I had the opportunity to stay at this incredible luxury hotel. The room is impressive, they have all the necessary space and more, their decoration, architecture, cleanliness and order are excellent. The pool area is wonderful, it is spacious and with a beautiful view. Every corner of this hotel is magical, full of nature, exquisite architecture, it seems like you are in a fairy tale. I love to exercise so the gym is important to me, and they have just what is necessary, I loved it, and their spa is on another level, it is impressive. Finally, the service is impeccable, very professional and helpful people. Totally recommended. Thank you so much.

It was a very disappointing experience. As soon as I checked in, I found a dead cockroach-like insect on the bath mat. Two door handles in the room were broken and had fallen off, and hot water did not come out properly even after a long time in the bathtub. The electric kettle in the room had been reused despite its worn-out surface being repainted, and there were dirty black foreign substances inside the kettle. At the breakfast buffet, the automatic door had been broken and left open for several days, making the indoor temperature uncomfortably hot despite the air conditioning. The overall facility management and hygiene standards were extremely poor, falling far short of what is expected from a luxury hotel. Most importantly, I am pregnant, and I repeatedly requested special care for my meals upon check-in. However, on the last day, I suffered from food poisoning after breakfast, experiencing diarrhea and severe stomach pain all day. As a result, I had to cancel all my travel plans and stay in my room. Despite this, the hotel did not offer any compensation. They only apologized and provided extra water, refusing to call a doctor for me. Even when I requested medical assistance, they stated that I would have to cover all medical expenses myself.

And the views… waking up to such mesmerizing scenery every morning felt like a dream. The beauty of this place, combined with its refined design and peaceful atmosphere, created a sense of pure bliss. But what truly made my stay extraordinary was the hospitality. The staff went above and beyond, ensuring every moment was filled with care, kindness, and a personal touch that made me feel at home. Jumeirah is not just a hotel—it’s a destination where memories are made, where every detail is designed to create an unforgettable experience. I will cherish my time here forever and cannot wait to return.

It doesn't get any better than this: the Jumeirah Bali is simply a perfect hotel. The villas are huge and nothing is missing. The secluded terrace with a really large pool is wonderful. The whole area is fantastic and very well maintained. The gastronomy is very good, from the excellent breakfast to the two restaurants. But the special thing about this hotel is the staff. The warmth and professionalism of all the staff is second to none. This is certainly due to the excellent management of the hotel, from the general manager to the hotel manager, food and beverage manager and chef. Simply an all-round perfect experience.

My first “stop” on my trip to Bali. First impression was “wow” Quiet and friendly arrival - exactly what I wished for. The Villa and its private pool seemed perfect until i slipped on the highly glazed bedroom tiles which had become dangerous by condensation - this stip of tiles is the open gap between the bathroom the bed area. In-villa evening dining was made impractical by no table inside and no lighting at the table outside. So we ate at the desk. We booked the next evening meal at their much vaunted Akasa hill top restaurant. Our intention to enjoy the indoor aircon with view of the open plan kitchen was destroyed by hideous loud disco music - so we ventured outside to a table furtherest from the DJ - even so conversation was impossible and the heat was unbearable. That said the staff were very attentive and the food at Akasa was good. The breakfast and lunch at the resort’s other restaurant was not fine dining but ok if it wasn’t for the continuous “music” noise. Music is such a personal issue for me On check out the next day we had to endure another auditory assault as VERY loud zylophone style music destroyed the peace we were looking for in this beautifully laid-out jungle-style resort. The expensive massages were good but as we experienced at our other venues it wasn’t as good. This was the worst of our three Bali private Villa experiences and by far the most expensive. I give it 3 out of 5
