I can hands down say this is the best hotel I’ve stayed at, everything is perfect for myself & my family. The hotel aesthetic is stunning such a tropical feel with all the greenery, it’s spotless, the cleaners, maids & grounds team all work super hard. The restaurants serve such a huge variety of really good quality food, the choice really is endless, all the restaurant staff are so attentive and polite, the chefs are happy to help, if you ask for something specific it’s done. The animation team are fabulous, the vibes are always buzzing, every age is catered for, a good variety of activities, whether your looking for relaxing, sporty or just fun it’s all available, they do a certificate giving in the evening to celebrate the winners of competitions. The entertainment in the evening has been spot on really good tributes in the show bar and they are really interactive with the crowd the whole room gets involved. The hello bar has some really beautiful musicians and singers with a pure chill vibe if you don’t fancy the tributes and full on fun. Rooms are spacious and the mattresses are top tier. If you require an iron & board they will be delivered to your room so no need to pack an iron. You can have floats, balls etc in the pool too which is great as there’s a lot of hotels which don’t allow this. I cannot praise the hotel and all its staff enough, 5***** Thank you for making our holiday perfect

Beautiful hotel, really lovely open reception & communal areas with real living plants. Staff couldn’t be more accommodating, hotel is exceptionally clean (we saw people hosing down the sun beds every evening & the housekeepers are excellent). Food was incredible with a huge selection to choose from, you’ll never get bored! Lots of pastries and desserts as well as fruit, wide selection of bread and different meals every evening. Also as part of the standard package you get two 3 course meals at the a la care restaurants; one was more Mexican street food and the other ‘Arena’ was delicious! You need to book on the app or at reception quite quickly after arriving in order to book a table. The hotel was full when we stayed but still the pool had enough sun loungers so we didn’t have to worry about getting one and there’s a ‘no reserving sun loungers’ policy with the pools closed off until they open. There are two pools (not including the infinity pool for platinum guests) - the upper is where all of the activities happen so a bit louder with music and the lower was where we based ourselves, which was a bit quieter. Platinum looked nice but we didn’t feel we were getting ‘less than’ not being platinum, so if we were to return we probably wouldn’t go platinum. The beach was nearby, a 10 minute walk, it would be less than 5 mins if the other entrance to the hotel was open, which it wasn’t during our stay. The beach is only small but is natural black sand. There are sun loungers you can rent but we didn’t, just took towels, we found it nice to spend some of the day by the pool and some by the beach. The red flag was up most days but there was a lifeguard and you could dip your feet in and stay close to shore if you wanted to. Overall a really lovely holiday & gorgeous hotel, would definitely recommend!

Having spent two holidays here I can honestly say we will be back time and time again. Anton and Luis have made our holidays both times, getting us involved in activities both during the day and at night. I have never met such an amazing animation team! The rooms are lovely, clean and spacious that doesn't let you down! The food is lovely throughout the day and into the evening, with a great choice of drinks to choose from always. I could not recommend this place enough, well worth the money.

The hotel has exceeded expectations, the interior is really impressive and maintained to a really great standard. Lots of lovely terraces and quiet areas. Gardens are beautiful. Food generally good. The animation team are brilliant, special mention for Ricky, Anton and Melissa who we got to know. One downside was none of the large pools had a shallow area and one of our party was unable to use them being a non swimmer and only 5 foot. The hydrotherapy pool was a really great feature which we enjoyed.

A great family holiday in the sun, the hotel was perfect, the rooms were clean. Food was good (but a bit limited on variations). Plenty of sunbeds by the pools, entertainment was excellent with great variety, especially liked the Kenyan Boys and Rock Travellers as these were my favourite. This was all hosted by the great Ricky and Anton from the Animation team, who were very friendly, welcoming, and inclusive (without being too pushy if you didn't want to do the activities).
