Have just returned from a brilliant holiday here! Lovely resort set up, with the chalets being ideal for what our family needed. Kids entertainment was great for our 2 year old and our 10 year old came in and out of it when he wanted. Staff were all so friendly and helpful, and couldn't fault them. Loved the food, thought the choice was really varied. 2 of the 3 kids can't have dairy, but there was enough there for them still. The gym was one of the best I've seen in a resort! Short walk into town and the beach. Regret booking the waterpark as I thought it was closer. Was a 20 minute bus ride to another hotel, but a 10 minute walk. We used it once and only stayed a morning, the waterpark itself was tired and quite small. Wouldn't do that extra again. Overall great holiday and was perfect for we needed! Would just add, lots of lovely people gave us inflatables and pool toys, try to pass them on as if you leave them outside your room they get thrown away!

We arrived late at night, staff were very welcoming and helpful, There was a "cold buffet" out but the choice was poor so we didn't get much in the way of food . The hotel grounds are well looked after and you can always see the staff working hard to keep it that way. The bungalows are basic but very clean and the staff do a great job of turning over the rooms each day. We had a safe but you have to pay to use it 😕 which I felt was an unnecessary cost. The showers in our bathroom worked fairly well and the air conditioning in the main bedroom was good. The towels provided are tiny so we used the ones hired for the pool. The staff in the place are very nice and the animation team are great with the kids absolutely no complaints on that part but there isn't really a lot to do in the place for older kids as there is one table tennis table and a few pool tables (there's lots of games you have to pay for) unfortunately the "all inclusive" isn't great. Breakfast has a good choice but lunch and dinner are very repetitive and quite often served lukewarm which left us with a dodgy tummy a few times. The snack bar opens for a short time, offering very little and it's slowly replenished The drinks situation is a bit weird as there is only one bar open during the day and you can only order 3 drinks at a time but again staff were very nice when serving you. We got the water park wrist bands but were frustrated to find out it actually wasn't that nearby like it suggests when booking. We also requested a late check out with plenty of notice however we kept being told to come back only to be told the evening before that it would not be possible but they could give us a 30 min time slot to use a room. Overall, I was disappointed with this resort and I wouldn't go back as it wasn't the most enjoyable stay in terms of food and things to do.

Fantastic family hotel.. Accommodation in the form of independent chalets (one or two bedrooms available) were well equipped and very spacious, with air conditioning, large bedroom, living room, patio area, fridge, kettle and microwave. Chalets cleaned every day and new towels provided. Recently refurbished dining area had a variety of foods that catered for most tastes. Pool area fantastic for children. Not overly deep Never had an issue getting sunbeds. All inclusive was good value for money. Location was a 10 minute walk down a steep hill to beach and main town. Taxis only 5 euros back to hotel. Staff at hotel extremely helpful and were so attentive with us when we tried to locate a missing bag after the transfer from the airport. Really helpful and bag was secured thanks to their hell

Just returned from a week away with family, don’t even know where to start. This hotel is anything but 4* it is 3* at best! The place is bang average and filthy. Breakfast was basic, eggs burnt, cheap sausages, hardly any selection of choice everything was either under cooked or over cooked. Can’t really complain about dinner & evening meal there was better options & things had much better flavour but still would not recommend eating here. The dining staff were very friendly & constantly worked hard keeping this area clean. As for maids they barely showed up to clean the rooms, our towels were rarely changed and most days the maids showed up at 6 o’clock on the evening to clean! Not acceptable. Our air conditioning machine was absolutely disgusting it was covered in black mould inside. The place needs a major re vamp, everything is outdated, dirty, broken or damaged. The toilets by the pool were absolutely disgusting, not once did I see anyone clean in there, hand soap usually empty, water all over the floors and hand roll left all over. I’ve seen public toilets cleaner. We will never return to this hotel or any HL hotel in future. If you are used to four star hotels then avoid here at all costs. The only decent thing about this place was the gardens; they were kept immaculate. No idea how this hotel has managed to get 4* ratings.

Honestly dont get some of the bad reviews for here! We've stayed 10 nights and service is great always happy to help! Bar and wait staff more than friendly! Food was good plenty of choices with the different themed nights, I have a boy who has adhd/autism and he ate like a bull every single night! Kids loved the pools especially water park and slides! Rooms were clean and tidy ans the view from our balcony of the volcano every morning_evening of the sunset and sunrise was the most beautiful view.
