Hotel Maya Kuala Lumpur City Centre is modern yet welcomes you warmly. Some rooms are quite spacious, and it puts you close to the major attractions. A few different aspects of my stay impressed me, but the professionalism of the security guard was surely a big one. They were up and about to guide all guests to the smoking area with such ease, comfort, and in conformity with hotel policies. This nice touch added to the already pleasant stay. And such good service with lovely facilities and an exceptionally tranquil atmosphere cannot be ignored... it's worth the visit!

I absolutely love this hotel! Here’s what makes it great: 1. Spacious, clean, and comfortable rooms. 2. The bathtub is amazing! 3. Delicious breakfast with plenty of options. 4. Excellent value for money—great facilities at an affordable price, plus a prime location within walking distance of the Twin Towers. 5. Free drinking water refills. 6. Friendly and welcoming staff. 7. A café and minibar on the ground floor that stays open late. I’ll definitely stay here again when I visit Kuala Lumpur!

Pros: 1. Good location as it is near to other attractions. Cons: 1. Old and dirty. You can find stains on curtains and pillows. 2. Poor noise isolation. You will hear ramping sounds from motorcycles every midnight around 2 a.m. 3. There was no hot water when we took the shower in our first room. Requested to change to a different room but the new room had only warm water. 4. Their lifts are pretty slow. There was no notification sound when the lift has arrived.

A huge room and bathroom, sadly less room for storage. Huge big comfortable bed. Bathroom is suitable for people with additional needs but would be a lot of bending for normal people. Bathtub is big and the pipe is on the side, so very comfortable to place your head without barrier. 10-15 minutes walk to Petronas Twin Tower (KLCC) and 8 minute walk to Bukit Nanas Monorel Station. Facilities are includes gym, pool and steam room. Steam room takes longer a bit to heat up and its not really hot. Lockers are provided in the changing room. Most equipment in the gym a bit old and some not even connected to the power. Next to gym is children playroom. A very clean atmosphere around the hotel. Surau for male and female is also provide. God bless management for that. Amen. Breakfast buffet is very cheap at the moment as they're on promotion. I attached the price here in image format. They're doing some upgrading at the moment, they should as this hotel is a bit old fashion, but I'm impress with the overall cleanliness. Empty glass bottle is provided for you to fill up drinking water yourself from the water dispenser located at every floor near the lifts. I am impress with the decency of water for the guests. Seats available near the lifts, so that for those whom with additional needs can sit down while waiting for the lift. View is stunning from the room if you got city view room. Staffs responding to the complaint very quickly. I hope the room is already upgrading at my next visit.

This is a once in lifetime experience. After we reached the room we were in for a shock. So my 5 year old daughter saw a stain on the pillow and asked us. Upon inspection it was a blood stain. Then for some reason I checked the towels also and I have never seen something so dirty in my life. So I called the reception and I told them the same , for that the reply was sorry for the inconvenience and before I could say anything further the call was cut. Then I went down to the reception and the room was changed after showing the photos. I would not recommend people staying here as the hotel staff along with the general manager don't seem to care about hygiene in the hotel. I am attaching pictures, I have put the towel in front of the window to show how dirty the towels are. Mostly for this I would get a auto generated message which would prove my point.
