I had an amazing stay at Hotel Cleopatra Palace Tenerife and couldn’t be more satisfied with everything it offered. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm and professional service.
The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed, with a comfortable bed and a balcony offering stunning view over the pool. The hotel’s amenities were top-notch, especially the pool area, which was clean, relaxing, and perfect for soaking up the sun. The breakfast buffet was another highlight—diverse, fresh, and absolutely delicious.
The location is unbeatable, right on the beachfront and close to many shops, restaurants, and attractions. Whether you’re looking to explore Tenerife or just relax, this hotel is the perfect choice.
I highly recommend Hotel Cleopatra Palace for anyone seeking comfort, quality and a fantastic holiday experience!

Rooms are extremely outdated as in old red wood that looks like they were painted over, NO AC which is expected in Europe but shouldn’t advertise they have it. Hot tub hasn’t worked in over a week since being here. To get into the hotel you have to physically walk through the gates on the opposite side of the hotel and walk all the way back to get in (my not seem like an issue but when your walking and Google maps tells you were to go it’s completely wrong), customer service is ok, breakfast isn’t too bad but it’s free. Biggest con is they have a singer on the inside and she sings and plays music EXTREMELY LOUD TILL MIDNIGHT and will keep you awake. Pool is nice though but that’s about it.

Me and my husband had a great time at Cleopatra hotel right before Christmas '24. We really enjoyed our room with a balcony facing the swimming pool. The breakfast was a buffet with great choice and variety of food with live grand piano music every morning. The hotel itself is not new, however stunning. Reception people very friendly. The location is great as well the main entrance facing a small and nice beach. It is minute walk from busy area with shops and restaurants.

This hotel is clearly priced for its location, exterior design, and included training sessions—even if you don’t use them. However, from other perspectives, the experience does not justify the cost.
The rooms are old, outdated, and visibly worn, which takes away from the overall comfort. The breakfast selection was large, but unfortunately, the quality was lacking. Compared to other hotels we stayed at during the trip, the food tasted cheap. The biggest disappointment was the coffee, which was so diluted that it barely felt like coffee at all.
Additionally, the hotel has a nickel-and-diming approach to services. Want a cup in your room? That’s €3 per cup. Need to weigh your luggage before a flight? That’ll be €1. While they do provide a kettle for free, many things that come included in other hotels are charged extra here.
On the positive side, the staff was outstanding—friendly, professional, and very helpful. Their service was definitely top-level.
Overall, unless location and exterior aesthetics are your main priorities, this hotel does not offer value for the price.

Big hotel, with very nice hall, but it seems to be quite old.
The room is old fashioned, clean and the balcony door can not be locked. Also the toilet flush did not work...
The breakfast otherwise was excellent.
The beach is nice, the sea water warm and clean.
