Return visit from last year, cleanliness and staff great very friendly. Food was still good but notably not as good as the previous year. Entertainment team great but the live acts were poor, last year residents at the 5 star hotel opposite were leaning off their balconies also enjoying the entertaining atmosphere but not this year. We may return but we have deep concerns about the emphasis of the excellence package and it's dominance for the coming season as we don't like the them and us ideology. The room was perfectly serviced and cleaned but somewhat tired, beds comfortable poolside as requested so no complaints, air conditioning fine. Enjoyed our holiday staff were fantastic thanks.

We stay in room 219 which was fantastic for the outdoor entertainment and handy for pool and restaurant location the hotel itself was ideally positioned within the resort being close to restaurants , bars and shops. The staff were all excellent but a special shout to the entertainment team who work incredibly hard for your entertainment. Food variety and choice was very good. The all inclusive drinks package was also very good.

Room 1003 ;). Our stay at the hotel was truly enjoyable! Everything was top-notch – from the service, through the food, to the attractions. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was extremely helpful and polite. The selection of dishes was vast, and the quality of the food was excellent. Every day we had access to different activities and entertainment, which made our time here full of excitement. We are very satisfied and would gladly return!

From the moment we stepped into reception we felt extremely welcome and valued. The hotel is beautiful, very clean and comfortable. The pool is a perfect size and chilled. Sunbeds are easy to get and no crazy dash in the morning. (9am you can put your towels out) A little back ground music would be a good touch. The food and drink are fantastic, great selection and tastes amazing! BBQ on Mondays! ALL of the staff here have treated us like family! It feels as if we have been here before. They are all warm and welcoming, nothing is ever a problem. I need to say Carmen our evening bar lady has been ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!

This is the second time staying at the HOVIMA hotel and we have booked for April next year we like the friendly staff, good meal choices and the general feel of the place. It is adults only which is what we like on the down side the whiskey and brandy on offer at night time could be looked at as it’s not the best but on the plus side the gin is lovely. The staff that wait on you during lunch and dinner are very good there are some excellent staff that go above and beyond and you can see that in their work ethic. On the whole a lovely hotel keep up the good work.
