The Good -
Lovely cute bungalows set on pretty lawns.
Big, clean pool.
Friendly reception staff.
Good location if you like a little walk to and throw the main strip of Playa Blanca.
The bad
Towels provided in the rooms are horrible. They smell like they have been washed in food and all coming apart. They all need replacing. This does include the all inclusive pool towels too.
The sun lounges are not nice - Half are broken so you end up swapping them over most mornings, they are dirty with broken plastic in areas.
The food isn’t ‘great’. Most of it cold and dry but then again, I am quite fussy when it comes to food so I didn’t expect too much however I have stayed in other 4 stars locally and the food was so much nicer.
The rooms are cleaned daily but not to a high standard. I think they just mop the floors with bleach and thats about it.
Over all a nice stay and the weather was beautiful but I doubt very much I would stay in this hotel again.

Lovely hotel, but a little tired.
Rooms are big, but the mattresses are solid, it was like sleeping on a table.
Amenities and facilities are good.
The location is fantastic close to two beaches within a 10 min walk with lots of shops and restaurants close.
The staff are fantastic, friendly and helpful.
Food, a few meals were very salty and luke warm with limited choice, with some not cooked properly (potatoes soft on the outside but hard in the middle). Now this could be because our visit was out of season.
The resort is quaint but seems to be needing some love. There are broken tiles around, plaster on walls broken, sliding door glass on reception was cracked and areas that need some paint.
The pools,.well these are beautiful, but be prepared to have your breath taken away, they are cold.
The questions, would I go back? Yes despite the few issues mentioned, these generally didn't spoil my holiday and both myself and my wife enjoyed our stay.

This had been my first holiday abroad, and still, it's one of my best. The rooms and lobby area were all immaculate, bringing you all the comfort you could want.
However, the pool wasn't the cleanest with black bits floating around, and while the food room was nice, it had ANTS crawling all over the bread and the floor, almost making you not want to eat there.
Overall, this is a go-to place for the perfect family holiday with seafront shops not too far, I just wouldn't go all-inclusive as the food was a let down.

The bungalows were clean but very basic and dated.
Staff worked hard to keep the complex clean. The restaurant was not a nice experience , it was incredibly noisy and the food was cold. More like a school canteen than a restaurant . Surely teas coffees , drinks could be served at the table rather than the endless stream of people getting up and down to serve themselves .
The bar was also like a canteen , no atmosphere just a plain blank room and only a very small space for those wanting to escape from crying children.

Really nice apartment style hotel. Super clean and tidy.
Pool is cold, but just what you need in the heat. The one site gym, is very modern, and free to use as an all inclusive!
Pool bar sometimes has a big queue but the staff are all friendly and happy to help.
Only complaint would be the lack of 'proper' bacon and sausages at breakfast. The food otherwise is fantastic with a wide selection and not too repetitive at all.
Would happily return.
