Staff not friendly, food is cold, flies everywhere, cats roaming about in the restaurant area, service is mediocre, staff cannot speak English. Last year we went Sundia Resort by Liberty in Dalaman and it was absolutely wonderful! Perhaps look for another hotel/resort other than this.
We came upstairs from breakfast and found the room service lady who was firstly not wearing any uniform, already in our room and we could hear the bathroom flush, she came out of the bathroom and pretended to clean the room, when we asked her to clean she said she wanted to go for a cigarette, she came back and we used the Google translator app to ask her why she came inside the hotel room when we did not put up the 'clean my room' card and that when she said she wanted to use the bathroom.
This was very unprofessional and it made us wary that anyone can now enter our room. Couldn't sleep in the night - kept looking at the door.

Paid £750 each for 2 rooms for 1 person We checked in at 1130pm and were shown to an annex in the hotel grounds. The building was like a shed , cold, dark and dingey, twin beds were put together, bedding was 2 single blankets and 2 pillows that were the size of a cushion. The beds creaked and the walls were paper thin. Every time one of us moved in the bed the noise could be heard in the other annex. The beds were so uncomfortable, it felt like we were sleeping on a plank of wood. We had very little sleep. In the morning I turned on the tap , there was no hot water, turned on the shower , had to let it run for 5 minutes to get hot water. The sealant around the shower was filthy and the drain stank. I asked to be moved into the hotel and was told there aren’t 2 separate rooms, if we want separate rooms we have to pay more. I refused and we were given a family room in the hotel
The AC didn’t work properly, the patio door was difficult to close if you opened it , it didn’t lock. The curtains didn’t close .
The sealant in both showers was dirty, the shower head in one of the bathrooms leaked and the drain in one of the showers was loose . I wore flip flops in the shower in case I cut my foot . There was no soap in the dispensers The beds and some of the pillows were very uncomfortable.
The food was never hot at breakfast , lunch or dinner. One night a week you could book a meal in the themed restaurant . We chose Italian. We got soup which looked like boiled water with a stock cube dissolved in it , there were a couple of pieces of carrot and cucumber or maybe it was courgette floating around in the bowl . The main was supposedly steak with rice ( risotto ? ) that wasn’t cooked and a piece of cauliflower and broccoli , frozen vegetables not fresh. The whole meal was lukewarm and inedible.
The pool area was always wet and slippery, tiles in pool broken , the rail / step into the pool was loose. The poolside was always wet and slippery.
The animation team made our stay at this hotel a little enjoyable, evening entertainment wasn’t great, the foam party was fun.
Side is beautiful and we were out and about every day until late afternoon Thankfully buses ran regularly from this hotel and the airport is only 40 minutes away.
I would score a 0 for the annex and a 3 for the hotel room

We stayed in August 2024 at Ramada Resort by Wyndham Side, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory.
Service: The service was lacking throughout my stay. Staff seemed disinterested and unresponsive, which made for a frustrating experience.
Restaurant Issues: The restaurant was particularly disappointing. Not only were there flies buzzing around, but the drink menu was riddled with items that were unavailable. On the menu you have sparkling wine and Martini, but when asked it was never available. Another deceptive fact! The wine served was giving me a headache therefore the safest option was to drink a sparkling water! This made dining there feel more like a chore than a pleasure.
Food Quality: The food itself was bland and repetitive. It felt as though the same few dishes were recycled day after day, leaving little room for variety or excitement.
Room Conditions: My room was another letdown. found dead insects on the floor.
Bathroom Facilities: The bathroom was very old and poorly maintained. To make matters worse, the body wash was never replenished, which left me having to purchase my own shampoo and body wash. Hotel towers also showed signs of neglect, with visible holes and wear.
Cleaning Standards: It seemed that the rooms were only cleaned in a half-hearted manner, with the only motivation appearing to be the tips left behind.
Beach Amenities: The hotel's private beach was advertised with enticing photos, but the reality was disappointing. There were no proper sun screens, just broken rattan parasols that offered minimal protection from the sun.
WiFi- if you wish to have internet access, you have to pay extra, the free one is impossible to search anything or access your emails.
The Gym - just a joke! Most of the machine were broken. No able to use.
The Spa- shower in female changing room would not lock the door and anyone could will in and see you! Very dirty and unpleasant in general.
Overall, I cannot recommend based on my experience. The combination of poor service, unhygienic conditions, lack of variety in food, misleading beach amenities, and inadequate bathroom facilities made my stay quite unpleasant. I hope management takes these issues seriously for future guests.

I recently stayed at this so-called all-inclusive 5*hotel, and it was a horrendous experience from start to finish. The food was absolutely terrible. The same low-quality dishes were served every day, and there was a disgusting fly infestation in the dining area. The beans were watered down, the vegetables were dense and clearly frozen, and the desserts always felt old and reused.
Customer service was equally appalling. I requested a room change due to my nephew's allergies, because it had a horrible stench that no amount of cleaning could fix. There was heavy limescale around the sink in the lower-level and same level rooms from the main reception. When I tried to address these issues, I was told to come back the next day because there was no management available, yet I saw management lingering around throughout the day and evening.
The staff exhibited a shocking lack of proper etiquette, especially towards people of color. They were extremely rude and made us feel unwelcome, relegating us to the less desirable rooms on the bottom floors. The hotel was full of British guests who lacked basic hygiene, and there were no hotel toiletries provided, so make sure to bring your own. Cleaning is just as bad, seems to be spray cleaned and no change for bedding or actual cleaning of bathrooms.
The location of the hotel is also terrible, far from any central attractions. It cost me over £110 to visit Land of Legends and an additional £83 to enter the theme park and other site areas cos nearly just as much to visit by car. Despite having access to all-inclusive food, we were forced to eat out everyday due to the poor quality of the meals provided.
The pool was a hygiene nightmare, adding to the overall unpleasantness of our stay. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Save your money and stay elsewhere. To add also cost of basics in turkey have skyrocketed, jet skies for £80, 15 minutes for each individual is humourless joke!

Stay well clear, we arrived and straight away alarm bells was ringing, the bathroom was disgusting and quick fix repairs, not what you would expect from a rated 5 star,
Hired a quad bike for 2 hours to be directed to the petrol station and told I need to fill the tank, only to hear they empty the tank for the next customers.
The rep was helpful and seemed to be the only person remotely interested in our needs.
The hotel location is literally in the middle of no where, there is a free bus into town and the markets.
The food is the same every evening, some was nice but there should be more variety.
The entertainment at night was dismal and we was back in our room every night at 10pm. In short if your looking for quality for money look elsewhere.
The staff was un interested and unpolite.
Don't bring Turkish lira bring euro instead the exchange is better.
