The hotel is beautiful and clean. The rooms are very comfortable. Everything was fine until I forgot my bag in the taxi that works at the door of the hotel. I applied to the reception on Sunday, December 15 at 6.20 a.m. with a request to whether my things were brought to them. The man at the reception was rude. He said they didn’t bring anything. He refused the request to write down my name if they bring something for me. He said that it was not in the hotel rules to receive forgotten things. I understand that there are rules, but being rude and not trying to help in any way is not allowed in a hotel of such a well-known chain. But in general, the hotel is nice

I had booked my hotel room 3 weeks prior to my trip and paid for it in full. I finally got to “Resort World” Hilton and I have been waiting in a LONG LINE JUST TO CHECK IN!!! This has ruined it for me. No more Hilton bookings. It is an hour and a half of my precious time just to check in. I tried to go on line for a contactless check in but their server is not available. There are 4 to 5 people working at a rate of 15 minutes per party and there are over 100 people waiting in line. My flight from LA took a shorter time to arrive to Vegas. When asked about the long wait the response was: ((Are you a “Gold” or “Diamond” member? No? I’m sorry everyone has to wait!!! ))
I don’t think Mr. Conrad Hilton had this kind of customer service in mind. Hilton management wake up!! You are ruining the good reputation of American service industry! Your management needs to go read the Conrad Hilton books again this is not acceptable.

Great experience the two times I've stayed here. The roof top infinity pool is amazing! With a great unobstructed view of the strip. The lounge in the high roller area right across from the casino is my favorite place to hang out. They're very cigar friendly there and amazing service. The whole casino area is cigar friendly as well, which I love. I don't gamble at tables with a cigar if there are a lot of people at that table. But if there's plenty of room and it's not bothering anyone it's very nice to have that option, as some Vegas casinos aren't allowing this anymore. My favorite casino to hang out in at night time.

We picked this resort for our stay-vacation. It is a typical Hilton room as you would expect. The pillows were too firm for our taste, but the bed was comfortable. We actually reserved a king bed but was given away during our late check-in. They did upgrade us to a better view of the strip. No frills resort for a night was good.

Loved this place ! It’s newer and less crowded. I only wish they have more pools are heated in the winter time . We were a bit disappointed that only a tiny pool was open during winter season . We’ve been to some smaller hotel that has much bigger heated pool than this big hotel . Service are great ! I would still recommend this hotel . Room size are decent so you don’t feel cramped and you’d love to stay in the room for a bit longer to relax .
