14 years ago we stayed here. I wanted to return ever since and was finally able to this year. For a honeymoon repeat. The resort stay have been amazing on both occasions. I'm absolutely recommending this resort for your honeymoon, couple or family or group vacation. You will not be disappointed. You can stay in or go to your own activities, your choice but you can't go wrong either way because they have everything you need.

We had a wonderful 11 day stay. We had a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo. Very spacious and a great amount of space for 6 of us. Love the covered balcony. Also appreciated having a washer and dryer in the unit. Yes, the furniture and flooring needs to be updated. Couch was very uncomfortable. Also, we all had to go multiple times to the front desk because our keys didn't work, even though they were never close to anything that could affect them. But the amenities and closeness to the Disney Parks is fabulous.

We booked a 3/2 for our family vacation that accommodated 8 people. We were completely disappointed. The smell in the hotel room was horrible, it smelled like boiled eggs. Especially, when we raised the temperature on the thermostat to 72•. We believe it came from the carpet, because the carpet was dirty throughout. The bathrooms and kitchen were not cleaned properly. We booked for a group of 8 and there were only 5 bathroom towels. I requested 3 additional towels but they charge $10 per towel. The bottom of the shower curtains had black mold. We were also locked out of our room because you can’t get the room cards near any electronics. Which we left the cards in the car as per their suggestions and we had trouble with them every time we tried unlocking the door from the room. We have stayed in this resort several times, but were disappointed to see that they lost quality. They need to upgrade or maintain the resort better. It feels old, dirty and outdated. The drawers in the rooms are falling apart and don’t open or close properly. I would not recommend or stay in this resort unless they make changes. It’s sad, because the area in nice.

My kids enjoyed the outside pools, and it was perfect for everyone. They do call to check shortly after getting in your room. I let them know that the toilet paper holder was broke (it literally fell off the wall) they said they would send someone up, but this didnt happen. ( the whole 7 days we were there) If you want your room cleaned its an extra 30 to 50 day depending on what service you'd like. Rooms are slightly outdated but very well laid out. It's like renting an apartment. The washer and dryer were pointless. The washer left marks on our clothes and the dryer had to be ran at least 3 times to even dry the clothes. The dishwasher also didn't wash very well. The couch is a pull out, but honestly cant be used a spot to sleep because it's like sleeping on the springs of the couch. We did the firework view which isn't worth it. You can see them but very distant and it's weird because you can't hear them. The location was great and the outlets outback were definitely a plus.

Let me start by saying i gave rooms and location one star because i don't know what the elevator in the building qualifies as. I also want to state that the staff handled this with matter quickly, respectfully, and professionally. My teenage daughters we just stuck in the elevator on the 9th floor in BUILDING 5. We just started our vacation and cannot afford to just go to a different resort. We are also from Massachusetts so going home is not an option. Luckily they were able to relocate us to a different building with similar accommodations to our original room. However, my daughters are still very shaken up about it. This is our third time coming here because the kids loved it here and this will be the last time. I appreciate the kindness and courtesy of the front desk staff but maintenance has to do better.
