I've been to handful of Las Vegas resorts... this one is my all time favorite! Very classic in the public areas, the rooms, restaurants, everywhere!
The staff were all very friendly and attentive. We upgraded to a suite for our anniversary visit and have no regrets! Such a beautiful room! A huge walk in shower, modern bath tub, and 2 huge rooms with floor to ceiling windows.
We will be back to the Conrad for sure!

My refrigerator did not work when I arrived. I did not know it didn’t work until the next day, after I refrigerated my perishable food. I had to throw away my food since the refrigerator wasn’t even cold despite being on. The hotel reacted quick to replacing it though.
I asked for some room amenities. The staff didn’t not bring one of them and brought a wrong item (another mattress). Not sure how the confusion happened.
The pool was nice. I like that there are multiple pools.
The hotel overcharge so I am glad I checked my receipts prior to leaving the area. They were able to resolve it, but nonetheless pay attention to your bill.
Overall, the stay is not worth the cost to me.

Spent a few days at the Conrad when we extended our trip and wow were we glad we did. We used Hilton points for this stay but the room was awesome and the views of the north end of the strip were incredible at night. We ate at a few restaurants and all were amazing but one of the best steaks we have had in Vegas was at the fusion Japanese restaurant. It was a NY strip with one of the best Demi glaze pour over a sizzling cast iron right at the table. We will be back for that meal. We also saw a show here and it was great, the views are all great no matter your seats and the exit from the show directly into the bar for a few drinks was a great way to end the night. Helped that the dice here helped me recover my losses from all the other casinos ;-)

During check-in we were told that distilled water is not available. This was very unfortunate since we need this for our CPAP machines.
Worst part of it all was we paid for an upgrade to have a strip view. The strip was in view but at night the side of building that has the GIANT screen was flashing all night. If anything turn it off after a certain hour so we can enjoy the view.
Hotel is nice and room was nice but game play was AWFUL. Did not have fun losing so much. We visited other casinos and had much more fun losing less money.
Food at the hotel is EXPENSIVE and did not wow us! We found ourselves going offsite more for better cheaper food.
All in all we will not stay here again and do not recommend it to friends. If you MUST stay there, stay in the Hilton side for cheaper and plan to eat across the street and don't gamble there.

We had a positive experience during our most recent stay at the Conrad Las Vegas. Being a part of Resorts World, the hotel is quite impressive with its modern design and availability of fine restaurants. Rooms are spacious and offer stunning city views from the top floors.
Conrad is not in the center of the strip but close enough to be reached within a few minutes of walk.
Accommodating front desk agents. We arrived long before the allowed check-in time and yet, we were able to check-in immediately. Very grateful for it.
Buyer beware. We were charged $40 for opening the minifridge and lifting one of the soda cans. Apparently, there are sensors that detect missing items as “consumed” if they are not placed back within 30 seconds. The issue was resolved promptly by calling (702) 676-7000, the customer service number listed on our final receipt.
