Our room was on the 6th floor. Got off the elevator to the overwhelming smell of smoke and stale air that got stronger as we walked the hallway. Got to the room, which was spacious, two adults and three kids 12 to 14yrs. Got settled in the room and realized there were no vertical blinds on the sliding glass door, which faces the adjacent building. Looking across, we could see all other rooms had blinds. Called the desk and the person we spoke with asked are we just reporting that they were missing!! Were told maintenance would be notified, never saw them. Ended up hanging a sheet to cover the door so no one could look in, as the kids were in the living room area. The fitted sheets in the master bedroom did not fit the bed. Called for additional towels, were told they aren't complementary and were an additional charge. The location of the hotel was ideal, not in the busiest part of the area. Other than the few issues we made it work and had a decent trip. Was really disappointed with the service, smoke filled areas and room quality.

Choco Loco

Amazing place to stay especially with the amenities of several swimming pools (even one with a sunken pirate ship), the Factory Outlet mall connected to it and the massive suites! Great place to stay for golf or family vacation. Much better priced than Disney - which is just down the road for which they have a huge daily shuttle to.

Needs a major update before giving this a better review. Rooms are beat down. Amenities are in need of repair. Hallways smelled like weed the entire time. It's not a terrible resort, but it definitely needs some love. Owners need to thin their pockets for a few years and put the money into deep renovations. It is a convenient place if you have a larger family and need a multi-bedroom villa. However, being in Orlando, there are many other options that provide this, at similar price points.

Stayed here 4 years ago and had a great experience but unfortunately has been the complete opposite this time around. We are currently here paid for a week and ac in my building went out yesterday was never notified it went out got back to a room that was 90 degrees and still never notified. Never even received a call or anything from the front desk. Requested fans or something for our room at 7:30am this morning was told house keeping would be up with one in an hour when they got in to work. Finally at 11:30am went to the front desk and all they could offer was a pathetic $50 credit to the bar

Let's just be honest! I hated this stay. This place had roaches broke ac and nasty attitude by their guess services, it looks beautiful from the outside but it not true smell of weed and water damage rusted tub and old furniture! This wasn't what I was used to from a resort in Orlando, let alone a Disney resort, I can't tell you where to stay but I will say if you want a peaceful stay and a great vacation book with another resort! I am a military veteran. I live better daily in my home than what I was charged to stay with roaches. It's safe to say the double book the room
