We had the most amazing time! Alberto, our butler, was attentive and made sure we had all we needed! He definitely took very good care of us! Alex (entertainment team) was fantastic and it felt like we had been friends for years! So many servers and bartenders worked to make this vacation one for the books! Marco, Manuel, Gregorio, Luis, and Enrique are just a few that made everyday better than the day before! Can’t wait to go back!

I have been to this resort 7 times! Absolutely love the small size and how accommodating staff are. My husband is celiac and they offer him food items that aren’t even on the menu!! Rooms are always clean as are all share spaces or the resort! Alberto is an amazing Butler! He has taken care of me several times and is always quick to respond and is so personable! He went out of his way to find me chocolate cake for my birthday and decorate my room with some balloons! If you are a member, ask for Alberto!

Excellent service and beautiful location. The service was outstanding. Any issues were addressed and resolved. Everyone working on the resort was friendly and helpful.
Food is good. Lots of variety. There were 13 of us with different dietary restrictions and food likes and dislikes. Even with this, everyone was very happy with the food availability.
The beach was great. We didn't need water shoes. After heavy waves the seaweed was quickly cleaned up from the beach.
I only gave the rooms a 4 because the standard rooms were on the small size and we had a moldy smell in our room. When I complained about the smell they throughly cleaned the room. After the cleaning, the smell was much better but still a slight smell.
Landy was a great yoga instructor. She took her time and modified the class to my abilities.
Emilio (spelling?), was a great waiter. Always making sure we had everything we needed and always happy to see us. Luis (spelling?) was so kind to my granddaughter. She is not easily won over but he succeeded.
The bar tender at the Compass bar was fabulous. No matter what we ordered, he never disappointed us.

We loved staying here for a family vacation. It is a beautiful, smaller resort with lots of pools and lots of fun. We really enjoyed the staff, particularly Alberto. He really went above and beyond to make our trip extra special and memorable. He worked hard to make sure everything was perfect for us. As much as we loved this resort, we would go back just for him!

our stay in November was relaxing. Our room was very nice with a swim out patio. Our Butler Alberto was phenomenal. He made a reservations change them when needed. Got us a few specialties for our room and was so friendly when we saw him around the resort thank you Alberto. Can’t wait to see you in February.
