We stayed in a suite with a sea view, and it was absolutely amazing. The room was incredibly spacious, with a large bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and a bathtub. The service was outstanding—whether at the beach, in the room, or at the dining venues. It was also great to have so many different dining options to choose from. We had a fantastic week, and we’re so grateful. Highly recommended!

Our honeymoon stay at the Maritim Resort and Spa, Mauritius was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. The resort itself was stunning, with lush gardens, pristine beaches, and luxurious amenities that perfectly set the tone for our romantic getaway.
A special mention goes to Rakesh, a waiter at La Marée Restaurant, who truly made our dining experiences exceptional. His warm demeanor, attentiveness, and thoughtful service added a personal touch that we greatly appreciated. Each meal felt special, thanks to his efforts.
The hotel also surprised us with kind gestures that made our honeymoon extra memorable, from beautifully arranged rooms to small surprises that showed how much they cared about making our stay unique. It was a perfect blend of relaxation and indulgence, and we can’t wait to return someday. Thank you to the entire team for creating memories we’ll cherish forever!

I was quite disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Definitely not a 5 star hotel. The rooms are outdated, and the air conditioning is weak, barely cooling the room. The food was mediocre at best. The hotel itself feels like it’s stuck in the '90s, and the cleanliness is lacking, no trash bin in the bath room. The pool water was cloudy, which didn’t give a very pleasant impression. The staff was extremely unfriendly, and unfortunately, this seemed to be a recurring issue throughout my stay. But the star of rudeness was the female front desk employee with the yellow contact lenses. Rudeness in person. I've visited Mauritius five times now and every hotel staff was outstanding, but not this one Definitely not worth the price. Would not recommend.

Amazing area to walk, don’t miss the waterfalls at the borders of the resort!
We loved the giant turtles and cats😻 not to mention colourful birds. Waking up every morning with their singing, priceless! Great variety of activities, you will not get bored!
Fantastic staff. Everyone was super nice. Special thanks to Sanjeev, our concierge, who was so kind and helpful for us. You made us feel like at home just we were on a paradise island! ;) Thanks to Adrien for amazing experience in Lakaz Creole restaurant!
Food in other restaurants was delicious, too.

Came here with family for vacation and ended up leaving with a lot of new lovely memories made and sad goodbyes. A great plus of the hotel that goes further than the beautiful greenery lied in the staff of the hotel. Shanya working at the reception was exceptionally helpful and really sweet, making sure everything she conveyed was clear and concise. Krishna the buggy driver made sure we got where we wanted to go and made even our short rides really memorable. Thanks to Steven from Sports kiosk for arranging the poney ride for little Daniel he left very happy. The food too was simply exquisite and with such a variety of restaurants nearby to choose from (Asian, local, barbeque and seafood cuisine) there’s definitely something for everyone. The animal farm and sports areas nearby makes it such that the whole essence of the island could be felt within the reaches of this property. Plenty of water sports available too like kayaking in the lake which was such a fun experience. Definitely a recommended place to visit for families and for solo travelers because this hotel has something for everyone. Hoping to be back someday :)
