The hotel has exceeded expectations, the interior is really impressive and maintained to a really great standard. Lots of lovely terraces and quiet areas. Gardens are beautiful. Food generally good. The animation team are brilliant, special mention for Ricky, Anton and Melissa who we got to know. One downside was none of the large pools had a shallow area and one of our party was unable to use them being a non swimmer and only 5 foot. The hydrotherapy pool was a really great feature which we enjoyed.

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The grounds at the hotel are kept very well and the whole ambience of this place is very good and relaxing. The rooms spacious and kept really clean. The shows at the hotel where very good and the bars and surrounding areas where also clean and tidy at all times. Special mention goes out to the animation team including Melissa and Ricky and Anton who kept us entertained all times of the day and night. I would recommend this hotel and we would come back for a nice relaxing break for some winter sun.

Such a lovely hotel and team! Honestly couldn't fault it at all, we really enjoyed staying here. Everyone was very attentive and super helpful! The bar staff and waiters were friendly. The entertainment team were great, and really got everyone involved! Ricky, Anton & Luis were brilliant entertainers, they really get everyone involved and made sure there was always something to do. We’ve had the best week, and would love to come back again! ☀️

The food lets the place down. Always cold and I had to warm my meals up in the microwave. The rooms were clean and well kept. I asked for a different glass for my gin and tonic at the Hello Bar but was told no as the drinks were far too strong to tolerate in a tumbler glass. We never went to the entertainment bar as it didn't open until 10pm. Opening earlier would have been better. The staff on Reception were very helpful and friendly and spoke great English. They are a credit to your team.
