I stayed here at the end of January through to the start of February for a week all inclusive with my partner and 2 children (ages 5 and 7). We all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, it was my partners and daughters birthday whilst we was staying here and the entertainment team went above and beyond to ensure they had a brilliant birthday! The entertainment team really do make the hotel they made our holiday so rememberable and we will definitely be back! Stefan and Andrew was both amazing at their job and amazing people they made our experience the best such lovely people! The food is also very good and varied so there’s stuff for everybody! The splash park for the children is great my kids never got bored. All in all an amazing holiday and we will be returning no doubt!

My family and I stayed at Tagoro on a recent Christmas holiday trip to Tenerife. My children are 11 and 7, and found the provided animation/entertainment quite fun, they especially loved the random games/etc that were organized during the day around and in the pool area. We stayed for 11 nights and I (as a meat eater) found the food selection quite varied and tasty. Never got tired of the offerings. My wife, however, is vegetarian and felt slightly limited in options compared to the meat eaters...which is to be somewhat expected since it is an island vacation and there were many great fish options (but unfortunately, she does not like fish). This would be my only suggestion: to try to offer more varied options for vegetarians who do not consume fish. My children never had a problem finding something to eat and especially liked the ice cream/dessert bar offered in the dining area and outside/pool snack area. I found the resort very clean and staff friendly. Very easy to setup excursions through the property, as well as airport transfer. They also offered a shuttle to various parts of town on certain days of the week, which we appreciated. The walk to the ocean beach is not bad, although a bit of a hill for older people, but as an active person in my 50s I found it a breeze to explore the area and take walking trips to the beach/surrounding shops. Would definitely consider staying again, if ever in Tenerife!

Our family stayed here for 5 days, unbelievable standard of customer service, staff are very friendly and helpful. The food,drink, bar,pool, entertainment, rooms all excellent. Tanya and Andrea on reception were extremely helpful and kind. Lots to do, and many trips organised at hotel. Brilliant for all ages. The courtesy changing room and luggage room for late departure was perfect. Definitely highly recommend a stay at Tagoro family and fun resort.

This trip was a much needed break after a long period of study and was our first family holiday abroad.
We (me, my wife and our three year old daughter) had an excellent stay, on arrival and throughout the holiday, the hotel was clean and tidy. The pools were a nice temperature despite it being a cooler time of year and there were many activities to keep everyone entertained.
The food had a wide selection from typical beige foods (pizza, pasta, chicken nuggets, etc) and soups, stews and rice dishes.
The staff is what really made the trip excellent, every member of staff was warm and welcoming and made our daughter feel like a princess throughout, as well as having loads of patience and knowledge, when we barraged them with questions about the area.
The hotel itself is well situated and in close proximity to amenities, places to eat, and (most importantly according to our daughter) aqualand.
The only criticism I could offer is that there were no reading light options in the living room, it would have been nice to have something between main light and darkness.
I very much look forward to our next trip and spending time with the Tagoro family.

We are a party of 9. 4 adults 5 children, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in December, just before Christmas.
It was very clean, staff were friendly enough!
We had to double rooms which were plenty big enough! The pools was a bit cold but the children still managed to go in them!
Food was good enough for us, always something to eat!
Only downside it was a 15/20 min walk down to the beach! Obviously not the hotels fault!!
The walk back up does take long but we grabbed a scooter!
Highly recommend, and we will be back!!
