We are Hilton Diamond Members and normally are not acknowledged at the different properties throughout the United States, but this time was different. This was our first stay at Resorts World and they take the customer experience to a different level! Gladys at the front desk was wonderful and accommodating as we arrived early and needed a room. She was warm, welcoming and let us know all the amenities we had access to. The minute we arrived, the Bell desk open the door for us and helped us with our bags. We we're also celebrating our anniversary at Carver steak, which was delicious. All the staff were excellent and we had wonderful encounters. Love, love, love, Whitney at Black clover! She is a Gem! Fantastic job Resorts World! You hire wonderful people. Keep it up!

The hotel giftshop/convenience store doesn't accept cash, just a heads up. Beautiful hotel and casino! Lots of walking here as it always is in Vegas. It is attached to a giant fancy mall so there are many fancy shops and restaurants around and within walking distance, it's fantastic! Had a wonderful stay!

Bring your own coffee maker, none in the room. Only one pool open in the off season and not heated much. There is one spa close by. Staff seems nice. Kids can't eat in the pubs, but do have sittingvon the parameters.

Most importantly, The location is too far from the rest of the strip. The service was not great. The whole staff had an I don't care vibe. I'm not sure if this is common in Vegas or it was our hotel, as it was my first time. The check in took forever and they split our group of 10 into different buildings. Other hotels had nicer lobbies and our hotel felt like the economy option compared to the rest. For any fun activities or good food we had to go to other hotels.

This place nickels and dimes you for everything. Early check in? that’s a fee. Need to park? That’s a fee whether you valet or park your self (per day), 3/4 of the bars and restaurants closed because the holiday was 4 days away, still a resort fee every day. Used to be a buffet there, now it’s gone. I had a couple of good stays here but let’s be real, it’s a cheap knock off of the Wynn and everything reeks of cigarettes. Way too expensive for what it is. I stayed 2 nights and paid over $300 in fees alone. Absurd!
