Every time we return to Mulia Resort, it feels like coming back to paradise. The entire Loyalty Team is simply incredible, so welcoming, attentive, and genuinely funny. They always make our holiday feel extra special, no matter how many times we visit. I honestly can’t say who’s the best, because they’re all absolutely amazing. I would like to give a huge compliment to Putu. I’m not sure of his exact title, but he is the one who greets guests at the airport and farewells them upon departure. He is so professional, welcoming, and organised, truly the perfect first and last impression of Mulia. His skills and knowledge are outstanding. Thank you once again to everyone at Mulia Resort for making our stay unforgettable. We can not wait to see you all again soon!

Very nice resort in Nusa Dua. Modern artsy vibes. Good for young people or seniors. Not the best for young kids vs other resorts due to lack of kids facilities. But I feel that's the vibe they're going for. The staff were very good and professional. Prices are reasonable for a luxury experience here.

We booked a reservation at The Cafe for dinner 🍽 where do I even begin!!?? From the enormity of the grounds, the atmosphere, the service, the ambience... then the buffet! Absolutely amazing. My entire family was blown away with the selection of food...and my daughter was in heaven when she saw the desserts! Our host waiter was Adit. His infectious smile and service w as truly impressive. A beautiful evening ✨️

I had arranged for an Afternoon Tea for my parents at Mulia's cascade lounge and contacted the F&B dept. via telephone and then Whatsapp. I would like to extend my sincere Thanks and gratitude to the Mulia F&B team, and particularly for Ms. Intan who ensured that the entire experience was seamless from start to finish! I was arranging from overseas whilst my parents were in Bali, and Ms. Intan responded very promptly and provided me with clear details to my queries. My parents then let me know that the service at Mulia was exemplary! This is what I love the most- good service! The afternoon tea is great (according to my Parents) but I feel I am not fit to comment on that as I did not experience it first hand. But anyways, I am someone who really appreciates good service and hope to come back and be able to comment on the Afternoon tea myself ;-)! Thanks to the Mulia Team for ensuring my parents had a wonderful day. Hope to see you guys soon!

Dear Manager Randy and Mr. Santiko, I’m writing to share my disappointing experience during my recent stay at The Mulia Resort, which unfortunately fell far below the expectations of a five-star property. First of all, the parking situation was extremely inconvenient. The parking area is far from the main lobby, and there was no valet service available, which is quite surprising for a resort of this level. Guests should not have to walk such a distance, especially when carrying luggage, just to reach the reception area. Upon arrival, the check-in process was unacceptably slow. I had to wait around 30 minutes before finally getting my room, with very little communication or assistance from the staff during that time. There was no sense of urgency or hospitality; it felt like the team was simply following procedure without caring about the guest’s comfort. To make matters worse, I was asked to place a deposit of 2 million IDR, which would only be refunded a month later. This policy makes no sense for a luxury resort and leaves guests feeling mistrusted and inconvenienced. And shockingly, there was no welcome drink offered, something that even three-star hotels in Bali consistently provide. For a five-star property claiming world-class service, this is completely unacceptable. Overall, the front office staff showed a lack of basic hospitality and training. They seemed unaware of how to make guests feel welcome or appreciated. The entire experience felt cold and transactional, not warm and luxurious as The Mulia brand promises. I truly hope management takes this feedback seriously, because at the moment, this resort is not living up to its reputation. I had high expectations, but the service and procedures I encountered were nowhere near five-star standards.
