This was our second stay at this hotel, and once again, it exceeded our expectations. From the moment of arrival, the hospitality was exceptional — every staff member we encountered was courteous, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, featuring amenities such as a jacuzzi and a walk-in shower. Housekeeping maintains a high standard of cleanliness throughout the stay. The pool area is attractive and generally well-maintained. However, on a few occasions, the water quality was slightly affected by debris, though this did not significantly impact our overall experience. All of the on-site restaurants offer outstanding cuisine and a high level of service. Dining here is consistently a pleasure, both in terms of food quality and atmosphere. The hotel provides soft entertainment, which we found to be more than sufficient. That said, the morning music volume was occasionally excessive — starting as early as 10:30 AM — and could be disruptive at times. Events such as the pool party, however, were enjoyable and well-organized. The gardens and surrounding areas are beautifully landscaped and impeccably maintained, contributing to a relaxing and pleasant environment. I rarely give five-star reviews, but this hotel truly deserves it — particularly because of the remarkable team of staff who elevate the entire guest experience.

Totally amazing place to be hotel is 100% fantastic. Staff cannot do enough for you . Hotel as soon as you walk in is clean and fresh you are welcomed in with a cocktail and a seating area of luxury. The rooms are totally fantastic clean and fresh the jacuzzi is a touch of luxury and your swim up room is perfect. Food is fantastic your are waited on and treated like there isn’t enough staff can do for you. Beach is beautiful and keep amazing staff at Alex bar are wonderful and our lifeguard is so helpful he tends to your every request 100% lovely guy pleasant and funny . This hotel certainly has our 100% all round definitely will be our choice again to stay in hurgahda.

We had a beautiful experience at Steigenberger Pure Life Hotel! The food was fresh, delicious, and offered great variety. The service was excellent—friendly and professional at all times. Special thanks for : Maryam ,Merna , hagar, Mina Emad, mina, ahmad saber , chief asem,elia,Amin,sobhy,ahmad Shehadeh ,Hanna jiries ,mohamed Al tayeb ❤️ The animation team was energetic and made each day fun and memorable. Highly recommend this hotel for a perfect mix of relaxation and entertainment!

The hotel is extremely outstanding. Starting from the hotel staff at the reception, the perfect food, the excellent view of the main restaurant on the fourth floor, and all the way to the beach itself, where everyone will make sure that the experience is at the highest level. I have to praise the room maintenance person, the lifeguard who is in charge of towels and everything around the beach, and if I remember correctly, the waiter Karam from the Alex restaurant. All in all a clean 5*

As Americans travelling abroad to Egypt for the first time, I have to say, the entire time we were in the resort, from the Front Desk (Bishoy) to the Room Attendant, we were treated like royalty. The restaurant staff was clean, neat, friendly and consistently attentive. The pool staff made sure we were comfortable. Anytime we sat down anywhere in the building someone would come over to see if we needed anything. We also had 5 star service from the travel agent who booked our trip to see the pyramids. I have no complaints, only praise. thank you!
