Great hotel with unbelievable friendly service.
I can only recommend it. Indian Restaurant: Superbly well organized and very delicous food. Infinity Blue restaurant and bar is nevertheless my personal favorite.

Infinity Blue Down at the Awali Hotel has been an absolute highlight of our stay! The views are breathtaking, the food is delicious, and the atmosphere is so relaxing. But what truly makes this restaurant stand out is Elianne, who works there with such genuine warmth and attentiveness. She truly made our dining experience extra special with her friendly service and delightful personality. We highly recommend Infinity Blue, and we will definitely be back!

I have just returned from 12 nights at the Heritage Awali on an All Inclusive basis
The food was fantastic - our favourite was the beach club.
The drinks were fantastic with such a wide variety of cocktails (and for the kids they would make any non alcoholic which they loved).
The hotel itself was beautiful with lots to offer and a wonderful beach front setting.
The rooms were a very good size, clean with a good balcony. The bath was huge. A couple of fixtures were broken though which was a slight disappointment.
The water sports were fantastic, we loved trying them all.
The staff were all incredibly lovely and helpful, the only downside was the service could be very slow - we would often we waiting very long times for drinks and food, sometimes missing items and it would take ages to get sorted.
The beach club is fantastic - the only let down here is that you cannot just get drinks. So if you want to go chill there for a day/do the water sports, you would have to pay for the drinks. But yet you can sit and have a meal with plenty of drinks and that would be included. It would be nice for at least soft drinks to be available whilst down there.

This was our 3rd visit to this wonderful hotel, and once again it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality, making us feel at home.
The staff, the room, the food everything were perfect.
For sure, we will come back again to create even more wonderful memories!

Lovely location.We went to this resort for the golf and promised yoga. Golf was excellent, (free) yoga was for one session on a Saturday. When booking through agent we have asked for a combined golf and yoga experience ( second time this year we have experienced this unreliable information).
Food at restaurants under AI package is a hit or miss.
Best food we ate was at the Indian Zafarani. Infinity Blue was disappointing. We ate most days after the golf at the Heritage golf house-a lovely setting. You could eat here in the evening but was not part of the AI package we selected. Also ate at the Beach club, limited menu, but positive. You would think the seafood selection for an island in the Indian ocean would be good, but only had one positive experience for this menu choice.
Room was good and the bars around the resort were all good. My main gripe with the resort aside from the poor seafood option was the music, just too loud especially of an evening. Resort is a wedding venue, so expect a noisy Saturday evening, we complained but made no difference to volume, ( I asked were we the only complainers but informed we were not)
The Seven Colours Spa is worth a visit and you get a complimentary massage as part of your AI package, again a lovely setting which seemed under used, so not too crowded.
We had some treatments on our last day which were excellent.
We arrived early and left late on last day and you could use your AI package after checking out at noon, this is a big positive.
Staff are friendly and courteous.
