would 100% come here again. rooms were clean and tidy. we got refills of water, sprite and coke everyday! there’s so many pools, and some are heated. they had beanbags at the beach which was my favourite place to sit hahaha. food was really nice, especially the cakes. inside of the hotel is just wow! built so intricately. i don’t have any complaints.

One of the best hotels in Egypt.
Beautiful, clean room with amazing views.
Food is very tasty, everyone will choose something to eat.
Staff in this hotel is very friendly, always with smile on their faces. :)
We had a lot of fun with animation team.
Can’t wait to be back again.

Everything was great. Food was great, a lot of options. Well planned activities everyday. Animation team was fantastic. Bit windy but over 20 degrees in January. Staff is really nice with basic English. Room cleaness is fine, soft drinks in a fridge.

Bad organisation...mosquitoes everywhere. Do not use massage saloon... tips,tips,tips... it is so arrogant. I pay for 3 massage and my idea was to give the tips for a person in the end... you cannot imagine what's they start to say... it is really sad... the dancing tim are perfect specialy Thanks to Victoria.

After spending a few days here, here's pros and cons of booking this hotel:
Pros:
- Good food, very tasty (I'm a picky eater)
- Clean rooms
- Friendly staff
- Lots to do in the resort - aquapark, pools, beach, shops, game room, club, etc..
- Hotel main building is very beautiful
- Pool bar
- Different menu every day for lunch/dinner
Cons:
- Rooms are due a renovation, wear and tear is becoming visible
- Only 2 out of 7-8 pools are heated. DO NOT BOOK A SWIM UP ROOM UNLESS YOU CAN GET IT TO A HEATED POOL DURING COLDER MONTHS AS YOU WILL WASTE YOUR MONEY.
- Only 7 out of 300 Swim up rooms lead to a heated pool. Currently (beginning of March) no one is swimming in the non-heated pools as they're simply too cold to swim in even during the warmer days. The entire point of the swim up room is the pool. And they done screwed that up by not installing pool heaters to save some money. Avoid unless you're there in the summer when non-heated pools heat up enough.
- Spa massages, they overcharge (40€ for 30 min massage) and the masseurs constantly ask you for tips and talk through the massage. Not up to standard at all.
- Shops inside the hotel overcharge as well, should be avoided;
- The beach is either clean or dirty. There's no in-between. One day you come to a clean beach, but on other days there's junk floating around the sea enterance like plastic bottles, bags and cigarette butts;
- If you love swimming in the sea - prepare to walk. There's 1km of shallow sea not even knee deep if you're lucky with the tide. Sure there's a dock you can walk to reach deeper sea, but it's not ideal at all, and the dock is old and doesn't have any sunbeds/water access or anything you'd need to use it daily.
- There's a heated wave pool in the aquapark that should in theory produce waves, although this happens 2x a day at best, and it's usually packed with people since the Swim up and Bungalow rooms lead to cold pools so the entire hotel goes to the only 2 heated pools;
- Staff speak very poor English, even the managers. I'd say B1-B2 level at best. It's very hard to communicate anything more complex than simple requests or questions.
Overall:
Did I get my money's worth? - For the same amount you can get a much better hotel, but it's not bad. I would recommend it if you're going there during the summer months and you don't have an issue with shallow sea (although that's the same problem for most hotels here)
3/5 stars, food selection and taste are amazing, but the language barrier with staff, as well as the cold pools leave much go be desired. Maybe I'd have a better time if I came in June - Sept season.
