I absolutely love the philosophy behind MYND Hotel. From the stunning swimming pool to the beautifully designed rooms, the fantastic restaurant, and the welcoming reception team—everything was amazing. In fact, all the staff were truly outstanding. I also really appreciate their commitment to sustainability, not just for the hotel itself but for their guests and the wider community. And the gym—what a highlight! This stay has felt like the perfect fitness holiday. Big shout-out to MYND Hotel for redefining the holiday experience. I love it!

We had a great experience at the MYND Adeje. We found all the staff to be extremely helpful and polite, and we were made to feel very welcome. The rooms are clean, modern and well appointed. All the public areas are spotless. We selected the flexible dining option which worked very well and meant that we could use our daily credit as we wished, and ate outside of the hotel on one evening. Breakfasts are excellent, with plenty of fresh fruit and hot and cold options. The dinner menu is varied and imaginative, but if I had one criticism it would be that some main courses should come with more vegetables/salad as standard. We enjoyed the holiday so much that we have already booked a return visit next January!

Stayed here for two nights. The hotel was amazing with brilliant facilities and the staff at the reception were friendly too. The breakfast was great with good selections, but the female staff at the breakfast section who approached us on our first breakfast was kinda rude, we requested at the reception for 7am breakfast as we had to go for a tour early, the staff was asking us with a poker face and said ‘What you want?!’ and we had to say it twice to remind them that we had already talked to the reception. Not friendly at all. Overall, the hotel was amazing but the service that we had experienced during our first breakfast was the only thing that brings the rating down. If we haven’t happen to experience this bad service for breakfast this would have for 5 stars.

Absolutely wonderful stay at Mynd Hotel. Warm welcome on arrival with welcome drink of any kind. Love their environmental ethos and if you forgo room cleaning (completely optional) you get credit to spend on food and drink. Rooms were very spacious and super clean, we had a lovely view of the pool. Lobby area very nice with a bar. Pool was fabulous, bar that served good cocktails and food. Felt very relaxed the whole time. Breakfast was lovely, food very fresh, the same buffet options everyday which suited us fine. Be aware that there are no tea or coffee making facilities in the rooms due to their environmental ethos. The hotel is not in the main area of Costa Adeje which suited us fine but with a few minutes walk there is at least 15 restaurants. Little further down you have a small beach. Check out was easy. Overall a brilliant stay and would recommend it to anyone.

The plan for this trip was to relax and unwind and hotel has not failed to deliver. From Raquels yoga sessions in the morning to the rooftop bar in the evening to watch the sunset over La Gomera with a chilled glass of wine. All the staff from reception, breakfast service, pool and bar areas were friendly and very helpful. Special mention also to Sylvie the therapist who provided the most wonderful massage in the chilled surroundings of the hotels wellness centre - book via reception.
