We recently stayed here on our honeymoon. We couldn't have asked for better service. We were upgraded to a suite and they had left us a bottle of fizz on ice as well. The staff were generally very nice and helpful. The food was better than any all inclusive I've stayed at previously. Slightly out of town but made for a quieter stay. If we go back to Tenerife we will stay here again. Thank you

We read some reviews a week before we were going and thought about cancelling. So glad we didn’t as this hotel was amazing the sea views, food (never had to go looking for cutlery or plates) and drinks. Staff were amazing. Yes a little short staff but they managed well with smiles. The only time our room was not cleaned was the day before leaving but went to reception and got clean towels. Me and my friend both agreed we would definitely return and only 20 minutes from the airport.

The rooms are spacious and nice. Great view if you upgrade to ocean view. The hotel itself is decent. Location isn't ideal. Getting to any sign of civilization is approx 30 walk. Spa at the hotel is at an extra cost, still not everything was working just like elevators and lights over pool table (one day each..🫤) daily activities were decent but some of younger hosts were spending more time on their mobile than organising time for people. Food was hit and miss. From decent enough to reheated three times. All in all I had a good time but didn't spent much time in the hotel itself

Lovely stay here, restaurant, bar and entertainment staff all very friendly and hard working. The location is beautiful and slightly out the way with the sea literally 30 seconds from the hotel. Pool area very nice and cleaned daily. The food selection was great, however felt sometimes they were understaffed as they kept running out of available cups / glasses. And sometimes large queues formed at bars, but they we're quick to respond and rectify when pointed out. I feel the entertainment staff could benefit with a bit more budget allocated to them as the people were great and enthusiastic but their available materials / budget seemed poor. Overall a fantastic stay and would recommend for a lovely cheap and cheerful getaway 🙂.

This is not a 4 star hotel! I'd say taking everything into account this hotel should only rate as 2 star hotel. Easyjet need to revise this rating. The Spa is very tired. Paint peeling off walls and tiles coming off spa pool floor and very dirty. So called gym in hotel is simply a waste of space as all the equipment is below par and simply rusting where it stands also gym has not been cleaned in a long time and door at entry jammed. Only one lift ever worked and public areas were in need of a good clean. All decor & furniture both in rooms and public areas is very tired. The quality of food at breakfast was well below what was expected and all food that was supposed to be warm was almost always cold The cost of drinks and food outside your package was simply exorbitant. Resturant and cleaning staff could not be less interested if they tried. Pool area and reception staff being the only good points. Although all the glass partitions around pool were filthy as was the rest of the windows and glass in public areas. This hotel is a 20 min walk from nearest facilities restaurants etc which isn't a problem as long as your aware of that. It is very windy in this location and therefore daytime and nightime temperatures are much lower than other parts of the island. This is not spoken about by tour operators or hotel but people booking need to be aware of this fact. They need to close this hotel down and refurbish it and raise the standard of food & services being offered. Also hotel staff need to be properly trained in this location. Never saw a manager or director at this hotel. If they have one and it was up to me I'd fire them on the spot.
