Love love love this hotel! One of the best hotels and experiences I’ve had while on vacation. Prosecco upon arrival and lunch vouchers to the pool bar while we awaited for our room to be ready. The breakfast buffet was impressive, with various, meats, spreads, cheeses, breads, fruit, drinks, unlimited mimosa and Prosecco etc. Staff was very professional, friendly and the premises was spectacular and clean. Spent my birthday here and they made sure to make it special. I will surely return.

Somehow even better than the reviews. The service is incredible and better than many hotels I’ve been to that are 3x the price — everyone is genuine and friendly and helpful, such as Claudia and Pablo. My check-in experience was first class, the food is great, the views are spectacular and the hotel is top notch. If you’re looking for a relaxing and beautiful getaway, this is the place.

Absolute 10 out of 10! I visited last year for my honeymoon and I am still dreaming of this place. The place is gorgeous, the rooms are absolutely lovely and the pool is perfect, but the absolute best part is the service. They are all wonderful from the moment you set foot, and my personal favourite was Laeti - she was so attentive and genuine, it made our experience all the better! We got a sea-facing room with chocolates, cake and champagne. There is a spa and we went to get massages which were one of the best. Now last but not least: THE FOOD. You expect a place like this to have good food but this was beyond anything imaginable. We had breakfast and dinner included and everything was delicious, dinner buffet + menu change every night, and there are multiple live stations. Food service by the pool was also great and so good to have to try some tapas in the early afternoon. 100% recommended, I cannot wait to be back!!

The best 5* hotel we’ve ever stayed in. Apart from the hotel being amazing, the staff really do make this hotel what it is. They are so friendly, helpful and happy. Nothing is too much trouble. Each and every one of them are brilliant. The hotel it self is gorgeous. Very spacious, beautiful decor and spotlessly clean. the rooms are huge with excellent facilities including a walk in wardrobe, separate shower and bath and living area. The pool area is very big with plenty of sun beds and parasol’s. You don’t even need to get up for a drink or food. You press a button next to your sun bed and they come and take your order. There is also a huge spa which is very nice and luxurious. Good size gym too. The food is next level. Every food you could wish for and cooked and presented to a very high standard. The location of the hotel is perfect. 20 mins from the airport. A 30 second walk to the beach and shops. It really is just perfect. I wouldn’t change anything. Will definitely go again.

When I fell ill at the end of my vacation, I panic booked a nice hotel to take me in for the night where I'd feel comfortable. When I arrived at El Mirador I was firstly taken back by how beautiful the driveway and lobby were. On my first night they gave me a free room upgrade which of course is always gloriously delightful (I can't promise they'll upgrade you though hehe). The following day I met such wonderful staff who were kind, delighted to chat and genuinely seemed to care. They went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy where I was sat and had everything that I could desire. The food was beautiful and the pool area was quiet and was the ideal place to relax. I've been to a lot of 5 star hotels and this one is one of the best. I want to give special thanks to managers Carla and Claudia who were not only fantastic managers who did everything they could for me, but they're also genuinely kind and lovely people. It really makes such a difference when you feel that the staff are nice people. I feel bad that I didn't catch the names of two of the waiters who were SUPERB but the blonde lady (perhaps Cassandra?) who was one of the sweetest people I've ever met, and a man with grey-ish hair and glasses. They always went above and beyond to make sure I had all I needed. I recall one time in particular where I was seated at breakfast by somebody else and this aforementioned man had put a mug of tea and milk on my table. When I saw him he said that he brought it over for me as he knows I have it every morning -- which brought a tear to my eye! The spa was beautiful and I had a great massage and the yoga instructor was fun and knew what she was doing. Beautiful hotel, fantastic staff, amazing food, close to a beautiful beach, peace and tranquility. Superb!
