My wife and I stayed a total of 8 nights at Caesars Palace between mid and late October, and overall, we were very impressed. We initially stayed in the Julius Tower, and upon our return, we had a room in the newly renovated Palace Tower. Both rooms were exceptionally clean and spotless, with attention to detail that made us feel right at home. The housekeeping staff did an incredible job, and we appreciated how well-maintained everything was in both rooms – it added a layer of comfort to our stay that made a real difference.
The variety and choice of restaurants were also a highlight, offering everything from fine dining to casual bites. There’s a definite energy at Caesars that you feel as soon as you walk in, and it has a more upbeat and vibrant atmosphere than many of the other hotels on the Strip. The footfall added to the ambiance, making it feel like a true Las Vegas experience.
That said, the prices for drinks and food were extortionate, which seems to be par for the course on the Strip now in 2024. Another minor downside was that not all the swimming pools were open, which sometimes made it difficult to get a sunbed, even though we’d paid a resort fee for pool amenities. However, we appreciated the $50 gift card they gave us for returning – a nice touch that showed they value their returning guests.
Overall, despite a few drawbacks, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend Caesars Palace for its clean, comfortable rooms, excellent dining choices, and lively atmosphere.

I recently stayed at Caesars Palace (Palace tower) for a work conference and overall had a positive experience. The rooms are clean and spacious, with great views that really enhance your stay.
However, I did encounter a few maintenance issues. One of the light bulbs was burned out, the tub plug was broken, and the AC struggled to keep the room cool. The outlets also didn’t hold my phone charger very well. While these things didn’t bother me too much, it’s worth noting.
On the plus side, the housekeeping was excellent, keeping the room in pristine condition daily. The mattress was incredibly comfortable, and the pillows were soft and cozy, making for restful nights. I enjoyed soaking in the tub after a long day, although the water pressure was a bit lower than I would have liked, which made filling it take longer.
One downside was the fridge space; it was completely occupied by mini bar items, so I couldn't store anything else. Overall, despite the minor issues, my stay was enjoyable, and I would recommend Caesars Palace for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in Las Vegas.

My recent stay at Caesars Palace was an absolute disaster, and I feel compelled to share my experience to help others avoid this dreadful hotel. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this place does not live up to its reputation for luxury.
First and foremost, the condition of the room was unacceptable. There were visible stains on the seats that made me question whether they had ever been cleaned. The bathtub was broken, which made it impossible to take a proper bath after a long day. Instead of relaxing, I was left frustrated and disappointed. To top it all off, I found hair—clearly not mine—in the blow dryer. This is not something one expects from a supposedly upscale hotel.
The pools were another letdown. They were cold, and the atmosphere around them felt lifeless. I was hoping for a vibrant, inviting space to relax, but instead, it felt dull and uninviting. I found myself longing for a more enjoyable pool experience, something I could have easily found at other hotels in the area.
To make matters worse, my room lacked basic amenities, like a trash can. I had to make multiple calls to the front desk just to get my room cleaned. It took two full days before anyone came to address this issue, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one that markets itself as a luxury destination.
Overall, the entire experience was underwhelming and frustrating. This is not what I expected for the price I paid. Instead of a luxurious getaway, I felt like I was in a low-class establishment. I cannot stress enough how disappointing my stay was.
For anyone considering booking a room at Caesars Palace, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. The Venetian and Marriott both offer much better experiences and are worth your time and money. Save yourself the headache and choose a hotel that truly values its guests. Thank you for reading my review.

Beautifully maintained iconic Hotel/Casino on the strip. It is always a must-see when visiting Vegas. Be sure to tour all of their Forum shops that are so elegantly done. Also, be sure to enjoy the fountain area along the strip. This place is massive, so beautiful sure to allow several hours to tour their campus.

We stayed here for our wedding in the Octavius Tower and it was OK. I feel like for the price you pay the hotel could have/should have been a lot better. Firstly the rooms are very worn and it’s probably time to refurbish the furniture. The bed and bedding was amazing though. We had constant issues with our lights not working which makes me think there were electrical issues. The service was average. We had a dirty marked bathroom mat on arrival which we had to call and change. We called to request an iron and ironing board as the steam iron wasn’t working, we were told there were none even though someone came to our room with both items the day before when we raised the issue initially about the broken steam iron. We also called the day before our wedding to request an early changeover of room while we were at breakfast as we would have hair/make up and photos being done - they told us to call back the morning of, so we did. Still no one showed up. We called again. No one showed up. We grabbed the lady in the hall and she was cleaning the room while I was getting wedding ready. Apparently you aren’t allowed to remove the items from the mini bar to use the fridge for items you want to keep cool - on checkout we had hundreds of $$ worth of charges because we had to take the items out to cool some things like medication, cake etc. the front desk member gave me so much attitude when I went to correct this and said there’s an apparent sign saying not to do this which neither of us could see??? I think I was just expecting a lot more from the reputation of the hotel and the price
