Let's start off with the room. For the price, absolutely amazing! Spacious and with plenty of luxury amenities which didn't go unnoticed. The powered blinds were a neat feature (Rated 4 stars because no real blackout curtains... so much light got in), the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was beautiful. There is a spacious shower and a gorgeous bathtub.
The service although great, has ridiculous added cost. A bottle of water in the entry Cafe is $12 as an example.
The location is good and has easy access to the strip, the cosmopolitan, and the Aria which are sister properties.

Great location, and loved it was connected to Cosmo. Room was a little dated with clear signs of wear and it would have been nice if the windows were cleaner, but the view was great. This is a solid hotel for those looking for a more classic hotel experience - no casino, and nothing bringing swaths of people in for dining or entertainment. Good value for money, and very nice staff.

Wonderful hotel if your looking to get away from casino. The hotel itself doesn't have a casino located directly under the hotel rooms so there was no strong smoke smells in the room like most casinos in Vegas but is connected to other hotels that do have casinos if you wish to play. The room itself was so spacious with beautiful views. We were not disappointed and would definitely stay there again if we get to visit Vegas soon.

I'm a avid Cosmopolitan guest, but this time I tried the Aria. I can say the room rivaled the cosmopolitan, be it no balcony, but the views were just as stunning. The room service was sub par, but the cleverly constructed tunnel system allowed more options for better food. I like the fact there was no casino and you could remove yourself from the action (and smoke) as soon as you arrived back to your room.

Rooms are big but lacking basic maintenance. Carpet was frayed everywhere, lights burnt out, everything looks worn out. Luxury prices with motel 6 quality and amenities. Stained sheets. Broken bottle of shampoo. No bar soap provided. MGM apparently doesn't believe in investing in their properties. I would recommend staying somewhere else. On a positive note, the bed was very comfortable.
