My stay here was such an amazing experience! I was here for my 24th birthday and the staff made it so wonderful. Manny and Daniel are the BEST entertainers, and came to say goodbye everyday and were so sweet. I rented a cabana, and our server Andrea had the BEST service. She was so kind and attentive to everything we needed. Overall the resort was very clean, the drinks and food were 10/10. The activities were really fun too. I would definitely recommend this place. A mixture of relaxation, fun, and great service!

My husband and I stayed here during our first trip to Mexico. The warmth and hospitality of the staff was unforgettable. Amenities were great, property well maintained and our room was spacious. As fitness enthusiasts we also enjoyed wellness activities offered at the resort - particularly the aqua bike activity at that Rodrigo conducted - challenging but fun. Highly recommend!
Had to reduce a star because the cocktails, though well presented, lacked the balance and depth of flavor we were hoping for. That said, these minor shortcomings didn’t overshadow the overall fantastic stay.

Overall, we had an excellent time here. The staff we encountered were always eager to help, the room was clean, and even at the high point of the party activities our room was quiet enough for a quick afternoon nap.
And for the noise avers, the quiet pool was welcoming and there were always chairs open. I was also able to get a diamond club cabana on the beach every afternoon without issue.
The food was the biggest let down. Just about everything was under seasoned. The breakfast was good, though.

The employees are the nicest and readily available. Very hard working people! We mostly studied near the pools and beach. Lots of food options with a variety of restaurants. The grounds were clean and very beautiful. We stayed in both ocean view and garden view. Both rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable! Second time staying here and would definitely stay again!!!

My group of friends stayed at The Hilton. Went had the best time at the resort. Valerie, Alberto, Manuel, were so great to us, and entertained us throughout our trip. They really made our experience so much more enjoyable. Knowing they are devoted to their jobs. The place was always so clean, and everyone was super welcoming!
I did not want to come home! But I sure will be back!
