I've had a great 5 day stay in this hotel as a solo traveller. Everyone was very friendly and eager to help me. Very nicely decorated and kept very clean. I had a top floor suite which was perfect. If you are a light sleeper ask for rooms facing inwards rather than next to the main roads. Breakfast was very good. Location is excellent, walking distance to the Medina (20 minutes). Special mentions to guest reception and Hanane who was very helpful, the breakfast staff, and also Doha at the spa where I had a few treatments. I would recommend this hotel.

Hotel is really good. Location is perfect. Staff is very friendly. However, Room which we stayed was not clean, the outdoor furniture was dusty and had stains. Mattress was too soft. Telephone was not working because its wire was cut.

Very good hotel, peacocks and roosters are impressive. Nouhiala was very friendly and helpful. Also Nadia from guest release team was amazing with her joyfully service skills.

I stayed for 4 nights, booked two rooms, we tried swimming pools, kids club, resturants and spa. Generally the hotel looks fancy, staff are welcoming and reasonable services. It is close to the Menara shopping mall but far away from the old city (long walk) or you need a taxi ( and once they know you are a tourist the price will be 50-70 MAD/ trip).

Amazing hotel great location and amenities was recommended by a a friend and will be sure to return. The breakfast was amazing and the staff hosting breakfast have been amazing shout-outs to Sami the chef & Nounhaila the hostess at breakfast. Alawi front of house manager has been extremely accommodating throughout the whole trip I highly recommend to stay here whilst in Marrakesh
