My wife and I came here for a week of relaxation and some winter sun. It’s truly been one of the best experiences we’ve had. The hotel is fantastic. You’re made to feel special as soon as you arrive.
We on my birthday and were greeted with a bottle of something fizzy and a cake, which was a lovely touch.
We spent most of our days at the roof top terrace around the pool. It’s such an amazing place to relax and the service we received there was second to none. Especially by Ismael who has made our stay extra memorable. Nothing was too much trouble, and he was extremely polite , courteous and fun. So a big thank you to Ismael.

This hotel is one of the best we’ve ever been to. We came here for the first time in 2019 and came back again in 2024.
The staff are genuinely lovely people and they always go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. From the moment you check in to the cleaning staff, receptionists, breakfast team, pool staff, everyone is so kind and helpful.
The rooms are fantastic! Big, modern and super comfortable, with everything you need for a stay. The views and amenities are also wonderful, great pool, wellness and fitness centre as well as yoga classes and other activities.
We’ve been to many hotels around the world but this is the one we always come back to.
Thank you again for making our stay so memorable. ❤️

Architecture meets luxury - we’ve spent 3 days in this eye catching jewel & I couldn’t get enough of the beauty & attention to detail of the design. The hotel is fairly new & was voted the most luxurious hotel in the world in 2018. We were in the penthouse with our own private swimming pool, large open space kitchen & living room, 2 separate spacious bedrooms with their own bathrooms & 2 massive terraces (seaside & mountain side). Staff is all very friendly, one person in particular stood out - Angy - who is incredibly customer oriented, friendly yet a top notch professional & remembered all of our complicated coffee choices from the previous day by heart. The only aspect that we could point out needs more attention is that we could not get a dinner reservation in the Italian restaurant despite the fact that the hotel is fairly quiet due to low season. Thank you Royal Hideaways Corales Suites for the memorable hospitality & we hope to be back.

I’m quite confused by the incredible ratings and reviews this hotel has received…in our opinion it’s a hugely inaccurate representation of our experience.
The positives
1. the rooms/suites are great. Very large, very clean. However the bedrooms are above a busy road so quite loud and very little amenities in the kitchen - as in no basics/essentials. When we asked for some milk, they charged us €5 for it! No free water either…which I think is crazy for a 5 star.
2. Breakfast is great…lots of choice and fresh fruits in particular were delicious.
That’s about it for the positive!
The negatives
1. The prices are INSANE, from drinks to snacks to meals…also the quality of the food was awful…that of a 2 star. We cooked in our suite most of the time.
2. It’s absolutely not a family friendly hotel…not by any means. No kids menus, no kids area in the pool, no toys or entertainment. We constantly felt awkward that our 2 year old was making too much noise.
3. The staff…honestly, they were pretty rude, cold and unengaged…no hellos or even smiles when you pass them in the hallways. When you ask for something at reception, it’s all very robotic and matter of fact, they don’t try to accommodate you at all.
4. The location is let great, nothing nice or quaint in the area, not sure if that’s true of the entire island?
I definitely wouldn’t return and I absolutely wouldn’t recommend the hotel either, especially not for the super high rates. I would say it’s a 3 star hotel with the face mask of a 5 star…I’m sure there are way better options on the island.

This was our second visit this year. We arrived for the 1st time in February and loved every minute of our holiday , we stayed in the Adults only side and was so impressed we took the family out with us last week and stayed in the luxury suites which were amazing. On both arrivals at the hotel we were greeted by Leo on reception who is excellent at helping get your holiday started, by making us feel very welcome on arrival and filling us in with information about the hotel and our stay. Nothing was to much trouble for him.
Both the hotel and all staff are excellent . All staff are really friendly and happy to help to make your holiday special. The pool is clean and the staff are also friendly and very attentive , Andreaos was there to greet us with a smile round the pool every morning and his attention to detail in making sure you had everything you needed was excellent.
Again at breakfast wonderful friendly staff working hard to make your stay special.
The food is excellent from breakfast to lunch / dinner.
Thank you to you all for helping us to have such a wonderful holiday we will be back.
