It doesn't get any better than this: the Jumeirah Bali is simply a perfect hotel. The villas are huge and nothing is missing. The secluded terrace with a really large pool is wonderful. The whole area is fantastic and very well maintained. The gastronomy is very good, from the excellent breakfast to the two restaurants. But the special thing about this hotel is the staff. The warmth and professionalism of all the staff is second to none. This is certainly due to the excellent management of the hotel, from the general manager to the hotel manager, food and beverage manager and chef. Simply an all-round perfect experience.

I stayed here 2 nights at the start of the trip to Bali. I came here after a 19 hr flight and what a great choice I made. I was instantly at peace with how beautiful the resort was and how friendly I was welcomed. The rooms are stunning and the beds are so comfortable. I'm not one to stay in a resort all day but with this kind of luxury it was hard to leave. The butler service was also very efficient and helped us out during our trip. The breakfast choice is very large and the f ood is high quality, the waitresses even encouraged me to order more food! I will not forget this resort and when I'm back in Bali I will definitely stay here again.

I recently stayed at Jumeirah Bali in an ocean view villa, and it was absolutely amazing! The service was outstanding from start to finish. The staff were so friendly and made sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. A special thanks to Ari, who went above and beyond to make my experience unforgettable. Ari her attention to detail and care made me feel so welcomed and looked after! Every part of the villa felt luxurious and well-thought-out. The food was also fantastic! There were plenty of options, and everything was fresh and delicious. Overall, Jumeirah Bali exceeded all my expectations. It’s the perfect place to relax and feel completely spoiled. I can’t wait to come back!

I am deeply disappointed with my experience at Jumeirah Resort Bali. A place that is supposed to offer five-star service failed in several aspects, especially in terms of staff behavior and professionalism. 1. Poor valet service Upon arrival, I requested valet service, but the staff asked me to reverse my car myself and even argued when I asked to move it to the lobby area, which was filled with puddles of water. This was highly inconvenient and unprofessional. 2. Lack of responsiveness from staff When heading to Maja restaurant, I had to request a buggy three times from the lobby staff. Such slow service is unacceptable and does not reflect the standards of a premium resort. 3. Hygiene issues at the restaurant While dining at Maja restaurant, I was disturbed by the presence of numerous flies in the dining area. This is far below the expectations for a world-class resort. 4. Plus Points The food is good and service at restaurant is excellent. The welcome bread and complimentary desserts is excellent. Jumeirah Resort Bali boasts beautiful facilities, but such poor service quality significantly detracted from my visit. I hope the management takes immediate steps to improve the service standards so that guests can feel comfortable and valued.

Visited Jumeirah for the first time in summer 2023 and loved it so much that we returned in summer 2024! It offers the best sunsets 🌅 on the entire island. Enjoy surfing, exquisite food, and a top-notch restaurant perched on the mountain. The architecture and ambiance are outstanding—truly beautiful and graceful. The white bougainvillea plants add a romantic touch. The rooms are super luxurious, ensuring the best sleep ever. Morning yoga sessions are fantastic as well. This place has quickly become one of my favorite hotels in Bali. Love it!
