An unforgettable stay – Flawless service & 100% happiness! What can I say about this stunning hotel? I’ve stayed in several 5-star hotels, but this one truly stands above the rest. The service, the hospitality, the kindness of the staff… every detail was perfectly thought out. Every gesture and thoughtful touch left me genuinely impressed. It was my very first solo trip, and I was a bit hesitant at first, but the warmth and care of the team made me forget I was on my own. I felt surrounded, supported, and completely at ease. Thank you for Antonio of the reception to feeling me at the first moment arriving safe and well welcomed. Special thanks Leticia, whose kindness and attentiveness truly lit up my stay. And a heartfelt thank you to Roma & Stefano, always cheerful and full of positive energy. Their smile and thoughtful gestures made every moments even more enjoyable — they knew exactly what I wanted without me even asking. A real delight! The breakfast buffet is an experience in itself: generous, delicious, and beautifully varied — with options even for those watching their diet. 100% pleasure, 0 guilt. Hands down the best I’ve ever had. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well equipped — always tidy and beautifully presented, with delicate touches like chocolates and small daily attentions. Huge thanks to the housekeeping team for their meticulous work and consistency. Also a big thank you to the pool staff, always smiling and attentive. And the list of compliments could go on and on… Thankful for all the staff I forgot to mention. I’ll definitely be back — next time with my husband, to whom I’ve enthusiastically shared every little detail. A huge thank you for 7 perfect days. See you again very soon!

Lovely 9 night stay with friendly and helpful staff. Rooms and grounds were kept clean and our sea facing room had mainly been renovated. The only disappointment was the bathroom which badly needed updating (when did you last see an ashtray next to the toilet?) Breakfasts were superb with excellent choices of cold meats, fruit and hot food and even a proper toaster. Plenty of sun beds to go around and mattresses, covers and towels were supplied. We were only B&B and there were plenty of excellent restaurants within about 1km in either direction. One highlight of our stay was the violin playing at breakfast by Dorina Gavrilita.

This is a luxurious, high-class hotel for adults only. The hotel is quiet, there are sports activities in the mornings in the pool area. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxed. The rooms are large and spacious and equipped with everything you need! The breakfast is wonderful, pampering with an abundance of fresh, high-quality food. The service of the hotel staff is simply excellent and they helped us with every question and concern. There is a drop from the hotel to the beach and the promenade, which offers a variety of restaurants. Simply a perfect and beautiful hotel and we enjoyed every moment.

First of all this hotel is located beautifully at the beach of costa adeje, and despite all the liveliness of the beach promenade is a very quiet, calm chill place to stay. but most important: the heart and soul of this hotel are its employees; they are nice, considerate, discreet and very caring - especially the cleaning staff. I never experienced a hotel where my room was cleaned with this much care and attention to detail, it really made my stay a special experience. we saved a long time to come hereand were in awe how perfect our vacation here was: the food is excellent, breakfast is just a dream and the rooms are very big with a beautiful ocean view. the staff at the bar and restaraunt were such nice people, friendly, funny and just all around a joy to talk to. the pool is massive, so much so you feel like it is a private pool because often times we were the only ones in it (we were here in August). We highly recommend coming here and paying a bit more for this truly great experience. thanks to all the great people working at Mirador for making our vacation so memorable!

Perfect. Attention to detail makes this a true 5* experience with lots of nice little complimentary touches. ( chocs, ice cream, drink, bottle of wine) They seem to have thought of everything you could possibly want. We went half board, well worth it, the food was excellent. 2 Al a carte restaurants & a buffet with a la carte main course option. The cocktails are again excellent & beautifully decorated. Relaxing pool area with plenty of space. No regimented sun beds, just tell the pool guy where to set your beds & brollies up. Entertainment was OK, good singers/musician's but they did a lot of the same songs which was a little boring. The service was exemplary, professional yet friendly. Thank you all for a memorable holiday. We will be back. (Age range 50+)
