Bridge Engineer
A true modern and luxury hotel in Hurghada that matches the Hilton Luxury. We are a repeat customers and we love going back to this hotel. The staff are amazing. Special thanks to the supervisor Abd Alhamied who was very patient and understanding. We loved our stay and had to extend it by one day. The breakfast was great. The pools and the beach areas are spacious and very clean.

We enjoyed our stay! No one asked for tips or anything like that, except for the room cleaning service. The man kept asking us if the room was clean or not — it was a bit strange! The food was great. However they use a lot of coconut oil for cooking. The taste was not that neutral. Late check out was not possible. We wanted to have only 15 minutes extra.🤨 There were just two things we missed: 1. The freedom to swim – We weren’t allowed to go beyond the installed border on the beach, which was disappointing. We couldn’t see any fish or corals, only stones and sand. It would have been wonderful to be able to explore beyond the marked area and discover more of the sea. 2. Free access to the sauna – The sauna price was unbelievable! One of the staff members wanted to sell us one hour for 30 euros. We were really surprised that hotel guests didn’t have free access. He even offered us a Hammam package including sauna and massage for 100 euros! Hopefully next time, access to the sauna will be included without extra charges.

The hotel was clean and the staff was great. Well Ehab, amar were absolutely lovely. The animation team were good. However, the food was so bad. Same thing everyday and all fried food with just pastry nothing healthy to eat or a variety. If you enjoy food then this is not true place to be

We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Plaza Hurghada. Everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and beautifully located with stunning views of the sea. My wife, our 1 year and 4-month-old son, and I truly enjoyed every moment. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially with our little one — always making sure we had everything we needed. The food was delicious and varied, and the atmosphere was relaxing and family-friendly. We especially loved the pool area and the beach access — perfect for a peaceful getaway. Thank you for making our stay so special. We’re definitely coming back again!

I had great stay in December with my family. Would like to leave review for the Asian restaurant. We dined there couple of times. The service is great, food is amazing special thanks for Chefs and Restaurant Manager Emad!!! The Team from Turkish restaurant is also very friendly and hospitable. Overall the hotel was great, housekeeping team suprised us with different figures from towels everyday.the service as always is on the great level. we also booked the trip to the island for snorkelling and diving! Everything was organised well,but don’t take trips for buggys as there were very old.
