We had a good experience at Outrigger Hotel. The staff were extremely welcoming and sweet, always ensuring we had a comfortable stay. The beach was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views and crystal-clear waters – one of the highlights of our trip! The entertainments were fun and nice. A day full of events.
There were only a couple of minor issues during our stay in room 3011 which could have made things better.
1. A broken dirty storage door under the stairs near our room, which looked unpleasant and could use maintenance.
2. Sand inside the room and at the entrance. A doormat would be helpful to wipe our feet before entering, as sand tends to get everywhere in the room.
Regarding the food, the Mauritian buffet was quite spicy, which may not be be suitable for everyone. A grill food station, pasta or pizza station would improve the dining experience. But the breakfast was correct, offering a great variety of choices.
Overall, Outrigger Hotel is a fantastic place for a quiet and relaxing stay with excellent customer service. With just a few small improvements, it would be perfect! 😊🌴✨

From the very beginning, we were warmly welcomed by a wonderful lady (unfortunately, I don’t remember her name), but she was incredibly kind, gentle, and professional. Her warmth and hospitality really set the tone for our stay.
We had booked a beachfront room, and it was absolutely stunning. The view was breathtaking, especially in the early morning it was peaceful, private, and truly serene. The room itself was beautiful, though there were a few minor things that might need some maintenance. However, this did not affect our overall experience.
I would also like to thank the courteous lady at the entrance of Mercado restaurant for dinner, though I don’t remember her name as well, she was incredibly kind and patient. A special highlight was the birthday surprise for my mother. I had requested a cake, and during dinner, we were delighted to receive a beautifully presented birthday cake. It was such a thoughtful touch, and I truly appreciated it.
Overall, a memorable stay in a stunning setting. Thank you!

I had a pleasant stay at your hotel, Overall, I had a wonderful experience, and I truly appreciate the warm hospitality. The staff members were exceptionally helpful and made my stay even more enjoyable. Their dedication to guest satisfaction is commendable however, I would like to share some feedback regarding the dining experience. I noticed that some guests, including myself, had to wait over 30 minutes for food. Long wait times can be frustrating and may affect the overall experience. Ensuring timely service is essential for guest satisfaction.
Additionally, I believe having more live cooking stations, especially for grilled food, would enhance the dining experience. This would not only reduce waiting times but also allow guests to enjoy freshly prepared meals. I hope these suggestions can help improve the service for future guests. Thank you for your attention to this matter

A beautiful hotel in a beautiful surrounding. Offers good activities and are friendly The AC in the room below par and TV was disappointing with no streaming services allowing us to log in. We stayed at a different hotel before Outrigger where there were no such issues. It was also disgusting that they had 2 resident ducks who had access to all the guest pools and I saw them atleast once in all of them. We didn't eat much at the hotel so can't comment as we only had some fast food a couple of times which was nice enough. It was a last minute booking so got a good price but if I had paid normal price for the booking I'd have been bitterly disappointed.

Disappointing - Not worth the price.
I recently went on day package at this hotel, and unfortunately it was a huge disappointment from the moment I arrived.
First, there was no air conditioning at the reception, making check-in an uncomfortable experience. To make matters worse, there were no welcoming drinks offered, which is a basic courtesy in most hotels. The hospitality was severely lacking, with staff showing little to no interest in making guests feel comfortable.
The bar service was painfully slow, with long waiting times just to get a simple drink. The restaurant was no better, food was basic with few options, and the lack of variety made it boring. The chair cushions at the restaurant had visible black stains on them. The cleanliness was questionable.
Hygiene in the toilets was poor, which is unacceptable in any establishment that claims to offer quality service. Additionally, I was shocked to see one staff member at the bar wearing a shirt, jeans and slippers serving drinks and on top of that has an unprofessional attitude to match.
As for activities, there were hardly any making the day dull and uneventful. Overall the hotel lacks proper management and attention to detail. I would not recommend this hotel. Completely waste of money.
