Lovely stay here, restaurant, bar and entertainment staff all very friendly and hard working. The location is beautiful and slightly out the way with the sea literally 30 seconds from the hotel. Pool area very nice and cleaned daily. The food selection was great, however felt sometimes they were understaffed as they kept running out of available cups / glasses. And sometimes large queues formed at bars, but they we're quick to respond and rectify when pointed out. I feel the entertainment staff could benefit with a bit more budget allocated to them as the people were great and enthusiastic but their available materials / budget seemed poor. Overall a fantastic stay and would recommend for a lovely cheap and cheerful getaway 🙂.

This is a quiet place so if you are looking for anything more then don't go. It suited us. It's surfers paradise. It's about 0.5km to the local town where you can get a bus to los Cristiano's. Order a taxi from hotel or go to a taxi rank as Uber is super dear there. Hotel was lovely. Breakfast was pretty basic so you do get sick of it by day 3.

Very nice hotel. I enjoyed the fact it was out of the way of the clubs and bars etc. it's a quiet area and the nearest town is a 20 mins walk. All the amenities were provided. Bed was comfortable, AC was available. Nice view of the sea and all the kite surfers. Check in was easy. Lots of food choices available for breakfast lunch and dinner. Check out was easy and at midday, you have the option to keep the room on for the day at €40 if you so wish too and you can still use the hotel facilities until you leave. Night entertainment provided by the hotel was fun, different every night. Swimming pool was nice. Plenty of sun loungers and a pool bar. There is a supermarket next door and ATM. There is parking in front of the hotel. But be aware, everyone local uses it also to go to the beach. I would definitely visit this hotel again.

I give 4 stars because the rooms are spacious, and pool was nice …food tasty and friendly service (but you are in Spain , it’s normal to be like this )..but overall I had some bad experience with this hotel ! You need to pay for the key to the safe and is not about the money …it’s 3€/day ! Hotel have spa but you need to pay extra and you can’t stay more then 2 hours /day! Rooms big not so clean but was ok ! I chose the hotel through Lastminute.com with all inclusive and encountered these problems ! If you are looking for charge your battery and relax it’s ok !

Currently staying at this hotel. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are clean and we have even been upgraded to a sea view room. The shower is perfect and a large balcony to sit and enjoy. The pool is lovely as it’s heated and there is plenty of beds available along with tables and chairs. The spa is lovely for a small fee and looking I’m forward to my treatments. The staff are welcoming and have some activities on during the day and at night. The food in the all inclusive is lacking for me. The food is more sea food however if you have a palate for trying new things you will love it. Unfortunately that’s the only disappointing thing for a plain eater. I would come and stay here again. It’s 13 minutes to the airport but a bit further out for the excursion's. I haven’t explored outside of the hotel but I’m sure there is plenty of other things to do. Overall experience enjoyed time away and relaxing ☺️
