Our overall experience at the hotel was not entirely satisfactory due to inadequate facilities and service, which fell short of expectations. However, what truly made our stay pleasant and memorable was the exceptional effort and professionalism of Nadia at the Guest and Relations Service. She went above and beyond to assist us, demonstrating genuine care and dedication. Her warm demeanor and willingness to help significantly improved our stay. Nadia is a true asset to the team, and we sincerely appreciate her efforts.

Good hotel overall.
No real complaints.
Spanish restaurant was excellent. The breakfast is very good with many options.
Room service was very good and quick.
I love my little balcony that had the sunset view.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. The service with miss Najia in Spa was perfect ,The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed, with all the amenities I needed. The location was ideal, close to major attractions and easy to access. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I can’t wait to come back!

I've had a great 5 day stay in this hotel as a solo traveller. Everyone was very friendly and eager to help me. Very nicely decorated and kept very clean. I had a top floor suite which was perfect. If you are a light sleeper ask for rooms facing inwards rather than next to the main roads. Breakfast was very good. Location is excellent, walking distance to the Medina (20 minutes).
Special mentions to guest reception and Hanane who was very helpful, the breakfast staff, and also Doha at the spa where I had a few treatments. I would recommend this hotel.

This hotel should not have a 5 star distinction. At most, it should be 3 stars. Lobby is not bad, but the rooms were small and dirty. The toilet was not attached to the floor so it wobbled when you used it. The hot water did not work most of the time. They turn the air conditioning off over the winter so it got very warm in the rooms (we had to sleep with the sliding door open and wear earplugs to block the noise from the street). Additionally, the service was awful (tried calling down to the front desk multiple times with no response, concierge was unhelpful, etc.). Finally, the breakfast was awful; most of the food was dry and cold, the selection was very limited, they did not have any good coffee (only an automated machine with powdered milk and gross beans) and the guy making omelettes would often under-cook the omelettes so that the inside was raw. Furthermore, breakfast is supposed to open at 6:30 am. On our last day we were supposed to leave for the train station by 7:15, so we were down at 6:30. However, a lot of the food was not put out until 6:45. We also were trying to get omelettes for breakfast since those were the only decent thing that the hotel served, but the omelette chef did not leave the kitchen until 6:50 and took his sweet time setting up his station. He did not start cooking until 7. We had to shovel food down to make our train. Avoid at all costs.
