Amazing experience for our honeymoon! Everything was exceptional. From room accommodation with Jessica and Shehbiir making sure we had everything we needed for our rooms to the waiters and staff, everything was better than amazing. I had no complaints whatsoever. I will definitely be back with family to experience this luxury. Thanks again for making my honeymoon a permanent memory of love and great vibes.

My partner and I stayed at the LUX Grand Gaube Hotel for one night (22–23 August) in Superior Room 2119. The hotel is beautiful with a peaceful tropical setting. The ambience was lovely and the reservation staff were very welcoming. Unfortunately our experience was affected by a serious issue in the room. The toilet was completely unable to flush, which created a big mess and made the stay very uncomfortable. We reported it twice, but no one came to fix it. For a 5-star hotel, this was extremely disappointing and not what we expected after paying a premium price. It left us regretting the stay. We were just waiting to leave the hotel. Imagine a woman unable to the toilet and required to use the public toilet outside. The breakfast buffet was just average. The hotel does offer great amenities like pool, beach access and beautiful surroundings but basic maintenance and service responsiveness need serious improvement. Overall the property is beautiful but our experience didn’t reflect the 5-star promise.

We had a lovely stay here for our honeymoon. Ashwan Yosra and Shayma have been so lovely with my wife as she was taken ill. They were all so courteous and so kind which is rare. Even though sometimes things have been not in order, whenever I have called reception to ask for things, they have been so attentive and receptive. Although sometimes service can be irregular it’s completely understandable given the size of the hotel. Some staff are kinder than others but that is what you’ll get anywhere. Half board is the way to go. The views are stunning and everything being halal is such a big plus. Beach Rouge for dinner is severely underrated for dinner and it’s always nearly empty. Bodrum blue is very good. The breakfast is outstanding and Zareen at the omelette station was lovely. Make sure to book the excursion to the northern islands as well! The islands are incredible and movie-like. Overall, a very good stay.

Let's start with the positives. The food is really good. But that's about it. The complex is relatively worn out and in need of a lot of maintenance. The room smelled strongly of sewage. We pointed this out to management, but it wasn't fixed and we weren't offered another room. Unfortunately, the beach is disappointing—it's nowhere near as good as the pictures. The guests are a mixed bunch. It's noisy everywhere. The beds by the pool are occupied from 7:30 a.m., and there are hardly any Germans here. The staff stand around chatting and guests wait over an hour for a drink. There are a few exceptions. There are friendly, courteous staff members, but they are the exception. Mice, birds, and cockroaches are unavoidable in such an open hotel. But the hotel is completely filthy; there are no clean chairs, no clean loungers, no clean tablecloths. And this is where the staff comes into play again. When guests leave and there is still food on the table, it is not cleared away but left standing there, with the result that hordes of birds descend on it. This is particularly bad at the pool. Food is often left there for more than an hour and the staff walk past it dozens of times without clearing it away. In addition, the whole hotel is dirty. All in all, disappointing for the price.

Well quiet romantic hotel , with a beautiful ocean view . Staff are amazing and welcoming, especially Mr.Jean one of the staff receptionist he welcomed us even we have arrived late in the night and directed us to the room and explained everything to us. and Mr.Durgesh in Hotel Breakfast section, very helpful person and our child liked him. The hotel is worth staying as we felt most welcomed, relaxed and very helpful staff.
