My husband and I both enjoyed staying at Vdara. We loved the market cafe for a quick grab and go meal, drink or snack. I do wish that more food options were nearby, or room service could be ordered after 9:30. It’s Vegas, that’s early! I walked to Posh Burgers and it was a haul back just for some food. We stayed in the Panoramic Suite and it was ok. The room could really use some updating. I had a fit everyday with the light switches with trying to figure out what turned on what. Same for the blinds and shades, one panel would be great. Instead, you have to go find all of the buttons and they are all spread over the room. I LOVED the in room laundry. I think it’s important to note that if you ask the front desk for some detergent and dryer sheets, they will provide. I’m not sure we would stay here again, but it was nice to try it out!

I stayed in a suite, and the room was in excellent condition. The location is fantastic, especially since it's connected to the Bellagio via an indoor walkway—no need to step outside in the hot summer. I honestly couldn’t find any downsides to my stay. The smoke-free environment was a huge plus for me. Overall, I was highly satisfied.

Vdara Hotel and Spa in Las Vegas was a good stay for a weekend trip. The room was smaller than I imagined with the single queen bed that was comfortable. The bathroom was great with a great shower.. no cold water from the sink, though. The shade for the window was in sections because of the window covering the length of the room, so the sun peaking through was an issue. The location was great being across from the Aria and connected to the Bellagio and the Cosmopolitan.

Tried to like it! Rooms are nice but service was an embarrassment for a 4-star hotel. Here is just one example; ice machine on our floor does not work (down all day...no maintenance). We tried to go to another floor to get ice but hotel prohibits guests from accessing ice machines on other floors. I called house keeping asked if they could bring up ice, they agree to send someone. 30 minutes later no ice. Called room service, same request, 30 minutes later no ice. Asked for a hotel manager, got bounced 3 times before reaching an operations manager. Still no ice at time writing this review. Also disappointed with pool hours. High resort fees but pool closes at 5pm..it's 90 degrees out and spring break time. Other pools at non MGM hotels open until 9pm or later.

I love staying in non Casino hotel, what central to so many things. The rooms are nice and they keep it clean. The staff is great except for customer service. At least three times this stay they gave me terrible service. Speak to me like I’m dumb. I asked why the pool was closed at Aria after they sent me there since the Vdara pool was closed. She gave me one word answer “weather” like that was supposed to mean something. It was sunny and warm and I I had no idea why they closed the pools. I asked for her to explain and the said “weather” again. Several other things happened as well. I asked what would be the best route to go see the fountain, through Bellagio or go out to Las Vegas street. She answered the fountains are at Bellagio. I though she might of missed heard my question and she repeated the same thing. Terrible customer service.
