The food lets the place down. Always cold and I had to warm my meals up in the microwave. The rooms were clean and well kept. I asked for a different glass for my gin and tonic at the Hello Bar but was told no as the drinks were far too strong to tolerate in a tumbler glass. We never went to the entertainment bar as it didn't open until 10pm. Opening earlier would have been better. The staff on Reception were very helpful and friendly and spoke great English. They are a credit to your team.

Such a lovely hotel and team! Honestly couldn't fault it at all, we really enjoyed staying here. Everyone was very attentive and super helpful! The bar staff and waiters were friendly. The entertainment team were great, and really got everyone involved! Ricky, Anton & Luis were brilliant entertainers, they really get everyone involved and made sure there was always something to do. We’ve had the best week, and would love to come back again! ☀️

It's my fourth time here at this hotel and I always enjoy coming back. I love the service and the staff, who are always helpful and friendly and always recognise you. Always courteous service. David is especially great! He always has a smile on his face and is always on hand wherever he is. Sonya and everyone else are also just great. And Damian the restaurant manager! A very dedicated and helpful manager with an incredibly good voice! We were lucky enough to hear him sing at an evening show. I always travel here alone and always feel safe and very comfortable! I always find the area for platinum guests the best and enjoy using the facilities there. I also think it's great that the hotel isn't too big and yet the guests get on well. I am very happy to recommend the hotel to others and know that I will be back many more times! Always as a Platinum guest. Because the view from the rooms there is also great! I totally enjoy my holiday here every time!

This hotel has a lot going for it. Lovely food, attentive staff, great rooms. So many places to sit and enjoy the beautiful sunshine. The entertainment staff are friendly but don't push you into things. There is plenty to keep you occupied or you can just sit and relax. If you want a busy resort then this isn't for you. We've eaten really well this week, some all inclusive hotels in this price bracket aren't always great with the choices of food but we haven't been disappointed yet. Many of the rooms look over the pools and to the sea, even the ones on the road side are fine. The hotel should be very proud of their indoor and outdoor planting, the gardeners work very hard keeping it all looking amazing. I'd definitely come back again.

The hotel is fantastic in many aspects: an amazing location, friendly staff, excellent facilities, great interior design, and very good food. However, there is one significant drawback that hampers the overall experience: the WiFi quality. In this day and age, it’s unacceptable to face constant network disconnections and extremely high latency, which makes basic video or even audio calls impossible. This issue needs immediate attention. Once resolved, this hotel undoubtedly deserves a 5+ rating.
