The service is really bad and super slow. You have to chase the staff multiple times for even a little update. The staff is not available at their counters most times. WiFi is very slow.
Hotels rooms are huge but full of mosquitoes. They promise ocean view and give you the grass view instead.
For water activities, they did not coordinate well and were very rude.
The staff is neither helpful, nor coordinates properly and speaks rudely on the top of it.
If you want to ruin your vacation, book OUTRIGGER!

The staff really make this resort a pleasure to stay at.
They are all polite and friendly, aways smiling,
Had a small issue with a lock on the door. The manager came out straight away to get it fixed, even rang later to check we were OK.
Rooms are cleaned every day and stocked with fresh bottled water.
Grounds are well kept.
The food in the Mercado restaurant is great with a very wide range of choices, again the staff are brilliant even making special meals on request.

Outrigger Mauritius Beach Resort is definitely an amazing place to unwind ans enjoy a relaxed holiday. The Rooms are spacious and beautiful. Staff is very humble and attentive. Service is good.
My only big disappointment is Food. Very few Indian dishes that too lacked taste.

Beautiful resort with stunning views. The service is very friendly and quick. Fresh water bottles are delivered multiple times per day to your room and the rooms made with cute towel art and flowers. The check in and out was warm and friendly. The food options are good if you are able to access the various restaurants at the resort. We had club access at the Plantation but it is too quiet there and the afternoon tea was not what I expected and that was a bit disappointing. Many of the desserts served I felt had too much gelatin in it so that can be improved upon. The Le Bleu beach bar is great for pool side and on the beach drinks and lunch. There is some need for upgrade, there are a few areas needing maintenance, like the Navasana spa pool and water features, as well as the jets in the main pool. But overall its a beautiful resort and I would go again.
