Disappointing - Not worth the price.
I recently went on day package at this hotel, and unfortunately it was a huge disappointment from the moment I arrived.
First, there was no air conditioning at the reception, making check-in an uncomfortable experience. To make matters worse, there were no welcoming drinks offered, which is a basic courtesy in most hotels. The hospitality was severely lacking, with staff showing little to no interest in making guests feel comfortable.
The bar service was painfully slow, with long waiting times just to get a simple drink. The restaurant was no better, food was basic with few options, and the lack of variety made it boring. The chair cushions at the restaurant had visible black stains on them. The cleanliness was questionable.
Hygiene in the toilets was poor, which is unacceptable in any establishment that claims to offer quality service. Additionally, I was shocked to see one staff member at the bar wearing a shirt, jeans and slippers serving drinks and on top of that has an unprofessional attitude to match.
As for activities, there were hardly any making the day dull and uneventful. Overall the hotel lacks proper management and attention to detail. I would not recommend this hotel. Completely waste of money.

From the very beginning, we were warmly welcomed by a wonderful lady (unfortunately, I don’t remember her name), but she was incredibly kind, gentle, and professional. Her warmth and hospitality really set the tone for our stay.
We had booked a beachfront room, and it was absolutely stunning. The view was breathtaking, especially in the early morning it was peaceful, private, and truly serene. The room itself was beautiful, though there were a few minor things that might need some maintenance. However, this did not affect our overall experience.
I would also like to thank the courteous lady at the entrance of Mercado restaurant for dinner, though I don’t remember her name as well, she was incredibly kind and patient. A special highlight was the birthday surprise for my mother. I had requested a cake, and during dinner, we were delighted to receive a beautifully presented birthday cake. It was such a thoughtful touch, and I truly appreciated it.
Overall, a memorable stay in a stunning setting. Thank you!

I had a pleasant stay at your hotel, Overall, I had a wonderful experience, and I truly appreciate the warm hospitality. The staff members were exceptionally helpful and made my stay even more enjoyable. Their dedication to guest satisfaction is commendable however, I would like to share some feedback regarding the dining experience. I noticed that some guests, including myself, had to wait over 30 minutes for food. Long wait times can be frustrating and may affect the overall experience. Ensuring timely service is essential for guest satisfaction.
Additionally, I believe having more live cooking stations, especially for grilled food, would enhance the dining experience. This would not only reduce waiting times but also allow guests to enjoy freshly prepared meals. I hope these suggestions can help improve the service for future guests. What a great experience for fist time visitors to a island hotel. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. I had issues with my laptop and they assisted me to get my issue resolved. The room were vety spacious. Our cleaning lady Priya surprised us everyday with a folded towel in animal figure. Wow, very creative. Food excellent. If you want to relax, this is the place. All was above our expectations.

The resort features a beautiful long sandy beach, which is also great for snorkeling. Additionally, there is a lovely pool area.
The food is excellent, and the buffet offers a wide variety of choices. While the staff is very friendly, the service leaves much to be desired. The service staff does not appear to be well-trained, as they are very inattentive. You have to wait a long time for everything, and the employees seem very uncoordinated in their work. If you address someone, they do try to help amidst the chaos, but not very enthusiastically.
We stayed in a family room, which is very spacious. Unfortunately, the rooms are somewhat outdated, and some lights cannot be turned off.
The kids’ corner was a highlight, with very warm and dedicated caretakers and plenty of toys.
