Came here for a family holiday and it has been absolutely amazing. The hotel is so well thought out and tasteful, catered to all our needs. All the staff are very helpful and friendly, we have a great cleaner Ahmed who did an excellent room service. We have just ate at the Salt restaurant which has some of the best seafood and our waiter Belal was very attentive. A great place to come on holiday.

Fantastic stay at the Rixos Magawish for our half term break. The hotel, facilities and staff were all excellent and I would definitely recommend. We spent a lot of our time at the Lotus pool bar and looked after attentively by Omar. All the staff were friendly and helpful and always had a smile on their face. The food was excellent everywhere too especially Mangal (the open air barbecue). 7 days was just not enough and a big thank you to everyone who made our stay so special. We will definitely return in future :-)

This is the essence of a 5 stars resort! Everything was amazing! The food was varied, the room was BIG and cleaned every day, we had everything everywhere! Last but not least: the staff was very welcoming and kind, they were smiling at all times, making the holiday even more beutiful. It is the place you want to return to!!!
