Overall, we had a good stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, the facilities were well maintained, and the overall experience was positive. The breakfast was varied and tasty, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. That said, there are a couple of things to be aware of. The location is quite far from the main beaches, and the closest beach is full of stones, making it not really suitable for swimming. This makes the hotel less convenient if you’re planning a beach-focused holiday. Another point is the layout of the property — it’s spread out, so you often need to rely on the internal shuttle to get between the rooms, lobby, and breakfast area. While the shuttle runs regularly, it can feel a bit inconvenient compared to hotels with everything closer together. All in all, it’s a very nice hotel if you’re looking for comfort, quiet, and good service, but just keep in mind the distance from a swimmable beach and the need to use shuttles on the property.

Other than ants in our sink this place is awesome with great staff, great food for breakfast and at both dining establishments! On a steep hill but there is a cart service that is quick and easy! On pictures and videos there is a real sandy beach on the resort but there is no longer a beach but rocks, must’ve been a weather event, so there is no longer beach front access as advertised. The breakfast was amazing and our room was incredibly clean and cleaned every day! Further from the other beaches, main street, mall, bars etc.

We stayed in a Presidential Suite for 8 nights. The private pool was lovely and very well maintained. The breakfast and house keeping staff are very good and made a huge difference to our stay. They are the heart of the hotel. The villa itself is a bit tired in places and the bathroom's could do with a revamp, our shower was a trickle of water and not what you would expect from a 5 star hotel. Breakfast is good , however, we were underwhelmed with the room service food. On the whole we enjoyed our stay but do not feel it is a 5 star hotel. There are no managers visible around the hotel checking things are running smoothly and the reception desk is not able to give you their full attention as they are answering other calls at the same time.

My fiancé and I stayed for 5 full days in a deluxe room with seaview. It’s quiet, clean, the staff are lovely, hotel breakfast was amazing and the room was really big with balcony. It has three different pool areas and the fitness centre is also quite spacious and has locker rooms and showers. Every time we left the resort to go outside, I just wanted to go back. This resort is great if you just want quiet and comfort. The location is a bit further away, not walking distance to any convenience store and restaurants, so you will have to rent a car/scooter or rely on taxi. It is also not connected to a swimmable beach, even if you are next to it. The resort is on a hill, but there are staff on buggies available to drive you around the resort if it’s too far or steep to walk. At most we waited 1 minute for a buggy.

The hotel provides very good services. Staff are kind and polite. There is welcome drink at arrival. There are restaurants in the hotel area near to the beachfront. I love that it’s very calm and natural. Little cons are TV is old and small which couldn’t connect to Netflix and breakfast area is quite crowded during 9am.
