We had deep tissue massages by Patricia & Yolanda at the spa resort. We’ve had 100+ massages & this was the best we have ever had. These women knew anatomy and could assess and treat muscle tension better than any other masseuse I’ve worked with. They were also incredibly nurturing and kind humans. Spa is gorgeous and comfortable. Cannot recommend enough, 10/10.

Second time here at this beautiful resort. Our butler Mario was great! He was attentive, welcoming, and fun. He responded to and accommodated all of our needs. We also took a Catamaran ride and snorkeling. The captain Armando was wonderful as he took our grandson who had never snorkled before under his care, personally accompanying and showing him all the fish. Restaurant staff at the Boathouse outstanding, especially Antonio and Luis. Fantastic family vacation.

My little one had the best time painting, and I truly appreciate the care and creativity that Tania brings to the kid center. It’s so reassuring to know there’s someone who genuinely enjoys working with children and goes above and beyond to make their experience special. Alberto the butler was also fantastic, so attentive and professional, making the experience even better. Thank you both for making our visit so special!

We stayed at the family friendly Margaritaville for 9 nights and it was a perfect family getaway. The hotel staff were all so friendly and welcoming. Our butler, Alberto, elevated our experience with his attentiveness and making things easier for us by helping out with dinner and activity reservations, providing activities for our girls, checking on us regularly to say hello and to help out with anything. One of the hotel managers, Rafael, was another staff who made our experience memorable with his attentiveness and care during our stay. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable with an amazing ocean view. There were a few large groups at this resort during our stay, but it never felt busy or never loud from our room so it was perfect since our family sleeps earlier. The food was delicious and we loved how all the restaurants were a quick walk from our room since this hotel is a smaller resort. Rita’s Tacos was one of our favourites with all the different taco options and the nacho tower had the best toppings which included flank steak. The steak and egg taco was a “funky taco” option which was one of our favourites. The ocean view while you eat is also breathtaking and peaceful. We had such a wonderful and relaxing vacation at this resort and thankful for the staff who were a part of this. Thank you Margaritaville, until next time!

Yectli was our wedding planner and she was beyond amazing. When I say she went above and beyond I truly mean that. From locating bags for our guest to planning a birthday party for another guest. I could not recommend this place enough. Super beautiful resort and extremely friendly staff shout out to Emilio one of the best and friendliest servers at the beach house and Rita’s tacos. 10/10 would recommend not just for a wedding but also for a family vacation for all ages.
