Beautiful location and beautiful staff, big shout out to Parka, he was totally dedicated to our having a great time on a daily basis. Delicious food, breakfast, lunch and dinner and an overall beautiful experience!!! Our villa was set in beautiful surroundings and very peaceful. It was clean and had all that you need. The bathroom was lovely but getting a bit old around the edges but didn't effect our stay. A fabulous butler service which enhanced the whole experience! Nothing was too much trouble and dealt with efficiently and swiftly, just excellent! The whole team was great! The whole resort was constantly being groomed and was stunning. The riverside pool was just gorgeous also a kid free zone (under 12) which was really nice for a relaxing swim! Thoughtful for adults travelling without kids. But there was another beautiful pool for them on site too. I would recommend the spa, amazing massage in an amazing location along the river. We thoroughly enjoyed our Batik painting, the artist was fabulous! I would definitely go back to Maya Ubud!

My husband and I came here as one of the hotels we stayed at for our honeymoon! Truly beautiful and magical. When we arrived we were greeted by lovely employees who were always there every day or night if we wanted to take our nightly photo for us, greeting us and also waiving us goodbye. The hospitality was amazing. Furthermore after we got to the lobby, we got refreshing drink and cool wet good smelling towels. We stayed in a corner suite initially but was moved due to our AC leaking and not working. The other room was amazing private and romantic. The town of Ubud was so close and they had shuttles running throughout the day to and from the town which was awesome. We took advantage of that but also when we went to dinner at night we would take a GoJek which was very easy to get from the hotel. The breakfast they served every morning was definitely my favorite hotel breakfast we had while we were in Bali. They had a gluten free section and a dedicated toaster which was amazing for me! We always loved the fresh juices, fresh eggs and all the unique breakfast items! We were there in the beginning of July so it rained here and there but this resort was amazing for the rain it fit the aesthetics so well. We went to check out the adults only pool and it was super cold but the views were amazing so we were happy we went. We also did a couples massage which was by far our favorite massage experience ever! On our last night we did the Romantic dinner at the Resort and they catered towards my gluten allergy and the vibes and meal were amazing and so romantic! Highly recommend this resort!!

Absolutely Magical ✨ I just couldn’t find the right words to express my satisfaction on living this paradise resort in Bali. It’s been a Fortnight since I have come back but I have left a piece of my heart there. The property is absolutely stunning. One of the beautiful resorts in the world I’ve ever been too. The staff, the service everything is truly 5 star. Impeccably clean and the forest pool is to die for. I don’t think you need to go anywhere out in Bali if you’re staying in this resort as this resort has almost everything one could desire for. I will surely be back with my family again. Good job and continue being awesome.

We had a wonderful time at the Maya resort and spa in Ubud. The staff were welcoming, friendly and the service was amazing. The food was delicious and they catered for all tastes, preferences and allergies. We did a cooking class that was a lot of fun by a local and knowledgeable chef. The pools and facilities were well maintained and the views breathtaking. Maya has a concierge that is willing to assist you with planning your visit to Ubud and a private shuttle service. Would highly recommend planning your stay in Maya in Ubud.

First time going to this hotel January 2022 with family. At that time I lived in a villa with a private pool. After almost 3 years finally returned to this hotel again, this time with friends and staying in a room instead of a villa. First impression, Maya Ubud is very well maintained, in my opinion it is even better than when I came here 3 years ago. the service remains the best. the rooms are very clean, very suitable for a short escape from the crowds and noise of the city. The point that I think can still be improved is the food menu, the eggs Benedict and avocado toast are just standard in my opinion. but overall quite satisfied staying at Maya Ubud, the service is outstanding. The area is quite large and beautiful, there is a tracking path along the river.
