I recently stayed at this lovely hotel and had a fantastic experience! A special thanks to Mrs. Marie Noelle for her kindness and attentive service at the restaurant. The chef at Chopsticks also created outstanding dishes that elevated our dining experience. All the staff were incredibly nice and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Overall, this hotel is a gem, and I can’t wait to return! Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

"Not Recommended " would not recommend long beach Island ever. Horrible experience after sepending sooo much on staying in this resort. Staff is not at all welcoming. Check in staff lady saku( not sure her name) tooo much attitude not at all welcoming and not atall ready to help. Breakfast buffet at le Marche is very untidy ,unhygienic very less options and hardly fresh fruits to eat..looks like poor people buffet or they don't have enough money to buy fruits and grocery • Dinner buffet at Le Marche is also horrible .They fry pooris , papad in the same oil every day. They use the same frying oil for breakfast and dinner and it stinks . We paid for all inclusive and denied to visit hasu restaurant saying it's not included for hasu japanese restaurant. Sapori the Italian restaurant everything you give order to add some yeggies on pizza they forget. Waiting time is tooo long. Staff don't care for families with children. Racism is seen..if you have white skin they smile at you and attend you first if you have dark skin or you are indian they don't care you jst keep waiting and waiting for them to attend you. Staff is rude and love to say no to you upfrontly. Ben ,Oliver , marie,ramen were nice and helpful. Other staffis 0 in hospitality. Horrible experience. Will never go to mauratius again in my life • 1 star

We chose this as a last minute holiday to celebrate an anniversary. The beaches are what drew us to this resort. Food: we loved that there were 3 of the restaurants that were included in the half board dinners. Chopsticks was our favourite. The dinner in buffet was hit and miss ( food was cold and when I reported it , was told it was due to the wind). Like to mention Raj who was always around to take feedback and also recommend places to visit Rooms : we had pool view but could barely see much due to trees. The rooms feel dated and could do with a little spruce up. Christina our housekeeper really kept the place spotless. Her cheerful nature was a lovely start to the day. Guys at the water sport hub were always ready to help and advise if it was safe to go out with hobby-cat etc Overall it was a lovely stay.

This hotel is absolutely wonderful! We arrived for the first time in early March. The rooms are beautiful and spacious and we had a short walk to the beach. The location is peaceful but what really sets this hotel apart is the service. The people working at Long Beach are incredibly hospitable and really go out of their way to ensure we have a relaxing and enjoyable stay. They have provided 5 star service every time. Thank you so much to Mrs. Mornie who made us feel very welcome. We will definitely be back.
