Rooms are looking a bit scruffy in places but the hotel is not generally treated well by guests. Staff work hard and are mostly polite and friendly. Grounds are lovely and well maintained. Entertainment is very noisy and quite late. Many guests smoke in public areas, leave food and rubbish all over the place and use the bathroom towels for sunbeds, leaving towels out on sunbeds when not in use. We emailed the manager via reception email address twice but never received a reply. Food was good mostly and varied and water park was good. We are not planning to return to this hotel.

There was a large selection of water slides and a great children’s play area. There was also very good entertainment for children in the evenings🌇. Staff were very helpful especially the receptionists and the bar staff, Madeline and Jasmina. Cleaners came every day and the whole area was kept spotless. Our apartment was very pleasant. My family and I had an upstairs apartment with two single beds and one couch bed. The water pressure on the shower was excellent. We also had a spacious balcony with a great view of the water slides 🛝😊. There were a few onsite photographers who took amazing family photographs 📸 New Year’s Eve was an incredible night. Each person was given a party bag with party hats, streamers etc. The fireworks were fantastic and the experience overall was one to be remembered 🎉.

Just got back from a 5 night stay at this hotel and having read some of the reviews here I wasn't expecting much but I have to say I was very pleasantly surprised. We arrived at 845pm, and the receptionist immediately gave us our all-inclusive bands sent us to the dining room for dinner so we didn't miss it, we were happy and grateful she did. In fact service from all the staff was very good, the entertainment staff were very friendly and good with the kids. The room we had, 526 just along from the outdoor bar, was clean and perfectly functional, TV, fridge, microwave, and kettle. The room was cleaned every day with fresh towels, and the bathroom itself was modern with a large shower. It's an all-inclusive resort so some wear and tear we did expect and the table in the middle of the living room was a bit tired and the bed was definitely on the firm side but overall the room was better than I expected, nice air-con as well. Food in the dining room was very tasty and well prepared, plenty of choice at each meal, drinks available all day (7:30am-11pm) and the outdoor bar had hot snacks too which were also very nice. Facilities are where this place is at its best, it has a fairly big waterpark, and kids playpark at the bottom that'll keep kids young and old happy. There are 4 pools and plenty of loungers, pools aren't heated, so they were a bit chilly, there is also a small supermarket on site. The location was fine, about a 15-20 minute walk the beach, there is a free shuttle from the hotel everyday. Playa Blanca centre is a 25-minute walk away only small negative is apart from the store on-site there are no other shops nearby, not the hotels fault though. Overall we were pleasantly surprised by this place, much better than I'd expected, and I would definitely come back again, 4/5

Winny “Child of god” A

Just came back from there nothing like the picture. In my experience is not the worst nor the best either. Hotel: I give a 3/5 need some more improvement door wasn’t close properly blankets in room smell like pee(get it sorted). Don’t get clean towels or clean room even you ask to do. Food:3/5 it’s okay but on day 4 it’s start getting a bit boring as it the same things day in day out. Kids: slide was good kids entertainment was good mini games after entertainment was good. Can’t give review on kids club as daughter didn’t go. Pool: 3/5 it’s ice cold(could be heater) unless the sun is out and 22degress can’t be in the pool. You definitely need a car as everything is far from the hotel. Sun bed dirty and broken Overall it’s okay you can do your own experience. Will I go back. No for me Staff was lovely Lifeguard very rude.

The rooms were clean and had plenty of storage. The cleaners were friendly. The staff at the front desk are slow and not very helpful (the door to the apartment wouldn't lock and couldn't be fixed despite a toddler easily escaping and almost falling down the steps, we asked for extra blankets which never came, gave food allergy information in Spanish to them to deal with the meals and they were unable to help me). The food was bland and greasy. Even the Christmas meal was nothing special, just a three or four new items added to the usual assortment. Half the group had food poisoning during their stay. Shops, restaurants and beaches are within walking distance..
