Nooky has been very helpful during our stay. She live and breathes customer service. From the time we enter the hotel, her warm smile and hospitality made us feel like we arrived home. Furthermore, as we have asthma and skin allergies, Nooky went one step further to ensure the room was clean well to prevent any such flares for us. Her excellent dinner recommendation and taking the extra step to arrange our dinner for our anniversary has made our trip even more meaningful. We like to express our thanks to Nooky as she has been very helpful, the entire experience has been seamless and memorable.

We really liked this hotel, and we have stayed in many other places in Phuket before. The territory is great, the interior is brand new, and the rooms are clean. I especially liked the proximity to the sea and Laguna Lake. I would also like to mention Helena and Tatiana, who were very helpful in assisting us with selecting a great room and introducing us to the hotel facilities.

Amazing resort with friendly and accommodating staff. The men at the front concierge who organised taxis and shuttles were so friendly and went above and beyond to assist guest always, even when the Russians are extremely rude to them. The sports and rec staff were also excellent. The pool is always maintained and the resort always looks spotless. The breakfast buffet was delicious daily with many options available. One thing I would suggest is the front desk telling people that there is an app for you to go through the activities available at the resort. We will definitely return and already planning it.

We just remember this name for the best resort in Laguna Phuket. Stepping through the lobby, i was immediately struck by the beautiful and friendly all resort areas. Light, airy and very spacious.very welcoming atmosphere. The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. The room and SAii spa are stunning . They always greeting and smiling to us. The breakfasts were amazing. The location of the hotel is great. The facilities are well equipped with all essentials and fantastic view. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to the tourists who want to go to Phuket . Will be back to this place soon.

The most beautiful resort at Bang Tao beach. I and my husband had such a wonderful time there. One night and two days in the Lagoon view room with peace and quiet. The breakfast quality and taste are amazing. The staff service mind are on top compared to other accommodation. Thank you so much for warm welcome.
