This Hotel was great in every way. It is in Caesar's Palace, so right in the middle of the strip. The service was excellent, from check in to departure. It is in the middle of the casino, so that is great to get around the facility. We never had to wait for an elevator, that's a big bonus.
There was a lobby on the 72nd floor which had free coffee in the morning, and free water and tea the rest of the day. The gym was here as well. Free water was in there 24/7.
We also received free drink coupons for every afternoon between 5 and 6, but we were always out and couldn't use them.
The room was spacious and quiet. That is awesome!!!

Perfect location at beginning of Caesars close to main entrance. Extremely good isolation, the rooms are absolutely quiet. Calm interior, giant bathroom with walk in shower. Excellent bed … everything for a great stay. Only thing to improve could be service. The reception is located on 2nd floor, the lady was friendly but there was not so much offering for concierge service. We had some things to clarify and had to wait approx 30 min because other guests had things to discuss as well… I know this sounds snobby, but a second desk would have helped for the price you pay for the room.

Very very nice small hotel tucked away from all the noise and rambunctiousness of Caesar Palace. The room service breakfast was really delicious but of course, expensive. We paid $100 for 2 dishes and a coffee. But you gotta try it at least once. They serve traditional Japanese breakfast items!

DO. NOT. STAY. HERE. The service has gone downhill, it is just so awful. And we’re fairly low maintenance = clean out room when we call and leave us alone the rest of the day. Apparently that’s too much to ask.
The basic room with a king bed is very nice. Spacious, comfortable, has a big sofa + coffee table, plenty of storage, and tons of tabletop space. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are fairly noise proof. Big shower, no tub, large bathroom, comfy robes.
The service is horrible. We usually call down for housekeeping to service our room while we’re out for a meal or whatever, and sometimes they’d do it and more often it wasn’t, which is annoying when they have 2+ hours to at least start. And they do not respect the Do Not Disturb door hanger, which should be law in Vegas, no? We were asleep at 10pm and a rude person from housekeeping is banging on our door. CRAZY!
The lobby has moved from the elevator lobby to the “72nd” floor. The new lobby has horrible acoustics, so if more than one person is checking in, it’s. Wet loud and hard to have a conversation with the front desk agent.
Valet is $40/day, self parking is $20/day.
A bottle of water from the mini bar is $20! Coffee pods for the Keurig maker are $20/4 pods.
Overall, we like staying at Caesars because we’re used to the layout/restaurants, and we usually stay in the Nobu tower due to its central location on the property. I can’t compare the service at Nobu to the rest of Caesars, but I’ve stayed in practically all of the other towers and like the basic rooms in Nobu the best. However, this stay is our last. The service was SO BAD it’s just not worth it anymore. There are so many hotel options in Las Vegas; there has to be at least one hotel that has great restaurants and performs daily housekeeping services?!
We have been staying at Caesars since 2008, and the Nobu tower since 2012ish? We stay at Nobu Hotels whenever we travel to a city that has one. In the past two months, we’ve stayed at Manila, Chicago, and Atlanta. This is the last, never again; we’re officially done with the hotel brand after this terrible experience.

Inside of Caesars Palace, easy to get too. Room was very clean and well appointed, shower was very roomy, the bathroom sink was enormous!! Disappointed with dining options, every place inside the hotel was over the top expensive!! Had a cup of coffee, and it was $7 for each cup, so 2 cups was $14!! Really!!! Anyway, the hotel is super nice and the service was fantastic!!
