I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always making us feel welcome. The overall experience was fantastic—fun, relaxing, and memorable. We had a great time during our vacation, and everything was perfect in terms of service, cleanliness, and comfort.
The only issue we encountered was with the elevators. They seemed to be a bit slow and sometimes overcrowded, which became inconvenient, especially during peak times. I think this is an area that could use some improvement for a smoother experience.
Aside from that, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a great place to stay with excellent service and a relaxing atmosphere!

The Iberostar Bouganville is a very nice hotel, well situated in Costa Adeje. The hotel is clean, bright and well kept. The pools are good and there are plenty of s7nbeds available.
The staff are outstanding - very friendly and couldn't do more to help make our stay memorable.
We stayed half board and the buffet restaurant food is excellent with a very wide choice of excellent dishes and different themes each night - Mexican, Mediterranean, Sushi etc.
As others have said, the only inconvenience is that there are only 4 lifts and it can take a long time to get a lift during busy times - breakfast and dinner.
We would definitely use this hotel in future.

We have stayed at this hotel twice already and have booked for a third time. The hotel is spotlessly clean, and in a brilliant location! The staff are very helpful (special thanks to Julio C!!). Kids pools are great for all ages and heated to a comfortable temperature. Look forward to our next stay!

During my recent week-long stay at Iberostar Waves Bouganville Playa in Tenerife, I was thoroughly impressed by the outstanding service provided across every aspect of the hotel. From the beautifully maintained rooms to the exquisite dining options, every detail was thoughtfully designed to ensure a memorable experience.
A special mention goes to the reception staff, Lidia and Nicole, who were super friendly and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. Their warm welcomes and attentive support added a personal touch that made the experience truly exceptional.

Our recent stay here was a delightful experience. The hotel offered a fantastic blend of relaxation and fun for families. The variety of food options was impressive, catering to all tastes. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always went the extra mile.
The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, from the rooms to the public areas. The pools were spacious and clean, with water slides that were a big hit with the kids. The mini-disco and evening shows provided excellent entertainment for the whole family. The hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to the beach, shops, and restaurants.
While our overall experience was positive, there were a few minor areas for improvement. The wait times for lifts, especially during peak periods, could be longer than ideal. Additionally, the lifeguards could be more attentive to pool safety. The air conditioning system in one of our rooms wasn't functioning optimally, but this was quickly resolved by the hotel staff.
The children's menu could benefit from more variety, particularly for picky eaters. While the food quality was generally high, a minor incident involving food packaging highlighted the need for stricter quality control. The frequency of survey requests could be also be reduced at dinner, and stricter rules could be implemented to ensure safety around the pool slides.
Despite these minor issues, this hotel is a fantastic choice for families seeking a memorable holiday. The positive aspects far outweigh the negatives, and we would highly recommend this hotel.
