great job. We came for a company meetup and the hotel went above and beyond for us. If you have a chance to sing karaoke with Saul and team, do it, he is wonderful, encouraging and fun! 💖😁

The Hilton Cancun All-Inclusive Resort is a fantastic option for families looking for a calm, secluded getaway. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were incredibly welcoming, setting a great tone from the start. Throughout the stay, everyone—from the employees to the other guests—was very friendly, often stopping for a little chat or greeting you with a smile, which created a warm and positive environment.
The rooms were clean and stylish, but I found the glass panels connected to the bathroom a bit puzzling. While you can't see into the toilet or shower, it still feels inconvenient for families sharing the space. However, I really liked the wristband system, which eliminates the worry of losing your room key—a simple and clever touch.
The resort is expansive and beautiful, with large, clean pools that were enjoyable despite not being the deepest. One minor drawback is that the pool hours are from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.; I feel like they could open earlier and close later to accommodate guests who want to swim in the cooler morning or evening hours. That said, there are plenty of fun activities organized in and around the pool, all handled with great energy and enthusiasm, making the experience more enjoyable.
The dining options were solid as well. The all-day buffet at Vela offered a wide variety of choices, and the restaurants that required reservations were also impressive. The beach itself was decent, though the water wasn't the clearest and was quite sandy, but still enjoyable overall.
I also appreciated the little extras, like the availability of board games and various activities for kids. The 24/7 room service was a great perk, with quick delivery even late at night. All in all, Hilton Cancun provides a comfortable and enjoyable family-friendly atmosphere, with just a few minor quirks.

This was our first visit to the Hilton Cancun All Inclusive Resort and we were very happy with our experience. At arrival we were greeted cordially, check in was smooth and going to our room was quick and easy. Very pleased with the initial experience.
We upgraded to a room with a small pool outside of our room and we had a beautiful view with both the pool and the ocean. The room was clean, had all of the expected amenities and a good amount of drinks that included juice, soda, water and beer. There were a couple of snacks that included potato chips, a bag of peanuts and a sweet snack.
There are a few restaurants to choose from that you should be sure to make reservations for ahead of time as they do book up each night. The themes were Mexican, Italian, Asian Fusion, and one that served meats such as steaks, chicken and shrimp. None of the restaurant menus were extensive however, we were able to find something we liked each time. Additionally, there was a large buffet that did not disappoint. We stuck to this for breakfast and lunch each of our three days and one time had an awesome breakfast delivered to our room.
All of the staff we encountered were very nice. We never felt pressured to tip, even though we did the majority of the time. Everyone was very attentive and made us feel like they genuinely wanted to assist us in any way they could. I especially want to call out Fernando V. who was one of the servers by the south pool. He and Maximilian, the bartender for that pool, were very helpful, made us feel comfortable and in general were fun to talk to and be around.
