I recently stayed at the Rixos Hotel in Hurghada and had an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the reception staff made me feel welcome and ensured a smooth check-in process. They were extremely helpful, providing all the information I needed and offering a warm greeting. The service throughout my stay was exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff always ready to assist. The resort itself is a paradise, with stunning pools, lush gardens, and a private beach. The rooms are spacious, modern, and well-equipped. The food is delicious, offering a variety of international and local dishes. The overall atmosphere is luxurious and relaxing. I highly recommend Rixos for anyone looking for an unforgettable getaway!

Since we arrived the service has been outstanding. We loved all the restaurants such a superb selection and food was great. Special call out to Poles in People's restaurant. He always goes the extra mile, he is so helpful and engaging and always smiling. He would be a super manager. I had a Thai massage and it was the best massage that I have had. The lady knew where my aches ams pains were without being told. Super place we will be back.
Had the best Thai massage that I have every had and returning again tomorrow for another before my flight home. She knew exactly where I needed work.

We had a wonderful family stay here The staff were incredibly welcoming and made our holiday so special—Thank you! We loved the beautiful pool, and our room was spotless and very comfortable. Our kids had an amazing time at the Rixy Kids Club, and we truly appreciated how well they were cared for. We can’t wait to come back!
