Here at Planet Hollywood, my wife and I celebrated our birthdays and honeymoon.There are nine of us in the group. The staff welcomed us with a smile at the door.I am certain that this hotel and resort is the greatest among Planet Hollywood's five-star all-inclusive resorts. The variety of food options is incredible, and the pool has a dinosaur pool area, a lazy river pool, and an adult pool. The food is amazing, the staff is very courteous,friendly the service is excellent.

Wonderful Experience with Excellent Amenities and Family-Friendly Activities
Our stay at this hotel for 6 nights with all inclusive has been absolutely amazing! The property itself is stunning, beautifully maintained, and offers a truly welcoming atmosphere. The amenities are top-notch and cater perfectly to families.
The kids’ activities and daily entertainment were exceptional—there was always something fun and engaging for the little ones, which made our experience even more enjoyable.
The dining options are incredible as well. Every restaurant offers delicious food with a variety of options to suit all tastes. Each meal was a delight, and the quality of service made it even better.
One thing I would like to suggest is that, since the hotel provides all the necessary facilities to ensure guest comfort, it would be great if they could also provide laptops for guests in case of emergencies, with appropriate terms and conditions.
Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. A beautiful place with outstanding amenities, fantastic food, and wonderful activities for the whole family. We can’t wait to return!

We are day 2 out of 5. Beautiful resort, beautiful beaches. The room was awfully humid. I was having to change out the water in the dehumidifier 5-6 times a day. Heads up they do not honor their hotel credit that they give you on arrival. Especially the ones for wine and liquor. There’s nothing on the credit that says you have to spend a minimum amount but once you go to purchase something, they will tell you that you have to purchase a minimum of $50 to utilize the credit. Lots of lies and gimmicks to get your money after I waited to speak with someone about the credit nothing was completed and I just wasted my vacation. AnyWho, just bring your own wine. None of the food. The buffet is hot. It’s all very lukewarm or cold. The property itself is beautiful.
I would go back just because the kids side looked really neat but if they can’t help you with a $25 credit then I’m certain if other things went sideways there wouldn’t be a lot of assistance. I don’t trust the place

We stayed in the STAR class rooms. Highly suggest. You have your own lobby and separate building with fresh daily snacks, juices. A reserved staff that helps you book your dinner reservations and excursions. Clean rooms, comfortable beds.
My son was injured (cut his hand) the resort quickly called their on call doctor, called an ambulance and assisted us to the hospital. The health care received at Hospiten Cancun was by far the best hospital visit we've ever experienced (we're from Canada). Reminder- ALWAYS travel WITH emergency health care coverage. The doctors wouldn't put a stitch in until they either had my credit card number in hand or approved health coverage.
Will visit again. Staff were beyond amazing!! Thank-you.

5 Star experience across all fronts! We had an absolute blast, food was incredible with a lot of variety. The resort and rooms were spotless and the staff were so friendly and helpful. They had the best entertainment of any all inclusive I've stayed at. I would highly recommend Planet Hollywood to anyone!
