Trump International Hotel Las Vegas

We stayed here recently to celebrate our third wedding anniversary. This hotel had everything I wanted/needed on this stay in Vegas. I intentionally wanted a hotel that provided free parking included as many of the hotels on the strip no longer offer free parking. I also wanted a place where we could go to after all the fun activities where it would be like a relaxing getaway. This served exactly that purpose. Since the property is JUST a hotel and doesn't have a casino we were able to come back to our room after all the fun of the day and just relax. There is a bit of walking involved to get to the strip, but with some planning and understanding the area it's very doable. We also were satisfied with the cleanliness of the room and the decor. I could've spent more money to be directly on the strip or to have fancier upgrades, but this place had the soaking tub I was hoping for and the room amenities were just right for a weekend in Vegas, especially since most people don't solely stay in the room on a Vegas trip. Overall this place was a great choice for my needs and I will definitely stay here on any following trips I take.

I was taken by surprise on how disappointing this hotel stay was. I used my credit card's travel program to set up the accommodations.   I specifically paid for a room with two beds because I was traveling with my 13-yr-old old.   There was a less expensive king bed option, but I paid extra to have 2 beds.  When I arrived at the hotel, they had put me in a King bed room.  The gentleman at the counter very rudely stated that I paid for a king bed.  I tried to show him my emailed receipt showing otherwise and he wouldn't even look.  He then stated "well, we didn't approve it because we sold out of all of those rooms.  You will have to take it up with your credit card company".  I had no idea I had to be approved for something I specifically paid for, but his attitude was the worst part. The room included a very uncomfortable pull-out sofa, so I called and asked if they could send additional bedding to make it more comfortable.   I wanted to go get dinner, but I waited for housekeeping first.  I waited about 45 minutes and had to call again because they never showed up.  The gentleman was very nice during both phone calls, but why did I have to call twice?  They came the 2nd time. We soon discovered that the jets in our tub didn't work.   We tried numerous times with different instructions from the staff and the tub was never functional,  so we asked for someone to come to take a look at it.  They said they would send "engineering".  We waited about 1.5 hours and then we had to leave.  Engineering never showed up and we never heard from them. I can't remember having such repeated poor service or being treated so rudely in any establishment.  I always greet people with a smile and I do expect the same, especially on vacation.  I had such high hopes for this hotel.

Fantastic experience here. I've stayed at the Bellagio and MGM Grand, this one is very beautiful and clean with great service. I got the king premier it was lovely. Great security too. No casino so it's more classy, no smelling black and milds on the way to your room- always a plus!

Very conveniently located for fashion show and the Wynn.. not far from center but further north if looking to spend more time in the center. Excellent service, nice pool and food/ drink service. Family oriented guests and very clean, nice lobby and rooms. Very attentive to requests for in room items.

I had an amazing stay at the trump international. Had a 1 bedroom suite. The hotel wasn’t too far from anything at all. Either was walking distance or a cheap uber away. The room I was in had a full kitchen, living room with a fold out bed in the couch, master bedroom, 1.5 bathroom and a jacuzzi tub. I appreciate that in the master bathroom there was a door for the toilet for privacy because I’m shy at times. Also had a washer & dryer combo. After EDC that was EXTREMELY useful! Only thing was the little face lamp in the bathroom did not light up but it’s okay. The video only displays 30 seconds of the room, the 2 bathrooms and bedroom because it would only allow me to post 30 seconds of it.
