First of all, all the staff at this hotel have been brilliant. Friendly and helpful.
We parked at the front of the hotel for free but space is limited. Secure parking is at the rear for €8.00 per night.
Food has been excellent with buffet style help yourself but the drinks are waiter service.
The rear garden is absolutely beautiful including the pool area with green parrots flying around and in the trees. There is access to the communal gardens through the rear gate.
It's about a 20 minutes walk from the hotel to the seafront, all steeply downhill. There's a free shuttle bus back from the rear of the main shopping precinct.
Our room 406 was nice inside but the balcony directly overlooked the delivery compound (although it's a Teide and sea view). Noise from deliveries, staff coming and going and even garbage collections at 4.00 am makes this room highly undesirable. A rear room overlooking the garden would be much better. Also constant smoking by the neighbours in 408 made the balcony virtually unusable.
I did complain about the room and the staff are very nice, they did send up complimentary bubbly and chocolate but didn't offer a different room
Would I return? Possibly because the service and food were good but definitely not in that area of the hotel

The hotel environment was excellent. Since we had a car, we could drive directly to the parking lot, so climbing stairs wasn’t an issue. The breakfast pancakes were especially delicious—highly recommended! Dinner was different every day, so it never felt repetitive. The staff were all very friendly. I highly recommend this hotel!

Great place to stay. The rooms were large and although we didn't pay for a sea view we did have a good view of the sea from our balcony.
The food was really nice and varied each day. Slight negative was that we weren't informed of the option to use the restaurant downstairs on our arrival. When all inclusive you can swap the buffet for a meal in the restaurant downstairs. Unfortunately it's only open on a Friday and you have to book at least the day before so we missed out on it.
The gardens and pool were sheltered from the breeze which made it a great sun trap. The pool was decent size and there was no need to get down early to get a sunbed as there were always some available.
Cocktails were really nice and most were available in the all inclusive even with branded alcohol. Bear on tap was Amstel.
The walk down to the town was fine but lots of steps. They do however have a free shuttle bus down if needed which we didn't use.
The old town area of the port was lovely with great restaurants and walks along the front.
We hired a car which did mean that we had to pay for parking at the hotel. You have to book and it was €35 for the week but you do get your own spot.
Great place and will go back.

The location is about a 15 minute walk to the main town,241 steps is the quickest way down if on foot, but 241 steps coming up is a challenge.
The hotel does put a bus on that takes you down and back.
There is a little shop 5 minutes walk for essentials and one bar 10 minutes away.
But the hotel is all-inclusive ( if you choose).

Everything was good…. Except for our last dinner night… Not the first time we forgot our card… but the waitress just explain nicely… We stayed for a week and on the last night of dinner… we did not bring the card, and the waiter explain it to us sooo loud why we need to bring the card, like the whole people is already looking at us…its so embarrassing… Were not the only table who forget the card…but no drama happen on other table…
