We loved this hotel. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The food was fantastic and the staff were brilliant. Plenty of sunbeds for the late-comers too. Perfect for a winter sun break over the Christmas period. Top tip though, if you’re here for New Year’s Eve, bring a party outfit and decent shoes. I was left feeling very under dressed! Would definitely come back. Fantastic holiday.

2nd time here. Pure quality! I've never stayed anywhere with staff as friendly and helpful as this place. On arrival Michael at the door, remembered us. He said "ah you've come back! Welcome home" great start. Swift service at reception. Rooms immaculate and housekeeping keep it that way. Food excellent, so much choice. Waiters fantastic. Pool entertainment is great. Pool bar excellent, pricey but worth it. I can't recommend this place highly enough. We're here now and loving it. Also adult only. It's worth paying the extra for the luxury, I just hope their prices don't jump too high.

The rooms were pleasant; however, one of our rooms, despite being the same category as the other, received no sun on the balcony throughout the day. The New Year’s Eve dining option was priced at €220.00 per person, including drinks, regardless of whether one consumed alcohol or not. This felt exorbitant. As a result, we canceled our half-board plan and chose to dine elsewhere for the remainder of our stay. While the food in the restaurant was good, it was not exceptional enough to justify such a price. That said, the staff across the hotel were consistently friendly and helpful, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, we had an enjoyable week, but I’m uncertain if I would choose to return to this hotel.

We have had the most amazing week in this hotel X Great location, lovely rooms & superb food & drink options.But what stands out more than anything is the service - most helpful, polite & fun team! Too many to mention but Lucia was so helpful - she couldn't do enough for us & always with a big smile. And Sarah who made us laugh every day - what a talented young lady! Loved our time here & will be back for sure x

Great hotel with excellent service! Spent a few days for some winter sun, the hotel is classy and the staff deliver an excellent experience. Food and drinks are delicious (do the Star Prestige package for the extras) and there are activities if you want to partake - I really enjoyed making my own piece of jewellery to take home with Marcelo and Sara. Pedro in the bar is also some kind of drinks wizard! It’s also close to the beach. Would happily come back 😎
