Great experience at the Conrad.
Amazing room and guest services and excellent restaurants inside as well.
Loved the cleanliness and atmosphere of the entire hotel. Lots of things to do and enjoy.
Rooms are quiet and very comfortable, views are great, ventilation is good as well and bathroom amenities are top tier as well.
Everyone there is kind, friendly and welcoming. Very professional staff as well.

We had a nice spacious room. There was plenty of furniture for our suitcases and clothing. There was a table and set of chairs for relaxing if you didn't want to sit on your bed. There is also good lighting.
The bathroom was also spacious with a large shower with a rain shower head. The counters were wide and great for all my bathroom things.
We asked for extra pillows and it took over 24 hours to have those delivered. We had to call twice.
The housekeeping could be improved as we were not provided clean glasses from one day to the next. Our sheet were not changed and there was a dirty glass at our bank of elevators that sat there for 2 days straight without being cleaned or picked up.
The location was good and it was close enough to other casinos and dining choices.
Overall, I would stay again. The housekeeping could be improved.

I am giving the hotel 5 stars because it was the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff was constantly shining surfaces and cleaning. There were no smudges on any glass surface throughout the hotel and resort. The room was beautiful and the shower is huge. The cons are that the food is very overpriced and the extremely expensive. I would suggest eating outside of the hotel. There are a large selection of restaurant options. The other thing is that it is hard to get cocktail service in the casino. I never once saw a waitress. This is a beautiful new hotel but you need to know it is not close to other hotels on the strip. If is at the far end of the strip so you will need to take a taxi or a Lyft to leave the resort.

Beautiful hotel and casino location. The premium king suite is beautiful, the living room area is spacious and the ceiling to floor windows are amazing. The bedroom is great but the real selling point is the closet with a get ready table and light. The bath was nice and the rain head shower. There was interesting marks on some of the furniture, I understand it’s a hotel but please consider having the furniture also steamed instead of just wiped. The casino was a decent size with multiple food options within the facility. Breakfast options available! The facility is on the strip but closer to the top of the strip. There is also couple bars available and a wine store. I enjoyed my stay the most because there wasn’t obnoxious, insanely intoxicated people walking around. Considering the price for on strip casinos I see this as very worth the price for the elegance.
Only request- steam the furniture.
Will be back.

This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had in Vegas. Check-in was a complete disaster. It took hours. When we finally got our room assigned and went up, there were already guests inside. I had to go back down, wait again, and get reassigned. The next room? Completely dirty. So, back down again, more waiting, and yet another reassigned room.
At check-in, I was told I’d receive a food and beverage credit as a Gold member. But when I called to confirm where I could redeem it, I was suddenly told I wasn’t eligible, even though I am a Gold member. Completely misleading and unprofessional.
I also requested a late check-out, and they only gave me 30 minutes until 11:30 AM. Then, when I returned to my room at 11:00 AM to grab my luggage after breakfast, my key wasn’t working. I went back down only to be told there was no record of my late check-out request.
Their excuse for all these issues? They claimed their system was undergoing maintenance, which is why the app wasn’t working and everything was a mess. How is that the guests’ fault? If their system is failing, Hilton should take responsibility and compensate guests for the chaos.
The entire staff seemed frustrated, customer service was non-existent, and the overall experience was a nightmare. This was the worst Vegas stay I’ve ever had. I would never stay here again, and I strongly recommend others avoid this hotel at all costs.
