We did not have huge expectations for the price we paid, especially after reading some reviews here. We were pleasantly surprised. We received a free upgrade upon check in from standard to deluxe room and the whole process took no longer than 10 minutes. The room was spacious and newly renovated. The only minus is that the AC and shower smelled like sewer sometimes. The housekeeping is very attentive however our housekeeper relied mostly on tips: small tip - swans from bed sheets and fully refilled fridge, no tip - just the change of towels. There are a lot of amenities in the hotel, we were not bored. The food is okay, do not expect much, although we were surprised that every day there was something new. The drinks are okay, perfect to get tipsy but we found that they serve better drinks at Titanic Palace. The staff is friendly although sometimes too intrusive, especially to girls. Overall, it was a great holiday experience but better not to have expectations for something luxury. Also, I recommend booking any excursions through GetYourGuide, it’s way cheaper than through the hotel or travel agency.

Beautiful, large and clean hotel. Very good food, daily themed dinners. Great evening show! It was something I looked forward to every day. And of course the mega friendly and helpful staff! Big thanks to housekeeper Mohamed who took care of our room every day and created such miracles with towels! 😍 Best regards!

I recently stayed at the Titanic Beach Spa and Aqua Park in Egypt with my 12-year-old son, and unfortunately, our experience was less than ideal. We encountered a significant issue right at check-in. Despite booking for 1 adult and 1 child (12 years old), the hotel insisted that their record showed a booking for 1 adult and 1 child (3 years old). I was confident that I made the correct booking, but since it was late in the evening, I couldn't immediately contact my travel operator. I asked if the hotel could allow us to check in for one night until I could resolve the issue in the morning, but they refused. Instead, they demanded that I pay an additional £895 directly to the hotel for my son as a full adult. This was nearly double the amount I had already paid for the entire 10-night stay (£650 for both of us). I explained that I only had £300 available at the time, and after some back-and-forth, they reluctantly agreed to charge me £300 and check us in. While this allowed us to stay, the staff was rude and unfriendly throughout the process, making the situation unnecessarily stressful. They also forced me to sign a paper agreeing to pay the remainder or check out the next day. Thankfully, the issue was resolved with the help of my tour operator the following morning, but it took until the last day of our stay to receive a refund, and even then, it was £7.50 less than the full amount, which the hotel attributed to their bank's refund transaction fees—something that should not have been my responsibility. As for the hotel itself, the food was average at best, with limited variety. For a 5-star hotel, I expected much more—I've had better experiences at 4-star hotels in Turkey. The selection of alcoholic drinks and cocktails was also limited. On a positive note, the room was cleaned daily, and the cleanliness was satisfactory. Overall, the poor handling of the check-in issue and the lack of customer service overshadowed our stay. I cannot recommend this hotel, as the experience was far more stressful than it should have been.

Got moved from a promo room to a room with a balcony. The rooms are clean and large. The hotel is beautiful in the lobby etc. The food is amazing there's loads of choice and different restaurants you can eat in. The water park is amazing with not big queues. The drinks are local alcohol but good. The staff are lovely. There's loads of sunbeds everywhere. The entertainment is good. The hotel is connected to the Titanic palace so can use both.

The worst experience in my life. I went in many places but here is the worst experience ever. Every single worker asked for tips and if you didn’t give something you would’ve get all the stuff (anything from food to drinks) really slow. Every single worker looked at girls like they never saw one. I was afraid to let my girlfriend walk alone in the resort. They were whistling at girls like they were on the street. The guys who did our room never truly clean our room, but they built swans from the sheets. It was kinda nice, I must say, but in the end you want your room clean, right? It was not clean! Everywhere dirt on the floor. We had an altercation with another group, and the manager apologized and told us they will give us a present. What was the present? 2 apples and 2 bananas. WE ARE AT ALL INCLUSIVE WE CAN PICK OURSELVES FRUITS UP. I felt like they were mocking us. Yes, I should’ve complain about the workers for all the things above. But what would’ve happen? They would’ve sent me some more fruits. No thank you. IT WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE!!!
