Sandro Lang
The resort features a beautiful long sandy beach, which is also great for snorkeling. Additionally, there is a lovely pool area.
The food is excellent, and the buffet offers a wide variety of choices. While the staff is very friendly, the service leaves much to be desired. The service staff does not appear to be well-trained, as they are very inattentive. You have to wait a long time for everything, and the employees seem very uncoordinated in their work. If you address someone, they do try to help amidst the chaos, but not very enthusiastically.
We stayed in a family room, which is very spacious. Unfortunately, the rooms are somewhat outdated, and some lights cannot be turned off. Additionally, the fridge had to be unplugged because it was very noisy.
The kids’ corner was a highlight, with very warm and dedicated caretakers and plenty of toys.
The hotel is far from being a luxurious accommodation that justifies the high price.
Krishnan Pulloor
This resort is perfect for families to relax, rooms are good.. restaurants are also good. You can take a bath at the beach anytime. You will also get few water activities as part of the resort.
It is situated in the coastal Village area and outskirts from the city. You will get all facilities here.
Disadvantage is service is not as expected especially restaurant staff. Only SAM at Mercardo showing some hospitality, rest all staff are not at all taking care of attending any one.
The other staff like reception and cleaning all are good.
Suggest- Please include more vegan and local foods as well. Also, some one can attend and take feedback on regular basis that would be good, it would be good if they can have bicycle to hire and go near by area.

Overall rating is not up to the mark, I had a very bad experience in the restaurant and even after complaining no action/update was there . I think there are not bothered about service and more on managing things. Food is not really great . The only thing we liked is the room and the swimming pool else everything else need improvement big time. The lady staff who was there in the Ridge water restaurant was really really rude and not expected from a reputed hotel like this . Very annoying and more so no action/update on the complaint given . Not a place to go for !

The resort is located on the beach and has great views. Rooms are spacious but there is an issue with the air-conditioning and also some rooms are quite far from activity and dining areas. They could probably provide a golf cart probably. Food service could be improved especially for vegetarians (It used to get over very early and never get refilled during breakfast) Some staff members are very nice and warm but some are very rude as well and Non cooperative.

The rooms and the hotel facilities are really nice. Reception staff are also very polite and caring.
However, staffs at the restaurant and bar are very slow to serve and various occasions did not bring our order on time. For instance we waited one hour to be served drinks.
