We stayed in a family suite room for 7 nights in Jan 2025. We enjoyed our stay, the staff is very friendly, the food is very good and with a lot of options for all tastes. The entire hotel is very clean, the rooms are cleaned very well.
It was my daughter’s birthday and they surprised us by letting in the room a mini cake, some drinks a birthday card. It was so nice from their side.
The night entertainment is nice also, a mini disco for kids every evening followed by different activities - bingo, magic show, games, karaoke, circus, etc.
The only thing that was not well though was the game nights - the games are chosen to get 2 men in the final so can drink beer quickly in the final which is not fair for the ladies. But the entertainment team is really nice, they share a lot of positive energy and most of them seem to really enjoy their job. Kudos to Rachelle and Johnny, and to the lady with the magical show and the circus team.
Overall we had a good stay and we recommend to others.

Great hotel in good location. We were half board and the food was ok. Good animation team and entertainment most days. Lots of available sunbeds. Swimming pool clean and warm enough. The reception staff were great upon checking in but didn't know how the paying for drinks worked in the restaurant being half board. Seemed a bit strange. We had a good time. The rooftop bar was brilliant, amazing sunsets and the staff up there were fantastic. Nice to sunbathe in the day as well, when the bar was closed. ( Adults only)

Fabulous suite and clean. Staff very welcoming and friendly. The rooftop bar is a must but drinks aren't included even for all inclusive customers. The sunsets are amazing to see. Not much choice of food in the restaurant but all fresh and plenty. Our suite was spacious and comfortable. We were on the first floor and at the front of the hotel but there was no noise from traffic or people passing. Overall it was a very enjoyable holiday and would recommend it

Had a really good time for a week. They left champagne and cake in our room for my boyfriend’s birthday free of charge. (Checked our passports on check in). Nice touch. The cleaners were absolutely phenomenal as were the kitchen staff. Place was always spotless. Never seen such a clean place. Water bottles and towels replaced daily. Bar staff were all lovely. Plenty to eat and drink ANYTIME you want if you’re all inclusive. Although found the sunset lounge to be really disappointing (we were excited for this one before we arrived) Just found the table service to be dire, very difficult to get attention of waiting team and then waiting 30 minutes for cocktails and then less than 5 minutes later being asked to pour it into a cup and leave immediately at 12am was a bit ridiculous. Although we did like the actual decor and lighting up here.
In the week we were there, only 2 nights of entertainment on adult side was disappointing. Please consider more events and advertising them on check in. Although the 2 performers we seen were great and the best part of our evening.

My wife myself and our friends thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Labranda Suites Oct-Nov 2024 on our trip away as couples with the kids staying at home.
We stayed as 1/2 board due to the fact we were out exploring during the day. As adult only party we were placed into the Lh side of the hotel, with its own pool and bar areas. We thought that was a nice touch from the hotel. The rooms were spotless, bedroom, bathroom and lounge were very comfortable, with complimentary bathrobe and slippers.
Good choices within the buffet dining room for both breakfast and evening meals. all the staff were happy and courteous, some items could have been warmer but I guess it is difficult with such a large dining room.
A huge shout out to Darian, Dayana, Heidi, Rob and Christian looking after us in the Sail Bar each night. What great service and brilliant interaction with our group, made our stay so good, oh not forgetting Louis up at the Sunset Champagne Lounge on the roof too.
