Our room was on the 6th floor. Got off the elevator to the overwhelming smell of smoke and stale air that got stronger as we walked the hallway. Got to the room, which was spacious, two adults and three kids 12 to 14yrs. Got settled in the room and realized there were no vertical blinds on the sliding glass door, which faces the adjacent building. Looking across, we could see all other rooms had blinds. Called the desk and the person we spoke with asked are we just reporting that they were missing!! Were told maintenance would be notified, never saw them. Ended up hanging a sheet to cover the door so no one could look in, as the kids were in the living room area. The fitted sheets in the master bedroom did not fit the bed. Called for additional towels, were told they aren't complementary and were an additional charge. The location of the hotel was ideal, not in the busiest part of the area. Other than the few issues we made it work and had a decent trip. Was really disappointed with the service, smoke filled areas and room quality.

This resort is convenient, inexpensive and laid out like a decent sized apartment. For a family traveling together this is perfect. Everyone gets their own private bedroom space. The amenities are really good. We will be staying here again whenever we return to Orlando.

Needs a major update before giving this a better review. Rooms are beat down. Amenities are in need of repair. Hallways smelled like weed the entire time. It's not a terrible resort, but it definitely needs some love. Owners need to thin their pockets for a few years and put the money into deep renovations. It is a convenient place if you have a larger family and need a multi-bedroom villa. However, being in Orlando, there are many other options that provide this, at similar price points.

Let me start by saying the staff was excellent. When we checked in, we were put in the buildings across the street from the main buildings. These buildings that are across the street are terrible.They are old, run down and smelled very bad. When we walked in the room, it was very, very outdated. Furniture was broken scratched up the carpets were disgusting. We took one look and left. My husband went to the front desk and told them that we were not going to stay unless they changed our room without any hesitation. The staff put us in one of the main buildings by the pool, and that room was much, much better. Still needs a lot of updating, but cleaner and Much nicer view and the building itself.The hallways and everything smelled normal. The whole resort is very small. There is not anything really to do only swim in the pool. There was no entertainment no music. And the bar at the hotel pool was not open.When we went. I don't know if they open it up sometimes.But when we were there, I did not see it open. This is not a resort that you can walk around and enjoy the sights or anything like that. We did a tour because we Wanted to get discounted Disney tickets. So when we did the tour, they showed us one of the buildings that's the main building, and their rooms were very beautiful, but that is only for owners. So if you are booking online through a third party, like priceline or expedia, expect to be put in the really terrible rooms. I would definitely not recommend this resort until they completely renovate every room. But again, I do have to say the staff was great. So overall, we would not stay here again. Location is pretty good.

Worked with Derinda who was great setting up a golf trip for four of us. Did not have any issues at the golf courses and they were in great shape. The room was huge (4 bedroom) and had a great balcony for enjoying some after round beverages. I would recommend this for people looking to schedule a golf trip.
