The rooms were clean. But we were in a room above the bar/ communal area and extremely noisy well into the small hours. Food was Luke warm most nights. Staff were tired. . Not the most rest full holiday. Would not book this hotel again. Would advise people to take shower gel and shampoo as they don’t fill the dispensers despite being asked!

Disappointing Stay – Poor Service & Limited Food Options Our stay at the Ramada Hotel in Turkey was very disappointing. As a group of 11, we experienced several issues: Cleanliness: Our rooms weren’t cleaned for 3-4 days in a raw, with no towel changes and unmade beds. Room Service: Service was delayed and not up to standard. Food: The food was repetitive, with the same options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. As vegetarians, we found the choices extremely limited. Apart from that every night we found drunk people making a mess around with other people. Overall, the hotel did not meet expectations, and we would not recommend it.

Staff not friendly, food is cold, flies everywhere, cats roaming about in the restaurant area, service is mediocre, staff cannot speak English. Last year we went Sundia Resort by Liberty in Dalaman and it was absolutely wonderful! Perhaps look for another hotel/resort other than this. We came upstairs from breakfast and found the room service lady who was firstly not wearing any uniform, already in our room and we could hear the bathroom flush, she came out of the bathroom and pretended to clean the room, when we asked her to clean she said she wanted to go for a cigarette, she came back and we used the Google translator app to ask her why she came inside the hotel room when we did not put up the 'clean my room' card and that when she said she wanted to use the bathroom. This was very unprofessional and it made us wary that anyone can now enter our room. Couldn't sleep in the night - kept looking at the door.

Hotel is ok. Food was below average and repetitive. Rooms were decent and clean but the bed was really uncomfortable. Pools were nice and clean, we did not go in the pools as it was cold and raining. Alcohol served in all inclusive is not good either. The best thing was the spa I went there twice and this really lovely young lady Nofe did my massages. She really was good thank you Nofe.
