From the welcome to the check out perfect service and experience.
Front Desk people are great as well as the porter!
Great evening and dinner hosted on the occasion of the visit of Narendra Modi. I believe that it was a great success.
The food was delicious and well prepared and presented.
We felt very much welcome and comfortable at this beautiful hotel, the staff were ALL very nice, polite and welcoming, a good team.
Wonderful big rooms with direct view to the beach, housekeeping staff was very polite and helpful, the room spotless clean.
Outstanding was the breakfast, it is absolutely amazing in selection, presentation and quality. TOP! The chefs and service staff friendly with a smile, everyone made us feel special and at home.
The Management team is excellent and there are good vibes in this hotel with lots of positive energy.
The hotel yard is huge with three swimming pools and quit relaxing areas, wonderful beach and sunset. Great sport facilities and entertainment.
Dinner in the main restaurant excellent as everything, we hope to have the chance of dining at the Japanese restaurant next time.
Wonderful hotel and Great service.
We only can recommend the Le Meridien Hotel Mauritius.

We felt very welcome during our stay. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, whether at the reception, in the restaurants, or by the pool. The hotel grounds are large and beautifully designed, and we especially enjoyed the spacious and clean pool areas.
The rooms are very generous in size, though some of the furniture is a bit outdated. Additionally, the cleanliness in the rooms could be improved in some areas.
We really appreciated the complimentary activities, such as snorkeling trips and the free rental of canoes and pedal boats – they were a fantastic addition to our stay!

Beautiful hotel, but shame on them for supporting scammers. Avoid the diving shop at all costs.
The hotel itself is beautiful, with a nice beach, well-maintained facilities, and a great selection of diverse and tasty food. The housekeeping was generally fine, although we had to remind them a few times to clean our room, which had quite a bit of insect activity—including cockroaches, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this standard.
However, the biggest disappointment was how the hotel handled a serious issue with the on-site dive shop, Blue World Explorers. We had a terrible and dangerous experience with them, which we reported to the hotel. While the management responded with beautifully worded emails and polite assurances, in reality, they did nothing to truly push for a resolution. It took me over four months to recover the money that the dive shop had promised to refund. The fact that a reputable international brand allows such an unprofessional and dishonest operation to function under its name is truly shameful.
If you come here just to enjoy the sun, food, and surroundings, the experience will likely be good. But if something goes wrong, do not expect the hotel to genuinely advocate for you. This lack of accountability really taints what should have been a great vacation.

Our family (of five) stayed for a week over new year 24/25. We couldn’t be more positive about the staff, food and facilities. The hotel setting is superb and the new year party was fantastic.
There are four restaurants of different cuisine. We enjoyed all four. The quality and range of the food is very good.
There’s lots to do on site but plenty to experience across Mauritius too. We organised our trips through other agents having been given recommendations by friends.
Above all, what really makes this a five star experience is the staff.

We stayed in rooms 223 and 335 and were extremely satisfied with the service and accommodation. The rooms were spacious, clean, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Housekeeping was done regularly, and the staff always ensured we had everything we needed. A special thanks to the manager Mr. Shahyad!
Also we want to thank Aziza – her attentiveness, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help made our stay even more enjoyable. She quickly resolved any issues, provided helpful advice, and was always friendly. Such a high level of service truly leaves the best impression.
The hotel grounds are well-maintained and beautiful, with a convenient location that allows guests to enjoy peace and picturesque views. The pools are clean, the relaxation areas are well-organized, and the variety of food at the restaurant is impressive – everyone can find something to their taste.
This is the perfect place for both a relaxing vacation and an active holiday. We will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service, comfort, and hospitality!
