I had an amazing time at the hotel! Everything was just perfect - the animation team was super friencly, funny, and full of energy. They made every day so much fun with their shows, games, and activities. The restaurant was great too - delicious food, a big variety every day, and the staff were always smiling and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the housekeeping team did a wonderful job. The service overall was excellent, everyone was polite and ready to help with anything. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again. Special thanks to the animation team - you made the holiday unforgettable!

Our 11 days at the Hilton Plaza were absolutely wonderful. The food was varied and delicious every single day. The staff were always friendly, motivated, and attentive, making our stay truly special. The spa area is also highly recommended – perfect for relaxation and wellness. A special highlight was the Turkish restaurant, which was absolutely first-class and incredibly delicious. And, of course, the stunning beach was simply beautiful and inviting. We can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and will definitely be coming back! Warm regards from Germany

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! Rooms cleaned every day, nice and delicious food, beautiful sea, staff so kind - everything was perfect. Special thanks to the housekeeping service for making cute figures out of towels, and especially for the waiters Ahmed (adult's pool), and Abdalla (with other guys from that restaurant region). They were so nice and made our stay even more pleasant. P.S. Hotel's terrace looks amazing, a perfect place for a drink and a beautiful sea view

We stayed at the Hilton Plaza Hurghada for 7 nights, and honestly, it was such a great experience from start to finish. We arrived late at night and were pleasantly surprised that food was still served to us as we were hungry after our journey — a really nice touch that set the tone for the rest of our stay. Check-in was smooth and easy, and our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job throughout our stay — I had some fun interactions with them, and their towel art always made us smile! The food overall was good, with plenty of variety. We also tried the seafood and Turkish à la carte restaurants, both of which were excellent. The alcoholic drinks and cocktails were great too — not overly strong or “ethanoly” like some all-inclusive resorts, which was a pleasant surprise. We booked a package of three massages through the hotel, and it was an amazing experience — Nadi in particular was fantastic and made us feel so relaxed. The bar staff were another highlight of our trip. We built great relationships with a few of them during our stay — they were always friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we were looked after. I forgot the names of a couple of them (one at the beach bar and one at the main reception bar) but they always checked in on us. Special shoutout to Barrakat, who made some of the best cocktails we’ve ever had! And Mostafa Hamza - for always making us laugh! Such a great character! The animation team was also brilliant — full of energy and always encouraging everyone to get involved in the activities. We joined the snorkelling trip organised by the hotel, which was definitely a highlight — beautiful reefs and a well-organised day out. The private beach was perfect — clean, calm, and with plenty of sunbeds (no early morning rush needed!). It would be nice if they played music for a bit longer instead of stopping for the short shows, but that’s just a small suggestion. We also loved the Bedouin camp on-site — great coffee, shisha, and a really relaxing atmosphere. The gym had everything you’d need for a good workout, although I was a little surprised that you had to pay to use the pool tables. When we checked out at 12pm, our flight wasn’t until the evening, but the staff kindly let us keep our towel cards so we could continue using the beach and pool — a really thoughtful touch. There’s a city centre just next to the hotel which is convenient, but a word of advice: avoid Cure Pharmacy — they hugely overcharge tourists. Instead, walk about five minutes to Dr. Mariem Alfy Pharmacy — much fairer prices and great service. The evening entertainment was enjoyable too — varied shows, good atmosphere, and a nice way to end the day. Overall, we had a brilliant week here. The Hilton Plaza truly lived up to its name — a great mix of comfort, service, food, and fun. Would definitely recommend and would love to return!

The animation team was absolutely wonderful, they made our stay unforgettable. Amina was very special, always smiling and encouraging us to have fun, she even got us to go up stage and dance! The spa team were awesome, they gave us a relaxing experience without iudgement. Remonda, was so kind and caring, made the whole spa treatment lovely. Emad always came over with a smile and lots of compliments. The bar staff, cleaners, concierge and reception team were also exceptional. We can’t wait to come back!
