Our butler, Valentin, was fantastic. Whenever we reported a problem with the room, he made sure it was quickly taken care of. When the mini-fridge didn’t have a beverage I wanted (Coke Zero), he made a trip to the market to get some (although I wouldn’t have asked had I known!). His level of service and friendliness was outstanding.

Excellent hotel. It is a small hotel located in a large Iberostar Anthelia. Adults only.
Personalized reception service. Very spacious room with a lounge with bar and minibar, bedroom, bathroom, and balcony. The hotel has two swimming pools, one heated and the other with a non-heated jacuzzi. It is the perfect restaurant/pool bar with friendly staff.
Guests can have breakfast à la carte in the Mirador restaurant or dine in any of the hotel's 6 restaurants.
The only negative points are the mobility limitations. Access to the Mirador restaurant is by stairs, and there is no elevator (I'm not a stair climber). Another point for those with some limitations is the height of the beds, which may be too high for some people.

We stayed for a birthday treat and what a treat. Thanks to Kim, Francisco and Jocelin for arranging and enhancing our stay. Wonderful hotel with amazingly comfortable rooms and a perfect sea view. But what makes it is the staff; we have been spoiled rotten and it's an absolute pleasure to meet people in hospitality who so very enjoy hospitality. Special thanks to Aramburu who went out of her way to look after us, and the whole team both at breakfast and during the day at the pool who are always friendly, always happy, always wonderful. We can't wait to return.

Unfortunately I had to wait ~1h for check in as there were 3 before me and the couple that arrived after me got checked in before me as well (even though they informed the butler that I was there before them, but he straight up ignored it!) 😤
Room was spacious and clean (except for the ants in the bathroom). Though I don’t know how someone who isn’t super thin can fit into the shower. 😅
The food at Lagarto and Poseidón was great and mid at the other restaurants. But I had to remind them of my food allergies each time and even then I had to return some dishes because they forgot it in between, which tbh is a no-go at a 5 star hotel…
Special shout out to my personal butler and the head waiter of Poseidón as they were the only ones who I only had to tell about my food allergies once. ❤️
If you have celiac disease I would avoid the buffet as the gf stuff is placed right next and in between the non-gf stuff making cross contamination a common occurrence. I also got glutened at Sea Soul…
If you want to sleep longer than 9 a.m. put the do-not-disturb sign out the night before or staff will just come in as there is no way to lock the door with e.g. a chain. Looking the door from the inside with the knob doesn’t help as they will open anyways.
For room service expect the food to arrive lukewarm, also the English from the person who picked up the phone was next to not understandable.
The hotel location is perfect and most of the staff is super friendly but there are also working a few who clearly have no idea what customer service is.
All in all I don’t know if I was just terrible unlucky or if 5 star hotels in Tenerife just aren’t on the same level as elsewhere? If you don’t have any food allergies/health issues the hotel will still be a decent choice just for the location alone.

Not an adults only hotel. Small section of the mammoth Iberostar Anthelia. Awfully overpriced given that it share facilities with 500+ people. When we complained were offered only a free check out and lunch at the pool bar. Much much better value adults only hotels nearby. One to avoid.
