Beautiful hotel and casino location. The premium king suite is beautiful, the living room area is spacious and the ceiling to floor windows are amazing. The bedroom is great but the real selling point is the closet with a get ready table and light. The bath was nice and the rain head shower. There was interesting marks on some of the furniture, I understand it’s a hotel but please consider having the furniture also steamed instead of just wiped. The casino was a decent size with multiple food options within the facility. Breakfast options available! The facility is on the strip but closer to the top of the strip. There is also couple bars available and a wine store. I enjoyed my stay the most because there wasn’t obnoxious, insanely intoxicated people walking around. Considering the price for on strip casinos I see this as very worth the price for the elegance.
Only request- steam the furniture.
Will be back.

I booked the Conrad thru a well known website for $317 out the door 2 nights king. $18 per day for parking free in and out.
I noticed the reviews are mixed and people complain about many things. To me the experience was great. We checked in at Xmas night. The staff was very friendly and offered free upgrades to the higher floor. The room is very spacious, with a comfortable bed and pillows. The hotel is well maintained, and the room is clean.
Yes, it's far away from many things, but it's a known fact before booking. Don't blame it on others because you didn't do homework.

Conrad at Resorts World Las Vegas offers a luxurious and modern escape in the heart of the Strip. From the moment you step into the sleek lobby, the attention to detail and upscale ambiance set the tone for an exceptional stay. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully designed with contemporary finishes and panoramic views of the city.
The amenities are top-notch, with a stunning pool deck, world-class dining options, and convenient access to the vibrant Resorts World complex. The staff is friendly, professional, and always eager to ensure your experience is nothing short of perfect. Whether you’re visiting for leisure or business, Conrad combines sophistication and comfort, making it an unforgettable destination in Las Vegas.

I checked into the Conrad today with 3 room reservations. The original lady at the counter gave us the one room King strip view that was ready and said another had been upgraded! They would text us when others were ready. Text never came. Inquired after 3 hours and secured the upgraded room that went to a one bedroom suite from a strip king which matched the other one bedroom we had originally booked! Our guest secured that room and my wife and I waited for our one bedroom to be ready as reserved! After another hour they checked us in and gave us a key to the room and he clearly knew we had a one bedroom expectation. The room was a strip king! Went back down for the guy to ditch me at the counter and run away for the next guy to handle me. He advised along with his Mgr Kianque that the first Lady lied and no upgrades were available and we had to kick our guest out of their upgrade as that was the only suite available! Completely unacceptable chain of events for a loyal Hilton Honors Member and anyone! Terrible customer service in every way! The Conrad should be ashamed!

I have stayed at the Conrad before in other cities, and was looking forward to this stay. I was very disappointed with all aspects of this stay. The room had bulbs out, and light fixtures flickering. We were here for New Years Eve and they did not provide house keeping services for two days. We called down to ask and were told someone would be sent up but never did. The hallway smelled horrible as well, possibly due to rooms not getting cleaned. Bulb was out by the bar which was making the room dark. Called down and they said would send and took two days and multiple asks as well. Staff does not seem happy to be working here and are generally not friendly. The negative factors for this stay were all controllable.
Honestly, I feel like Hilton properties seem generally a notch below Marriott. This stay reinforces why I’ll be sticking to Bonvoy properties in the future.
