This is the second time we have stayed here and we love it. It's a lovely hotel in a great location with lots of amenities for children. The staff are wonderful and go above and beyond. They are also so friendly and welcoming, especially with children. The rooms are clean and spacious.
The only complaint I would have is the gym. We like to exercise on holiday and the gym is in a really bad condition. It's very dated, warm and a lot of the equipment is broken or not functional. We will still come back because we love it here but really hope the hotel does something about the gym.

Rooms are clean and reasonably comfortable. The shower was great and powerful!
The AC in our room was pretty loud so needs some attention. The food is very good but not excellent compared to others I’ve been to as it wasn’t always hot as you’d like or cooked properly. The pools were clean and lovely with lots of sun bed space.
The service overall is very good and friendly. They couldn’t do more for you.
Two comments to improve it would be to make it clear about what drinks are included as being “all inclusive” I thought all the various drinks would be included but clearly that’s not the case for everything. I don’t drink a lot but it’s just a bit of a hassle to pay the extra at the bar.
Secondly, if the sun lounger towels were available at the pool bars that would be helpful. Asking for 50 cents to change them seems a bit impractical rather than just swapping them out for you free of charge as I’ve seen done at another similar Tenerife resort.
Overall, it’s a lovely place to get away and relax either as adults or as a young family and would highly recommend it.

I have been going to Paradise Park since I was a teenager (now 42). This is such a great hotel for the family. The rooms are great as are the pools and there is a good variety of food. Love how the staff remember you on return which really makes your stay special. The best part for me has always been the entertainment team who always manage to make your stay a memorable one.
Nadia, in particular, is an absolute superstar. Her enthusiasm and energy is contagious, making activities fun and engaging for everyone. Whether it is the exciting pool games, captivating evening shows, or vibrant themed nights, Nadia is always at the centre, bringing smiles and laughter to all.
Her ability to connect with guests of all ages makes every event feel inclusive and enjoyable. It is heartwarming to see how she remembered names and even involved everyone in the activities, ensuring no one felt left out. It’s rare to find someone who not only excels in their role but also genuinely cares about creating memorable experiences for others.
Thank you, Nadia, and the entire entertainment team, for always making my holiday so special. I can’t recommend this resort highly enough, and I look forward to returning soon for more fun and laughter!

An excellent hotel experience.
Would happily return again.
Staff all so polite, friendly & efficient.
Always smiling & happy.
Food excellent on our half board package.
Everywhere clean & tidy.
Pools excellent.
Love the adult only, roof terrace & bar.
Great mix of adult only & child friendly areas.
Great location away from the centre with plenty of cafes etc nearby if not wanting to go into the town.
What a great hotel. Thank you.

Rooftop is amazing, breakfast is amazing. Rooms are clean, staff are really friendly.
Lunch and dinner are a bit poor - there’s selection but it’s all a very odd selection and can get a bit samey.
The snack bar by the pool has a better selection for lunch if you’re all inclusive.
The cocktails are worth having in the rooftop if you’re all inclusive as they are half price. You can get these at normal bars but these are premixed cocktails rather than freshly made ones.
The entertainment isn’t that great - but gives you something to do in the evenings - there was a very questionable Elvis one night.
Plenty of sunbeds available, activities available and various places to get drinks from throughout the day. There’s also quiet adult areas available away from kids if that’s what you want too.
Would come back! Just for the rooftop alone!
Not great for accessibility - there’s a lot of stairs and some stairs don’t have a lift if you’re in the annex rooms - if you have accessibility issues I’d stay away from those, or if you have a pram. The annex rooms can get loud because of the bar Casey’s next to it, even with balcony doors closed.
All-inclusive
If you choose to go all inclusive, the programme generally consists of breakfast, lunch and dinner, all buffet style, served in the main restaurant. Locally produced alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks like water, wine, soft drinks, beer and spirits are usually served throughout the day (except during meal times).
