Great hotel that is close to the beach.
We had a good size room which was cleaned daily, with a fully equipped kitchen area.
All of the staff were great, especially the kids entertainment team, even though our child is only 19 months old they made an effort with her everyday and she was so happy partying with them.
Food was good overall, plenty of choice at breakfast and in the evenings, didn’t enjoy the pool bar food but everything else was good.
Highly recommend the boulevard buffet which is oriental.

This hotel is amazing due to its location and amazing stuff. We had a specious family room. The only downside was that there were no heated pools, and they were too cold to swim at the beginning of February. The food choice in the dining area was quite limited compering to other places. Overall, the place was friendly, and our kiddo loved the football pitch, and all the kids club had to offer.

Just returned Saturday from Los Zoccos - such a beautiful well maintained hotel and would highly recommend for families. We were in a room near the pool bar, which made it perfect as we were close to the pool, playground and facilities but still very quiet every night.
- The room was spacious and comfortable, mattresses quite hard but this comes down to preference but still slept very well. The rooms were absolutely spotless when we arrived with lovely bedding and towels, the housekeepers did a great job each day and the room remained lovely and clean.
- The staff work non stop keeping the whole hotel spotless, we saw the sunbeds being cleaned regularly, and the areas around the pool and the pools too. The grounds are well maintained and looked stunning.
- We only had food from the buffet during our stay, we were all inclusive but ate out most lunches just because we wanted to try local restaurants but would of also been just happy having all our meals there. Whilst not all the foods were too our liking, that's just us being fussy, the options were so big and varied, food topped up regularly and very tasty. As others have mentioned, the bacon was a great addition.
- The staff, whether being reception, restaurant staff or housekeeping were all always so friendly, seemed genuinely happy to be there each day and do a wonderful job.
- We had an issue with out TV where it turned itself on regularly, we notified reception so they are aware, we explained it did not bother us as we won't really use it and will just unplug it and they offered us another room - we declined as it wasn't causing us a problem and we were very happy with our room but felt that service was just fantastic.
Should we ever return to Lanzarote, we know where we would stay!

It's OK....just! Lovely spacious junior suite with a comfortable bed, large wardrobe, walk-in shower, and good-sized lounge/kitchen but with poor seating and no tea/coffee.
The food was delicious, but the bar timings are strange. If you eat early, then you will need to go to the poolbar for a drink before or after your meal, but no one wants sun-tan oil on tidy clothes.
The restaurant is loud and echoing, with chairs far too low for the tables. Too many children are chasing around in the restaurant and running/screaming in the entertainment room next door until 8pm for kids and 9:45pm for adults. The atmosphere was non-existent!
The Galleon Bar doesn't open until 8pm, situated alongside the Chinese restaurant, it provides no escape from a drab, dead scenario with hard chairs.

I don't know how this hotel has 4 stars, because it definitely does not meet these standards. The rooms are dirty and destroyed, ants everywhere, daily cleaning does not help at all. Bathroom made in such way that after each shower, it floods literally the whole room. In the restaurant bunch of cockroaches in the bathroom. Food very monotonous, mainly oriented to tourists from England, breakfast for 7 days looked the same. Swimming pools are not heated, in February rather no chance to swim, because the water is super cold. Playground placed somewhere at the back of the hotel, animation for children very poor.
