I had an absolutely perfect stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the level of service was exceptional. The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming, from the Guest Relations team to the Food & Beverage staff. A special thanks to Mohamed at the reception, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless and enjoyable. Every detail was taken care of, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The facilities were immaculate, and the entire team’s dedication to guest satisfaction was evident throughout our visit. I can’t recommend this hotel enough and will definitely be coming back. Thank you for such an unforgettable experience!

Mahmoud Abdo at the People’s Restaurant in Rixos Premium Magawish truly made our dining experience unforgettable! He is incredibly sweet, friendly, and kind. Mahmoud went out of his way to ensure we had the best time, even surprising me with an appetizer of the amazing ravioli to try and saying if I like it he would bring me more —it was so thoughtful! His service was exceptional; he was always there for my friend and me, offering great conversation and care. The food was outstanding as well—especially the risotto, which was insanely tasty! Thank you so much! I highly recommend dining here—both for the incredible food and Mahmoud’s exceptional hospitality!

The food was fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared. The prawns, lobster, and grilled fish were some of the best I’ve ever had! We stayed in Nov 2024 for 5 nights and it was one of our best destinations yet! The hotel was amazing, and the staff made it even better. So much to do each day, and I'd thoroughly recommend it for a vacation to relax and unwind. The staff members made our week extra special, by fulfilling requests and providing us extra care when needed. This goes for all staff members - each take pride in making our stay excellent!
