I stayed here around 2 weeks ago with my family for a week and I really enjoyed my experience. The staff were all so kind and friendly especially Nancy in the restaurant. The food selection was great, suitable for all types of eaters. Our room had a nice view of the sea and was spotless too. The kids club had loads of activities suitable for all age groups, even adults. The pool was taken care of well and we never had trouble getting sun-beds, no matter what time of the day it was. If you’re looking for a hotel in Adeje this is definitely the hotel to go to, it ticks all of the right boxes and is worth the price you pay.

We had a lovely week and enjoyed some much needed winter sun. Our room was great ...a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment with sea view(an excellence room which is well worth paying a bit extra for) The service was good and staff were lovely. The location is excellent with the beach on the doorstep as well as shops and restaurants. Can be a bit noisy due to this but we didn't mind. The pool area is clean and we always got sunbeds. We were all inclusive with 3 teenagers. The breakfast each morning was lovely. We ate in the smaller restaurant on the seafront which again was for 'excellence' guests. Freshly cooked omelettes and crepes were delicious along with standard continental breakfast and freshly squeezed orange juice ! Lunch was good in the snack bar with burgers, meats and cheeses, chips, pizza on offer. Dinner was a bit hit and miss. We didn't overly enjoy dinner in the buffet restaurant but did enjoy the seafront restaurant one evening. We also chose to eat out 3 nights as the dinner options were not really to our taste although the offering was plentiful. We would definitely recommend this hotel

We had a great time at this hotel the rooms are really good, clean and nice view of the beach and setting sun in the evening. The buffet is good quality and plenty of choice, at peak times it is very busy and loud but it was warm enough for us to sit outside so we found it much calmer outside closer to the pool area. Our children enjoyed the water float activities in the pool in the afternoon and our youngest child was pleased to win a medal for a painting competition. The location is convenient, we had a day out to see whales on a boat and walked to Aqualand to try out the slides and watch the dolphin show. Weather was perfect if you want to be able play on the beach in the middle of the day, not too hot.

Location is great with access to the beach. Staff were always smiling and professional. We had a one bedroom apartment on the third floor which was beautiful, with a great view over the pool and beach and well equipped with everything you could need, although the fridge does not have a freezer compartment. Bathroom had a hairdryer that worked well and there was a full length mirror in the bedroom. We were half board but swapped dinner for lunch on a number of days as there was more selection for our fussy child. The pool area is large and has a toddler pool, large pool and the best bigger kids pool we have come across. Sunbeds are plentiful and we always managed to get one mid morning. The only downside for us, which was outside of the hotel’s control, were the number of parents who let their kids run up and down the corridors screaming from 7am each morning and the way the hotel is built meant the noise reverberated throughout.

Wonderful hotel with an incredibly helpful staff in every situation. The rooms are clean, the food is excellent, and there are plenty of activities for kids. A huge thank you to the amazing animators, who made our stay unforgettable! Their energy, friendliness, and constant smiles created a fantastic atmosphere. Special thanks to Giorgia, Daniel, and David for their dedication and enthusiasm – you truly made our vacation special! The only small downside was some noise from the surrounding restaurants in the evening and at night, but this didn’t take away from our overall great experience in this hotel.
