This sounded a great holiday however the negatives - it was about a 25 minute walk to the town centre depending on how fit you are. There was not enough staff usually only 1 person serving, you could never get a glass or a cup and sometimes plates we went at Xmas time and it felt like the hotel should have closed that they didn't want to be open so run with skeleton staff. The pool area wasn't clean or the sand swept up again no staff. There were 2 lifts and one was never working. The positives what staff there was they were brilliant the life guard he sorted all the loungers and picked up litter he was really nice. The room was clean and made up every day. The kitchen staff were really nice but 1 or 2 service staff are not enough we felt sorry for the work they were expected to do. It was a bit far out of town to walk every day. I would go back to this hotel

Stayed in this prison in November 24, food was horrendous and the buffet included nice mouldy items.. the rooms don’t get cleaned daily and good luck trying to get fresh bedding. All inclusive here is genuinely like being in prison, drinks are terrible, food is like slop and the entertainment is poor to say the least. I found the reception team to be very unhelpful and shouldn’t work on a hotel reception. Enjoy!

We recently stayed here on our honeymoon. We couldn't have asked for better service. We were upgraded to a suite and they had left us a bottle of fizz on ice as well. The staff were generally very nice and helpful. The food was better than any all inclusive I've stayed at previously. Slightly out of town but made for a quieter stay. If we go back to Tenerife we will stay here again. Thank you

We read some reviews a week before we were going and thought about cancelling. So glad we didn’t as this hotel was amazing the sea views, food (never had to go looking for cutlery or plates) and drinks. Staff were amazing. Yes a little short staff but they managed well with smiles. The only time our room was not cleaned was the day before leaving but went to reception and got clean towels. Me and my friend both agreed we would definitely return and only 20 minutes from the airport.

The rooms are spacious and nice. Great view if you upgrade to ocean view. The hotel itself is decent. Location isn't ideal. Getting to any sign of civilization is approx 30 walk. Spa at the hotel is at an extra cost, still not everything was working just like elevators and lights over pool table (one day each..🫤) daily activities were decent but some of younger hosts were spending more time on their mobile than organising time for people. Food was hit and miss. From decent enough to reheated three times. All in all I had a good time but didn't spent much time in the hotel itself
