This hotel truly excels in providing exceptional service, embracing diversity, and creating a positive atmosphere for guests. Their friendly and efficient staff, dedication to hospitality, and commitment to treating everyone with respect regardless of economic status make it a standout destination. I highly recommend this establishment to future guests and urge all to appreciate and respect the hard-working staff who go above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay for every visitor.
My Sincere Gratitude towards the Management at Reception and in the Dining Area. Welldone

We stayed in August 2024 at Ramada Resort by Wyndham Side, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory.
Service: The service was lacking throughout my stay. Staff seemed disinterested and unresponsive, which made for a frustrating experience.
Restaurant Issues: The restaurant was particularly disappointing. Not only were there flies buzzing around, but the drink menu was riddled with items that were unavailable. On the menu you have sparkling wine and Martini, but when asked it was never available. Another deceptive fact! The wine served was giving me a headache therefore the safest option was to drink a sparkling water! This made dining there feel more like a chore than a pleasure.
Food Quality: The food itself was bland and repetitive. It felt as though the same few dishes were recycled day after day, leaving little room for variety or excitement.
Room Conditions: My room was another letdown. found dead insects on the floor.
Bathroom Facilities: The bathroom was very old and poorly maintained. To make matters worse, the body wash was never replenished, which left me having to purchase my own shampoo and body wash. Hotel towers also showed signs of neglect, with visible holes and wear.
Cleaning Standards: It seemed that the rooms were only cleaned in a half-hearted manner, with the only motivation appearing to be the tips left behind.
Beach Amenities: The hotel's private beach was advertised with enticing photos, but the reality was disappointing. There were no proper sun screens, just broken rattan parasols that offered minimal protection from the sun.
WiFi- if you wish to have internet access, you have to pay extra, the free one is impossible to search anything or access your emails.
The Gym - just a joke! Most of the machine were broken. No able to use.
The Spa- shower in female changing room would not lock the door and anyone could will in and see you! Very dirty and unpleasant in general.
Overall, I cannot recommend based on my experience. The combination of poor service, unhygienic conditions, lack of variety in food, misleading beach amenities, and inadequate bathroom facilities made my stay quite unpleasant. I hope management takes these issues seriously for future guests.

Great place. Lovely hotel. Clean tidy, food fine and people nice. Don't bother if your going to be picky over a cracked bathroom tile, this is not a 4 star hotel. But as far as they go it's a lovely place and I would recommend

The rooms were clean. But we were in a room above the bar/ communal area and extremely noisy well into the small hours. Food was Luke warm most nights. Staff were tired. . Not the most rest full holiday. Would not book this hotel again. Would advise people to take shower gel and shampoo as they don’t fill the dispensers despite being asked!

If I could give it 0 I would. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by a rude female employee, the only employee would could, in their words “speak English”, not that she was bothered. We weren’t told about any activities or locations near us.
Upon booking we requested 2 separate beds which was confirmed however upon getting to our room, there was one single double bed with a single duvet on it. We told staff this and they sent up a flimsy fold out mattress even though we asked for another duvet as a single would not cover both of us. The room was untidy especially the lack of dusting, floors and side tables.
The foods wasn’t seasoned and was often cold, undercooked or overcooked. The location is far from the main city however if u have booked it make sure u get the 5 bus from outside to Manavgat bazar/side (ancient ruins) as this part of Antalya shows you exactly why you went to Antalya. That being said there is a private bus to their private beach which is at the back of the hotel. I feel like I’ll have to update this when I remember the rest but hopefully this helps.
The guests were fighting whilst we were there so we were often awoken to drunk people banging on the door and once they even broke the door. The music also plays non stop and is quite annoying.
