Great hotel. Pools are good for adults and kids. The splash park kept kids entertained all day. The food was the best we’ve had in all inclusive. We didn’t eat a meal outside of the hotel. Staff are helpful and pleasant through out the hotel. Everywhere is kept clean and tidy. First place we’ve stayed in a long time where we would stay again.

We love this hotel! We are a family of 3 with a toddler and found this hotel perfect. There is plenty for all ages to do. Our toddler loves the small water slides! The food is absolutely delicious with a very wide variety. The hotel is very clean. The staff are extremely attentive and always there to help. This is our second time visiting and we would definitely visit again!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always making us feel welcome. The overall experience was fantastic—fun, relaxing, and memorable. We had a great time during our vacation, and everything was perfect in terms of service, cleanliness, and comfort. The only issue we encountered was with the elevators. They seemed to be a bit slow and sometimes overcrowded, which became inconvenient, especially during peak times. I think this is an area that could use some improvement for a smoother experience. Aside from that, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a great place to stay with excellent service and a relaxing atmosphere!

Stayed here for a week in Feb/March 2025 and had a brilliant time. Lots of space as well as wee nooks and quiet spaces (like a reading area with a selection of books). Staff all went out of their way to be helpful and welcoming. Suhaila was really knowledgeable and helpful when we asked more about the hotel's sustainability works. Dont expect to lose any weight when you stay here if you use their restaurant. Great variety of food - it's hard to find good veggie food on holiday but I had plenty of choice with lots of different options every day. Rooms were spic and span, beds were comfy. The coffee maker in the room was a life saver. As for the air hockey table in the games room - great fun.
