Great location on the sea front, in the centre of the resort, close to shops, bars and restaurants but not so close as to be noisy. Staff were mostly all very friendly and efficient. The room (Superior Double ) was light and airy and a good size. There was sufficient draws and cupboard space and sufficient coat hangers. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. The bathroom was spacious with a good shower. There was a magnifying mirror which with the good lighting was fine for doing obes make up. Breakfasts were great, a big selection which varied daily and of a good quality. The pool area was very clean and we never had a problem finding a sunbed. These were comfortable and easy to move. Very clean Disliked Really didn't like having to wear a wrist band for the duration of our stay. Surely a four star hotel can find a better way to identify it's guests than this. It would have been good to have had a pool service rather than having to walk to the bar for drinks.

Stayed for a week in this hotel, we were room 156 so it was ground level but the balcony had a great view of one of the beaches. The rooms are spacious and well kept by the maids who never seem to stop. The food is OK to very good, breakfast seemed the best, the BBQ every day was cracking, a different selection every night for the evening meal. We enjoyed the sushi night best. All the staff on the bars were hard working and polite, with a great selection of drinks on offer in the all inclusive option. The location is perfect for Costa Teguise right by the promenade overlooking the sea and lots of restaurants and bars just a stones throw away. The evening entertainment was very good, with a different act every night. Don't forget to take a ride on the rotating sofas around the evening bar. I would highly recommend considering this hotel for a visit as we would again upon our return.

I don't like to complain to much but this hotel, i must say the staff absolutely disgusted me! Hotel looked amazing, the way it was shown on picture that how it was but I found staff very rude and less helpful. Hotel did not have iron, if you wanted any things we had to put deposit for every little thing, we even had to pay for scaling our bag and when we got to the airport it was totally a different weight shown to us, which I thought it was a scam. Room serviced was just about there, did clean well. I must say food zone didn't have much option and if your vegetarian then don't think about getting the food from the hotel, more option outside for better value. I'll say a big thank you to Lolly the receptionist and Sami from dinner hall. Hotel has evening activities, which are lovely and it has a good atmosphere. They also have game and pool activities which you ask at the reception and they can give you game's like cards and ludo ect... Overall, I wasn't happy

The hotel was clean and the room was spacious. The maids were great. Staff good. We stopped half board but ate out 8 out of 10 nights as the food was awful. Dry cold and tasteless. Room only next time or they need to get a new chef.

I'm currently staying here and whilst the hotel is beautiful, I'm having a really horrible time due to the hotel's attitude towards disability. I have a condition that means my joints dislocatevery easily, and I sometimes use a wheelchair or mobility scooter to get around. I wanted some more independence on this trip so brought the scooter so I could get around without my husband needing to push me. On the first night, a member if staff stopped me from entering the restaurant, saying that mobility scooters were not allowed in the hotel at all and that I should have been told this at reception when we arrived. We had booked an accessible room, and chosen the hotel because it had accessible rooms available. On this occasion the maitre d' stood up for me, and let me enter the restaurant. I left the scooter in a corner an used my sticks to get to the table, as I would anywhere. I was anxious all day today, but nobody said anything about my chair until suppertime. The same man was there and told me I absolutely wasn't allowed into the restaurant in my chair, which they class as a scooter, and insisted I move into a manual wheelchair that the hotel will rent me. I'm currently outside as I'm too upset to eat and can't stop myself from crying. This was supposed to be a much needed break and has been turned into a source of extreme stress by an officious staff member. Please don't come to this hotel, especially if you have health issues.
