Lovely hotel with clean and spacious rooms with a balcony, nice rooftop pool area and decent breakfast. A drink was offered on arrival which was a nice touch. There was extensive renovation works going on on the second floor which we were surprised to see whilst walking up and down the stairs, perhaps it would have been good to mention this on arrival. Also, when we asked how the aircon works we were told it didn’t work. Our room was 27 degrees at one point and although we were given one fan for the room, it was uncomfortable to sleep in the heat every night. It would have been best to know about the broken air con ahead of our arrival.

I booked this hotel as the 'adult only' environment appealed to me. The hotel is in a very good location and the breakfast was excellent. Rooms are comfy with plenty of storage space. I liked having a room facing the church. A nice pool area on the roof with good views of the surrounding area. Sandwiches salads and drinks brought to your lounger. The only word of caution is that the coach drops off approx. 5-6 minutes walk away and I had to ask directions to find it.

This was our second stay in a fairly short period and it was wonderful. The staff are so friendly and efficient. We loved our room which was comfortable and kept beautifully clean. The breakfast staff were lovely especially Mrs. Li who is delightful and also gave great service around the pool area. Cant wait to come back . Thank you for a really special holiday.

Had a bit of a modernisation. Still love it. Rooms are a bit more up to date. Reception changed quite a bit. This is our first night so unsure of breakfast ( which was alwayss excellent).

Hello. Your staff are really nice. The receptionist welcomed us and gave us a seat in the lounge with a complimentary drink on our arrival while she sorted out the paperwork which made us feel relaxed and on holiday. The hotel is traditional with lots of nice high quality furnishings and a beautiful stained glass atrium. Everything is spotlessly clean. The breakfast room is situated on the fourth floor and has a great view out over the bay and harbour, it has a glass ceiling which makes it a bright and pleasant place to be. Your staff are courteous and attentive and do a very good job. We witnessed your room cleaner who was called (Norellis) I am not sure how to spell her name do an excellent job of cleaning the room and with great attention to detail with making the beds look great. The location of the hotel was great. It is located at the top of what we would describe as the main street of Los Christianos which is very close to the shops, restaurants and amenities. Directly opposite is a large church which looks great and is nice to hear its bell being struck indicating the time of day. we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.
